I am 20 years old and I am a cricket player. Almost 2 moths before I dived to catch a ball and fall on the ground and my shoulder got pain. I can not move my shoulder perfectly. I went to the hospital for checkup. The doctor of the hospital said for x-ray scan. I scanned the shoulder and the doctor see the report and say for physiotherapy. I worked for physiotherapy for 1 month but nothing happened. Then I went to the another doctor of bone specialists. This doctor also said for x-ray scan. Then I show the xray scan which I have scan before. This doctor watched the scan and the he said for ultrasound of the shoulder. Then I went for ultrasound and next day I show the report of ultrasound. The report of the ultrasound is given below:- There is a small 1.8×0.8 cm diameter cystic area present in the medial subdeltoid region. On dynamic scanning there is no visible impingement. The deltoid fibers are normal. The supraspinatus and sub-scapularis tendons are intact. The muscle fibers and tender of the infra-spinatus and teres minor are normal. There is no fluid present in the infraglenoid recess. The capsular ligament is intact. The biceps tendon is normal in the bicipital groove. CONCLUSION ● A SMALL CYSTIC AREA IN THE MIDDLE SUBDELTOID REGION? SUBDELTOID BURSA ● MRI OF LEFT SHOULDER IS RECOMMENDED After watching this report, the doctor said to take in a injection for four time, each after 15 days. The cost of 1 injection is Rs 700, very costly. Also to take some medicines have recommended to me. I am confused that if I will spend money for it ,will my shoulder get perfect. Can you please give me the solution for the my shoulder get perfect?
I am 59 year old diabetic (F 140 PP 165) and have pain at two inch above back of foot heel and I also feel pain on back and inner side of both knees. Pain reduces after two minute of walk. Pain is more in the morning after night party with alcohol. I also feel sleepiness in day time.

You probably spend a whole day working at your office when your back remains in the same position. Then when you come back from work, you complain about your back pain, put some medicine and hope it goes away the next day. However, in such cases there are chances that the pain might return after a few days. You may not be aware of the fact, but there are certain fairly simple exercises you can do to strengthen your back and prevent back pain. Here are some of them.
1.Opposite arm leg raises
Lie on your stomach with one arm in the air as your starting position. Then finish the exercise by slowly lifting your leg. Hold this position for two seconds and then repeat this for the other arm and leg as well.
2. Prone hold
Hold a posture where you are holding your entire body weight on just your toes and your elbows for as long as it is pain-free.
Lie on your belly with your arms above your head. Slowly lift your arms and legs from this position as far as possible and then put it down again. Repeat this as many times as you can do it in a pain free way. Once again, it is imperative to not do this when it is painful as you may get injured.
4. Side holds
To do this, you have to be on your side putting your entire body weight on the side of your foot and your elbow. Hold it for as long as you can maintain the correct posture and it is pain free for you.
5. Resistance band rotation
Stand straight up or on your knees with your back straight up. Then using a resistance band rotate your body back and forth.
