Otrivin can be harmful if used for long periods. Get a NCCT PNS done to evaluate the extent and severity of sinusitis. You may have to use intranasal steroids and anti a ...read full answer

It does not mean much until you have any particular symptoms. If you have fever, loss of weight, appetite or malaise then only evaluate for tb.

Syrups can just help you sooth your airways and provide symptomatic relief. Get yourself properly evaluated for the cause of cough.
