This is piles. It is generally caused when we strain during bowel movement, it pushes the blood into the rectal veins and arteries. This causes swollen veins that push against the anal walls, resulting in weak and feeble anal muscles. Include lots of fibre in your diet to regulate bowel movement.

Yes, thyroid imbalance causes problem but proper treatment of same improves the complaints. Meet endocrinologist to confirm proper doses for thyroid. Also meet gynaecologist to rule out any other cause for irregular cycles. And one suggestion never even think that you don't have time for excercises- yourself is the most important for you.

Hello sir, meri shaadi hue 5 saal ho gaye hai abe tak koi baccha nahi hua hai. Kya ab hum ko treatment karna chiye.
Yes. If you're younger than 35 and haven't become pregnant after one year of unprotected sex, it's time to consult a fertility doctor. If you're age 35 or older, it's best to see a specialist after about six months of trying to conceive. Even if you've never been diagnosed with a specific medical condition, certain symptoms or physical characteristics can indicate a problem that could affect your fertility. There are certain investigations need to be done after taking your detail medical history, after which your doctor would be able to give you the treatment plan.

Please tell me a question's answer I am a medical line student so please don't think bad at all If a girl do sex in age of 20 after she 4-5 year when she married her husband can find his wife do sex before or not? If yes explain me please

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology, MBBS
Gynaecologist,
Please tell me a question's answer
I am a medical line student so please don't think bad at all
If a girl do sex in...
Yes and no! you may be surprised at my answer but the bottom line is trust. If the would be husband is trusting he will never bother about the hymenal bleed or tear or such considerations. But if the would be husband is" suspicious" then even if the hymen is intact, he can suspect that there has been premarital sex. Many a youth who indulge in pre marital sex, or flings in their youth, never think of these, esp men. Its the woman who has to face the burden of suspicion and guilt. Generally, the hymen of every woman differs, and in some it is very elastic while it is rigid in others. At times due to sports or some such physical activity the hymen may get torn on its own. In some the elasticity is so good it may remain intact even after repeated intercourse. Hymenal tears, whether by sex, or by such sports play can be simple cuts or it may get torn into small bits. What happens at sex, cannot be controlled by the woman or the man. The only way the hymen can be left intact it to" have no sex at all" so in effect, one can say hymen integrity cannot be an" indicator" of virginity. Nowadays there are many girls who are opting to go for hymenoplasty where the" plastic" surgeons and gynecologists can repair the hymen by various means but these surgeries are costly and may not give the same effect in all.

The 10 year married (41 ) pregnant aspirant women already did 2 times IVF through foreign ovum donation, having problem in tubal blockage, high FSH (21.34 IU/ml) and low AMH (0.82), . Would it recommendable for another IVF of her own or go for surrogacy/adoption. Last time she got pregnancy but after 16 week it was lost due to abnormality, as result growth of the foetus checked and length was reduced and finally going to be aborted. The linear ovary and male sperm found O.k but don't know the quality of egg donor. Pl. Put the suggestion under this condition, what to do as because she is going to be on menopausal stage?

Hi Lybrate user, you should definitely try one more IVF but through donor eggs and your chances will improve if you try PGD that is genetic testing. As you are having low egg reserve it would be better to go with donor eggs. Conceiving is not issue you definitely try.

Hypertension, or abnormally high blood pressure

BHMS
Homeopath,
Hypertension, or abnormally high blood pressure
Hypertension, or abnormally high blood pressure, is often referred to as the “silent killer.” This is because it does not usually manifest any symptoms while causing damage to the heart, brain, kidneys, and eyes.
According to the World Health Organization, “Hypertension affects 600 million people worldwide. Yet many are unaware that they have the disease and are at risk of developing a stroke, heart disease, blindness and kidney failure. Hypertension causes five million premature deaths per year, yet there is no proper solution for curing hypertension.”..
Homeopathy, a branch of alternative medicine based on the Law of Similars, is one of the most effective hypertension treatments, in my opinion. Homeopathy believes in holistic, totality, and individualized approaches. A holistic approach means that every manifested symptom in a body relates to a mental or emotional state. In a totality approach, homeopathy does not aim to treat a specific organ, but the body in its entirety.

CAUSE OF HYPERTENSION
Doctors are often unable to pinpoint the exact cause of hypertension. corticosteroids and immunosuppressive drugs . Medication taken for pain and inflammation, such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitors may also raise blood pressure,As well, tobacco products contain nicotine, Chronic overuse of alcohol . In fact, 30 to 60% of alcoholics suffer from hypertension. Caffeine intake may also cause an acute (rapid but brief) increase in blood pressure. Research indicates that about 62% of strokes and 49% of heart attacks are caused by hypertension.

Homeopathy can help high blood pressure, determining its cause through a holistic approach that looks to cure the individual as a whole. Homeopaths simply use symptoms, and the sensation of experiencing those symptoms, to determine which homeopathic remedy will most effectively trigger the body’s healing response.
Homeopathic treatment is recommended because it not only can lower and stabilize blood pressure, it also has a positive effect on overall health.

High Blood Pressure DIET -
Restrict your sodium intake.
Eat a well-balanced diet based on whole grains, fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, fish, chicken, and turkey.
Avoid foods high in transfatty acids and saturated fats.
Avoid licorice, it is known to raise blood pressure.
Garlic helps reduce high blood pressure. In the morning take a tiny piece of garlic and crush it with the knife. Swallow with a glass of water.
Make yourself hot lemonade.Drink it, twice a day.
Stop smoking.
Reduce your stress levels.
