Dear lybrate user I think you are suffering with allergic manifestation. Take investigation for blood dl c. Ande. S. R. Andx-ray of chest. May be you have eisinophillic broncoitis you should take turmeric powder 1gm with warm water and sitopaladi powder 3gm. With honey. Thrwice in day avoid cold drink, ice cream dahi chhach etc.

Sir I have sinusitis and it occurs in every winter and I feel uncomfortable during colder days the symptoms are headache and nasal Congestion how could I get rid of it.

Take homoeopathic medicine Belladonna 30 at hourly interval 3 times in the morning and Arsenic album 30 at hourly interval 3 times in the evening for 4 days. Take light and easily digestible food and complete rest. Drink lots of water to hydrate and eliminate toxins from your body.

Hi Lybrate-user Small airway obstruction may be early sign of asthma. It indicates that your lung airways are slightly narrow. As a consequence of it you may have cough and breathing difficulty. It is not serious and can easily be controlled by treatment.

Avoid Hotel Food, Avoid Fast food, Hamburgers, Pizza. Do not take any COLD drinks, cold water, ice cream, chilled food from refrigerator. Take warm or hot drinks often – hot tea, hot coffee, hot Soups, hot milk. Avoid Fried/Oily foods like –Samosa, Dosa, Pakora, Papad, Namkeens, Potato Chips, Namkeens.Take soft foods like rice Gurrel (Khichdi), Plain daal, boiled vegetables. Avoid Chillies completely. Take plain warm water, Cocunut water, Enerzal in warm water. Avoid Cold Milk, Meat Products ,Fried rice and noodles. Avoid Sour fruits like Citrus fruits, grapes. Avoid heavy meals, eat small frequent meals. Avoid Alcoholic drinks of all kinds like Beer, Wine, whisky,vodka etc. Warm saline gargles thrice daily. Steam inhalation thrice daily. Rest for 5 days Private Consult with me for proper medicine protocol if the above does not help. Tests needed - CBC, ESR,AEC, SERUM IGE.

1. You have to do steam inhalation by a steam inhaler 2-3 times daily 2. Take viscodyne ls syrup 2 tsf thrice daily 3. You have to take antibiotic, use inhaler and do nebulisation along with it if required4. Consult physician for advice 5. If it is due to allergy do an allergy test after consulting allergist/immunologist to find out the cause of allergy and follow rhe advice and treatment accordingly.
