You should go for chemica free products as far as your facial skin is concerned. Make a face pack by mixing triphala powder,haldi,chandan amd manjishtha in honey.make a face pack and apply it on your.wash the face after 15 mins. Use chemical.free appricote facial scrub and himalaya fairness cream for natural glow. Drink.lots of warer daily and do pranayam. Any product that contains chemical make your face glow temporarily but after 1-2 month it irritates your skin and result in blemishes.v

Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day...take lots of proteins like soyabean...egg white.....etc...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp....do pranayama early morning...

I don't know why my blood pressure always remains low sometimes it is 93/63 and sometimes 100/60 highest blood pressure I have measured till date is 110/70 after eating so many things and always have breathlessness and light headedness in only left side. Do not know why? Please suggest me.

If your general health is fine there is no need to worry and some people like athletes have low BP which is normal. If concerned you can do a cardiology check up.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Small vsd indeed gets closed with time. To confirm that its closed you have to get 2d echo done. Although clinically also it can be confirmed by your doctor.

I am ashok. 27 years old .regarding weight gain. My daily routine :I wake up at 8,9,10 am not specific .breakfast at 10 or 11 and 4 to5 pm food àt 11 pm dinner. No any bad habits.In food veg &non veg. Sleep problem. Worry,tension. Study Pressure. I go bed at 12or 1: 30.thank you.

Your eating sleeping habits all are wrong your problems will not solve untill you changes your life style avoid breakfast take food between 10 to 12 in morning and dinner within 3 hrs of sunset sleeping time 10 to 5-7 am you can drink milk in morning or lite food like upama shira etc avoid heavy food in dinner for more details consult privetly.
