Hi. Blood pressure does not remain constant all the times. It changes as per your bodies requirement. So when you are anxious, angry of worried, your body shows response by increasing your heart rate and bp. This is an absolutely proper response. Bp problem is when your bp remains high even if you are calm and sitting resting. Take care.

A guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. You can add one teaspoon of honey to the above mix and have it in the morning. This combination is believed to burn the fat inside the body. 1 cup of green tea or black tea or black coffee without added sugar You can choose any of these for your diet plan or change the items daily to avoid monotony. Breakfast You can have a breakfast which contains less than 350 calories. Here are some options Two rotis along with half a cup lentil gravy or tofu gravy OR 1 quarter plate brown bread or broken wheat upma and a cup of low fat milk OR 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar  and ½ cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Take ½ cup melon/cucumber and carrot salad or 20 grapes or a fistful of peanuts/ almonds/ melon seeds. Make sure that the calorie consumption is between 50-70 calories. Lunch There are multiple options for vegetarian lunch. I would advice analgesia like calpol and antibiotics to control the infection first. If it settles down and you don't have a recurring problem you can defer the root canal treatment till you have delivered.

Here’s why: It’s often said that caffeine has a half-life of about five hours—which means if you eat an early enough dinner, that after-supper cappuccino should be out of your system by bedtime, right? Unfortunately, that’s not quite right. After seven hours, much of the stimulant will be gone from your system, depending on your sensitivity to it—but 25% of it could still be there. “It can also increase nighttime urination and otherwise adversely impact your sleep,” says Dr. Weil. Get your sweat on. Sleep experts often say you should avoid working out in the evenings because it can take hours for adrenaline—that exciting hormone that surges during exercise—to return to normal levels. Unfortunately, the proof that nighttime workouts inhibit sleep just isn’t there. There is plenty of research, however, that supports the idea that exercise improves sleep. One study found that insomniacs who picked up a regular exercise routine slept better, felt less depressed, and had more energy all day. The bottom line? If working out at night interrupts your sleep, squeeze in a morning run instead. If not, get exercise in whenever you can. (Need a new exercise routine Go easy on the booze. A nightcap, tempting though it may be when you can’t sleep, can actually ruin your slumber—and that’s especially true for women. 1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2.Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Tips for removing kidney stones:: 1. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. 2. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. 3. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water lemon soda etc. 4. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. 5. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. 6. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. 7. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. 9. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day. Few tips after hair transplant- Local care of the scalp to be taken for a minimum of three days and medicine depends on the vital parameters of the person and it's better to keep your head elevated when you sleep from day 1 till day 7 and no to alcohol/ smoking and after two weeks can resume with normal care for hairs

Firstly there's no lifelong cure for the common cold. Antibiotics are only effective against infections of throat and are of no use against cold viruses. Over-the-counter (otc) cold preparations won't cure a common cold or make it go away any sooner, and most have side effects. A saltwater gargle 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2tsp turmeric dissolved in a glass of warm water can temporarily relieve a sore or scratchy throat. During orthodontic treatment brushing can not be done properly because the wires and brackets. So avoid colourful food and use mouthwash regularly so that chromogenic bacteria may not grow. Get teeth cleaned every 2 nd month during this period of braces.
