Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I' m 23 yrs female i' m suffering from severe constipation that I have to take tablets like dulcoflex or cremalax daily. Please suggest me wht to do to get normal motion

Limit the amount of white bread, sugar, meat, junk food and milk products (cheese, milk, butter, cream.) and increasing fresh fruits, veggies, water and fiber (beans, oats,) also yogurt really helps due to the probiotics. Maybe you could do a food diary for a period, eliminate a couple of items at a time and build up until you have added enough other of good items to make the stools loose. Oatmeal helps out tremendously. Figure out the diet and once you' ve added enough good things, slowly pull back on the laxatives and pay attention as you go. This could be a food allergy, do some research, usually its lactose (dairy), nuts, sugar, food coloring, preservatives. Try to avoid boxed and processed foods which have more preservatives, calories, fat, high carb. I hope some of this helps. In the mean time try (biochemic) biocombination numb 4. 4 pills 6 times a day for considerably longer period. Requires detailed questioning so as to ascertain your personality and to treat you symptomatically. Treatment is available, safe and without side effects in biochemic system of medication. Consult in private.

The most common mistake people suffering from insomnia make is that they'try' to sleep. This causes frustration and that drives sleep away further. What you should do is follow'sleep hygiene' 1. Avoid stimulants like tea/ coffee in the evening. 2. Avoid stimulating brain activities like gaming just before sleeping. 3. Use your bed only for sleep. Do not go to your bed unless you are sleepy. 4. Avoid heavy exercise after 8 p. M. Do exercise every day preferably in the morning. 5. Avoid day time naps. 6. Have a glass of milk before bed time. Avoid heavy meals at night. 7. Do not try to fall asleep. You need to be relaxed to sleep. If you don't get sleep then get up and do something boring. 8. Tell yourself'you are not going to sleep' sometimes this tricks your brain into falling asleep. 9. If the problem persists visit a doctor, preferably a psychiatrist to find out the cause of insomnia.

Lead a healthy life style. Exercise regularly, avoid junk food, take lots of vegetables and fruits, maintain ideal weight for your height. Keep yourself away from any addiction. Monitor blood sugar regularly.
