You can practice the kegel's exercise to tighten the vagina. If this does not work, a minor surgery would be done to tighten the vaginal outlet.

While he prescribed me he said me to drink kashaya 3 cups (12ml) and arishtams 5 cups (30 ml. But I misunderstood the measurements and drunk 30 ml kashaya and 50 ml arishtams trice a day. Will I be under any problem due to this over dose. Note: I hav put on weight and also had irregular periods during my medical supervision which has not become normal till now. Will it be because of overdose? What should I do now?

For irregular periods, the first treatment can be done by you alone- that is weight loss. And then we need to check thyroid levels and hormones and usg to detect whether there is pcos or not. Then start treating these.

I am 9 months 10 days pregnant today we met with a doctor told to sonography all results are normal liquid is ok baby...
Dear lybrate-user, Several factors are considered before proceeding with normal delivery. If only baby weight is the issue here, According to your height, a trial of labour may be given. However, This is my personal opinion. The examining doctor who has assessed you is the best person to decide the final mode of delivery. Also, for induction of artificial pain, we do it at 7 days past your due date, if you have not gone into spontaneous labour by then. Please trust your treating obstetrician as they know all facets of your condition. Wish you a safe and healthy pregnancy! ☺
