Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

If voveron sr is not helping you then there may be some major problem. You should consult the doctor as soon as possible for perfect diagnosis. If there is any history of injury then go for xray first. You may also apply any analgesic ointment at affected part.

Hi…This problem is due to irritation and inadequate nutrition of the brain. So follow few basic things …. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of water during meals …. 2) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal… 3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods… 4) avoid coffee and tea… 5) try to sleep upto 10.30 pm … 6) do anuloma viloma pranayam and omkar chanting regularly early in the morning… A) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals… B) take 250 ml of fresh butter milk during meals. C) instill 3-4 drops of CHANDANADI TAILA in each nostril at the time of sleeping…… Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.

Yes, you need to increase the quantity of food you eat, but at the same time you have to make sure you are eating healthy. Eat five to six meals a day. Avoid skipping any meal. Increase your portion size. Choose foods that are higher in healthy calories. Do not skip any meal, especially breakfast. Whatever you eat at breakfast is better absorbed and utilized by your system. So don’t forget to take a handful of nuts everyday along with good quality protein, like toned milk and boiled eggs. Maintain a 2 hour window between each meal so that you can feel he hunger and eat better quantities. Avoid junk foods, they provide high calories but at the same time trans fats also. Diet to be included for weight gain: - Peanut butters and cheese makes a calorie-dense yet nutritious spread for your sandwich - Milk (Add 2 tsp skimmed milk powder) - Egg whites or Banana - Soaked Almonds - Vegetable stuffed paratha - Groundnut chikki / Dry Fruit chikki - Roasted Soyabean / Almonds - Sprout salad - Chapati- Upma / Daliya khichdi / Poha - Veg (potato/ cauliflower/ cabbage/ ladyfinger / bottle gourd/ ridge gourd/ brinjal etc.) - Dal / legumes (soya bean / moth/ mung etc.) - Rice / biryani / pulav (veg / non veg) - Include food rich in carbohydrates and protein - Butter - Potatoes - Soya beans - Chicken We have special combinations to increase the the muscle bulk also increase the appetite. This could be scabies, body lice or another parasite. They all cause rashes. Best thing is to see your doc. You might have got infection from your partner. If it is not itchy, high alert! get an hiv test asap.

You are going through a depression and you need counseling and may be a doctor's prescription. When you have the desire to be happy, you must cling on to that thought because the brain will produce neurotransmitters to promote that feeling. I know it is difficult to hold on to that thought but it is cardinal to your well being. Without concentration the mind goes here, there and everywhere, jumping like a monkey from branch to branch, idea to idea. When there is a natural concentration, we can control our mind and there is peace. This one-pointed concentration on a thought, holding it for as long as we like, gradually collects strength in the mind and in the self. A strong mind is a mind that is peaceful, stable, satisfied and can remain in the deeper meaning of a thought. There is no waste caused by over-thinking, or the high speed of thought: These are the two greatest diseases of the mind these days, which is why there is so much stress and mental breakdown. You can follow these simple rules: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, eat more of proteins, nuts, fruits, and vegetables, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scotching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love: find someone to love and to love you back. A counselor is there only to facilitate you (if you need one, that is), all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive everyday and learn to be contended with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. As you are young and so there is still chances of gaining height. There are methods by which you can gain some centimetres of height. 1. The height of body is largely depend on the length of your spine (vertebral column or back bone in general language). So you have to add the exercise of stretching of spine daily in morning. Here are the exercises! * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Bone growth depends upon the adequate intake of calcium rich diet. So take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Vitamin d play very important role in bone growth. So sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are notso strong. 4. The growth and height is controlled by growth hormone which is secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. For meditation, listen toslow and spiritual music, take long breaths for 15-20 minutes everyday. It makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Psychosis may occur as a result of a psychiatric illness like schizophrenia. In other instances, it may be caused by a health condition, medications, or drug use. Possible symptoms include delusions, hallucinations, talking incoherently and agitation. The person with the condition usually isn't aware of his or her behaviour. Treatment may include medication and talk therapy.

This condition is called blue balls occurs due to if you hold ejaculation for long times. And normalize if you ejaculate anyhow. Make sure you are not holding ejaculation for long hours on off its ok but do not practice it often. Wish you good health.

Fruits That Reduce Uric Acid

Uric acid is a problem for a lot of people, and can cause serious health issues. All of us have this compound in our blood, but in small quantities, and we should always try to keep those levels low. One way to do this is by watching what we eat and consuming fruits that can help reduce uric acid naturally.

1.Citrus Fruits

Citrus fruits can protect you from gouty arthritis. Uric acid dissolves in citric acid present in fruits such as orange and lime. Hence, eating citrus fruits helps in lowering the uric acid level in the blood. Vitamin C is great for reducing the amount of uric acid in our blood. It dissolves the crystals that stick to our joints, helping to get rid of them.

2.Apple

Apples help fight against high levels of uric acid, thanks to their high water content. Apple contains malic acid, which neutralizes uric acid, thereby preventing abnormal rise in the uric acid level that causes gout. You can also fight gout by taking two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar daily after meals.

3.Banana

Banana is a rich source of potassium. Potassium stimulates excretion of uric acid. It also helps in preventing crystallization of uric acid. Eat bananas daily to prevent gouty arthritis.

4.Cherry

Eat a cup of tart cherries or drink a glass of cherry juice daily to prevent gout attacks. Studies have shown that cherries help in lowering the uric acid level. The therapeutic effect of cherry is primarily attributed to compounds called anthocyanidins that help in neutralizing uric acid. In addition, the anti-inflammatory property of the compound helps in alleviating inflammation and pain in the joints.

4.Strawberries

Strawberries are one of the most recommended fruits to neutralize uric acid in the body. They are excellent antioxidants and diuretics, and have anti-inflammatory properties. They help to regulate the digestive system, keep you full, and contain Vitamins B, C, K, and potassium. It also helps with eye health, reversing signs of aging, prevents flaccidity and celulitis.

5.Pineapple

Pineapple contains bromelain ? an enzyme which has anti-inflammatory qualities and is known to reduce inflammation. It also stimulates the decomposition of uric acid crystals and hence, helps to alleviate the pain associated with gout. Bromelain is also an enzyme that aids in the digestion of protein and we know that a diet high in protein often leads to excess uric acid build up in the blood.

6.Blueberries

These wonder berries should be added to your list of Gout foods to eat. Blueberries contain vitamin C, vitamin E, and they are loaded with anti oxidants. They are great for reducing the inflammation associated with Gout. If you start to feel Gout pain then you should immediately add blueberries to your daily diet.

Dear lybrate-user, Coconut water is considered very good for Kidney function. Other fruits that will help: black grapes (sweet); pomegranate, melons, banana, oranges. The idea is to take a different fruit each day and not a mixture. Refrain from eating to hot or too cold foods. Stop consuming packaged, preserved, canned, stale and refrigerated foods. Regards.

Hi lybrate-user. The heart rate is usually slightly higher in pregnancy. However Your heart rate is much higher than the normal limits. Suggest to get an ECG or ECHO done to see if your heart is tolerating the pregnancy changes well. If this is associated with swelling of feet as well then do check with your Gynec about this.
