Night blindness is due to a disorder of the cells in the retina that are responsible for vision in dim light. Get your refraction done and importantly orthoptics examination done. Also get your fundus examined. If these fall within normal limits. Then see a physician who wd find out the cause for headache.

Hello this happens because muscles get tired when we stare atsometing. Moreover the cornea gets dried which sens signal to brain to blink and blinking again cause movement of eye ball.

Hi. You can get your eyes tested from an Opthalmologist (eye specialist) only who can examine your eye from inside and will make a proper diagnosis. Include the following for getting better vision: Vitamins A, C, E, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. DHA is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like wild salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for eyes: Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing rather reducing the power of your eyes. Take Physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

Hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses. Get your vision tested and wear glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 24 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

Hello i am sorry but there is no option at this age to avoid both glasses you may try LASIK in both eyes for distance vision and KAMRA implant in non dominant eye for presbyopia. This is only option

Most common cause is having a spectacles power. Just get it checked with nearest eye care specialist Glasses, contact lenses and surgery are the only three options for good vision if you having spectacle power.

Get your refraction done and wear spectacles eat green veggies. Carrots. Papayas, mangoes yellow fruits nuts butter. Strain less your eyes. Relax your eyes in between work. Blink regularily if working for long time on computer. Lower the brightness of your screen. Work under adequately illuminated conditions. Also try to blink your eyes properly while work. Use good tear substitutes like genteal 4 times a day. And anti glare screen for your system. You can go for lasik surgery depending upon the type severity and stability of refractive error, and condition of the cornea. Till then you must not undergo lasik. You can also go for soft contact lenses. Use eyedrops genteal 3 times a nd zoneph 4 times a day.

Homoeopathic medicine PHYSOSTIGMA Q ( SBL) Drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily NATRUM MUR 6X ( Dr Reckeweg) Chew 4 tab twice daily Preferably Early morning EYE BALL ROTATION EXERCISE 20 times clockwise nd 20 times Anticlockwise completes one cycle.Repeat cycles at least 5 times in start reaching upto 20 in 3 months.You can do this eye exercise any time during the day but morning time while seeing towards the red light of Sun when it is not completely risen,is the best time,dont see directly towards Sun. Diet for EYESIGHT Lutein and zeaxanthin are both important nutrients for eye health,6 as both of them are found in high concentrations in your macula—the small central part of your retina responsible for detailed central vision. More specifically, lutein is also found in your macular pigment – known for helping to protect your central vision and aid in blue light absorption—and zeaxanthin is found in your retina.Estimated daily dose of lutein is 10 mg per day, and at 2 mg/day for zeaxanthin. Both lutein and zeaxanthin are primarily found in green leafy vegetables, although zeaxanthin is far scarcer than lutein. Kale and spinach are two of the most lutein-rich foods, but you'll also find it in carrots, squash, and other orange and yellow fruits and vegetables. Both lutein and zeaxanthin are carotenoids called xanthophylls, which give plants and vegetables their yellow-orange color, and the name "lutein" comes from the Latin word "luteus," which means "yellow." I am 75 years old having a problem of insomnia for the last one year. I get hardly 4-5 hrs disturbed sleep at night. Next day through outfeel headache, burning of eyes and feel lousy. It becomes difficult for me to do routine work due to sleepless. I am a diabetic patient under control and also having a prostate problem under treatment.
