Do regular exercise. Go for a brisk walk in the morning. Medication: Take Schwabe's Bacopa Monierri 1x/ thrice daily and Kali Phos./ once daily at night for 1month.

Hello, looking at your height and weight your bmi is 27.03 kgs / m2 (normal <23 kgs/m2), which means you are over weight. Your ideal body weight. To get bmi 23 kgs, weight should be down to 71 kgs. This will help in becoming more healthy as well as in controlling all the lipids. Uric acid 8.2 mg is high, that could be the reason for joint pain. To reduce uric acid you will have avoid red meat, organ meat, certain fishes like herring, sardines, salmon, haddock, scallops and mushrooms, mussels. Also avoid alcohol and sweetened aerated drinks. Overall caloric intake also should be matching the ideal body weight (71 x 25 cals = 1775 cals. Plus a daily exercise of over 1 hour is a must. Thanks.

Hi. Dark circles can be temporary (means happens after any recent or chronic diseases or underlying medical condition, allergies, sinus infections and nasal congestions, lower eyelid laxity, fluid retention, hormonal imbalances, hyperpigmentation, aging, sun-exposure, insufficient sleep, worm-infestation, nutritional deificiency, working long hrs. on computer, lack of rest, stress/ tension, etc.) which can be improved by fixing the underlying cause or the problem or can be inherited from your parent's genes which can't be treated or cured! Management: Eat healthy and on time. Avoid junk. Drink plenty of water (as dehydration can cause dull or patchy skin). Sleep well. Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer. The area under your eyes has very sensitive skin, so never use chemical bleach. Reduce your stress/ tension through yoga, meditation or any other exercises (it not only improves your blood circulation, but also reduces the production of stress hormones by the body as well as increases happy hormones in the body). Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. Dear the normal levels of blood sugar is fasting level should be less than 100 mg% and 2 hrs after meals should be less than 140 mg%. Increased urination, thirst or hunger, loss of weight, easy fatiguability, blurred vision, irritability or sometimes no symptoms at all.

Breakfast is very important meal of the entire day so skipping is not good. Many researches has been done and found that breakfast eaters tend to be healthier. If you think heavy breakfast can lead to weight gain then its no. Because ot not only helps to maintain body weight but also keeps you fit and healthy in the entire day. Skipping breakfast may lead to risk of obesity. You may feel lazy tired. Skipping breakfast causes people to be more hungry and eat more at lunch/dinner which will compensate your breakfast so why to avoid. You can make your diet healthy which doeas not contain fat in breakfast. You can have fresh juice, bread slices, milk, poha, upma, fruits like papaya etc in your breakfast rather than taking butter, cheese, ghee etc which wil increase your cholestrol level. So as an advice start taking breakfast daily. If you want you can skip your dinner. or make a schedule in which you end with your dinner at 6-7 pm and so that food digest on time and you can sleep. Have breakfast rich in protein which is very good breakfast. If you do not feel hungry in morning than do not forcefully have it. Take lemon and honey in hot water daily this will increase your food digestion ability and will make you fit. Best Regards.

Fever can be caused by almost any bacterial and viral infections. Some common fever-causing infections include sore throats, common cold, ear infections, urinary tract infections, pneumonia, tuberculosis, sinusitis, bronchitis, gastroenteritis, diarrhea, vomiting, and skin infections. If the fever is mild, general opinion suggests that you just leave it to run its course naturally. The simplest way to cope with the effects of fever would be by increasing your fluid intake and getting adequate rest. Ample rest is necessary when suffering from a fever. Avoid exposure to extremes in temperature, any form of strenuous exercise, mental stress and any type of physical exertion. Boil fresh basil leaves in water. Leave to infuse and strain before drinking once a day. Mix half a teaspoon of pure saffron in boiling water and have a teaspoon of this concoction on the hour while the fever is present. Fenugreek seeds boiled into a tea and strained can help alleviate chest congestion and reduce a fever. Mix half-cup grapefruit juice with half-cup water and drink this often to prevent dehydration and reduce fever symptoms. One tablespoon of honey mixed with ginger juice and lime juice are an effective natural remedy for fever. 1 spoon giloy juice empty stomach is also good for fever.

Hi, Please follow these tips to stop snoring: - Reduce your weight if you are obese. - Perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - Quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - Quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - Sleep on sides instead on back. - Elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - Clear the nose before going to bed. - Establish regular sleep pattern. - Keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - Perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - Anti snoring appliances can also be used.
