diet has 80% role. So plan a well balanced diet consisting of good quality proteins such as curd paneer eggs chicken or fish. Have complex carbs during the day and avoid carbs at night . Have proteins at night. Exercise regularly atleast 40 mins

Hair loss happens due to various reasons and to treat it correctly the cause has to be known. There are temporary and permanent types of bair loss. You can try taking a multivitamin supplement with iron and zinc for a month to see if it helps. If your hair loss does not reduce with this you should consult a trichologist for further investigation as early treatment is the key to successful results in hair loss. Hair follicles once damaged or dead are difficult to be revived back so do not waste much time on trying shampoos or oils instead look for internal causes of hair loss. Have a healthy balanced diet and include sprouts, green tea, almonds, walnuts and flaxseeds and leafy greens in your diet. Avoid red meat, ghee, cheese, butter, smoking, fried food and sweets. Exercise regulary to improve the blood circulation to your scalp.

Myths about masturbation are something that has been around for centuries, being handed down from one generation to another. These myths have made a lot people, especially the younger generation; imagine that there is a problem where none existed. Here a few such myths The truth is that acne and pimples are caused by oily skin and have nothing to do with masturbation. Masturbation is a lifelong sexual activity. According to surveys regularly show 70 to 95 per cent of adult men and women masturbate. And while this may slow down as we age, many of us continue masturbating into our golden years. One survey of 800 adults over 60 yrs. Age found that that 46% of them masturbated, another found that 20% of seniors masturbated once a week or more. Masturbation is not just for the young, nor is it an immature form of sexual behaviour. The act of masturbation is as natural as making love, and, just like sexual intercourse it does not have any adverse effects on your health. Things like it causes acne, impotence, dark circles around the eyes etc. Are just unfounded assumptions and are not correct. Is regular sexual intercourse bad for you? Then how can masturbation be bad for you as it only mimics the sexual act. One can masturbate up to a couple of times a day with no ill effects. You just need to be aware about the difference between excessive masturbation and compulsive masturbation. His testicles begin producing and storing sperm during puberty and this sperm production continues throughout much of his adult life. It is a myth that satisfying yourself sexually will diminish your performance in bed.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Dear lybrate-user, jesa ki apne bataya he ki apka beta 3-4 oz dudh hi pita he, ye quantity 5 months ke baby k liye kafi kam he itna dudh use ek bar ki feed me pina chahiye. Aap uske cues ko samzne ka prayatna kare jab wo apna mih idhar udhar kare, ya muh se dudh pi rhe ho it tarah ki movement kare, god me betha ho tb agar wo chest ki taraf muh kare to samaziye ki he is hungry and feed him. Khali rone pr dudh pilana baby ko irritate kar dega and uka growth hone me problem aa sakti he.

You would have come across the any hair line fracture of jaw or ligament tear at the time of injury. It will on its own now, avoid opening the mouth too much, hot fomentation of jaw joints is advisable 3 times daily using towel soaked in warm water.

To get thick hairs follow these instructions and methods: • Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes do it under the supervision of yoga expert. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use Mahabhringraj oil and apply it 2 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increase blood circulation and enhance hair growth & make them thick. * Take a bowl of curd, apply this curd on your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse it with water. My child boys penis cover cannot remove back from birth time to till date, I ask many doctors they ask to throw water on it while the baby will get bath, just try to little force to push back. Even at age 5 some one doctor try to shape to wide by some gel etc. And say the skin at the sensitive area are thin so go for operations. We avoid the surgery. Till the time not solve the issues.

Your son has" phimosis" it is the inability of the fore skin of the penis to retract back. At age of 5 years you should not be worried too much about this unless - he has repeated urine infections or redness around the tip of penis - pain during urination etc. If he has no such problems you can safely wait for few years and later decide what to do? surgical correction by" circumcission" is a cure for phimosis.

you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1.
