her dose is very low according reports. pl. take tab. thyrox-75 mcg. Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, go for walk. avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Do Tests every 3 to 6 months. And consult doctor on time.

Treatment for diabetes we are facing the problem since 7years we want solution for rest of whole life please help me.
Lybrate-user, for diabetes mellitus appropriate treatment with drugs, diet control and regular exercise are needed to achieve very good control and prevent or delay possible long term complications of the disease. But to help I need to know following details: fasting, pp glucose levels, hba1c%, present treatment with dosage, dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise. It will be better if you come in a private conversation with all the details then I can give specific guidance. In this communication we are supposed to give general advise like: avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries and all other bakery items. Consume more of green leafy vegetables and salads and permitted fruits (100 g a day). Use whole grain flour for making chapati and roti. Avoid maida and items made with it. Exercise regularly for at least 1 hour a day and dietary intake should be based on ideal body weight, extent of daily exercise and blood glucose levels. Thanks.

You are not over weight. But your tone is getting lost. Go to gym but only till your belly flattens. But for permanent tone you have to take a two way action. Food and exercise. In food you add some 125 gms of sprouted and steamed dry matar or moong or gram. You should continue exercise so the fat does not accumulate on the belly.

To increase your digestion power and get relief from gas problem you can follow these methods : • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds ( carom )and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat . • Take pudina ( mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day . You can make chutney of it . Mint and corriander has enzymes that increase your digestion . • Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal . Eat an apple daily . • Do running and jogging exercise daily . Do pavanmuktasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert. • Eat healthy food and avoid fast food , spicy food , excessive consumption of tea , coffee and alcohol .

Hi, what r d associated symptoms, itching, burning, pain, any discharge, these r d symptoms to b taken into account to proceed further. However, till your symptoms r collected (not openly) tk, homoeo medicine. @ azadirachataq-5 drops, thrice with 1/2 cup of water. Avoid, junk food, caffeine, alcohol, dust, scorching sun. Tk care.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

Dear your sleep cycle is broke up. You have to rearrange this. For this you have to do following things 1. Dont sleep in morning tomorrow. 2. Now you will not sleep today and not tonight. I quite understand how difficult it must be to take care of two kids who are going for each other, hammer-and-tongs. In situations where there are sibling rivalries you have to be really careful to handle it without bias or at least appear to be so. Here are a few tips: be rational in any disputes; show that you care for both but more for the person who is right; reason out with both but expect the older one to be both considerate and understanding; teach the younger one obedience to the older one due to the age difference, if she is reasonable; sometimes you let them sort out their disputes by just monitoring the conversation; no violence is to be permitted, ever; no foul language also; settle disputes by yourself as early as possible and never tell them to wait till daddy comes home; do not punish them with physical beatings unless it calls for the same but it should be done with complete control over your own emotions and you need to be very careful what you say when you do so; do not compare the two with each other or with other people you know; and reward them when they are deserving with verbal or material forms of recognition. However much you show love to both of them equally (which is really not possible actually) both will claim that you love the other more. If they can justify that accusation, you must accept it and act accordingly. If they cannot justify it just ignore those comments. Never hesitate to apologize if you are wrong for any reason (they will really get overwhelmed by that). In terms of consequences (i like that term instead of punishments), use the following proven techniques: stick one or both in the corner of the room facing the corner and let them be there until they are ready to deal with the situation by giving you a very good explanation for their behavior; let them do a chore that is related to the crime; deprive them of tv, if they cannot agree amicably on a program with which you can help them initially; make them write a sentence several times that is meaningfully connected to the event; deprive them of chocolates, sweets etc. For a limited period of time and do specify that time; never give them unending consequences or undefined in terms of time or frequency; at the end of each such successful confrontation show them that you love them but do not do it from guilt, even if you feel really sorry for them; never, never, ever reject them whatever you do or say; and confront the behavior and not the person. Your daughter is in her early teens and will need special attention. She may display certain abnormal behaviors in which case, she is indicating that some unresolved childhood issues are surfacing seeking a resolution. Be there for her in a special way and if you know of any unresolved issues yourself do talk to her about it and help her out of it. If anything gets too serious, meet a professional counselor and work in league with them. Be in touch with their teachers and you will be surprised with how much more they know and how it is possible to work with them to help both your kids. But do not be a complainer to the teachers and in no way should you embarrass them in front of those faculties. Your disciplining is with motherly nurturing and do not hold that back for any reason. Involve the father where his role as a man is required and the kids will know that you both work together as parents for their welfare. There is so much more but space does not permit going into too much detail.

You have to take following precautions like: use an ice pack to reduce swelling, inflammation, and pain. Take an over-the-counter pain reliever, like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. Rest your feet by staying off of them as much as possible for a few days when your heels are aching. Exercise your feet. Some good foot flexing and stretches can help stretch out the plantar fascia, and make it feel better. Adjust your shoes with inserts that raise the heel and support the arch of your foot. Avoid walking on uneven walking surfaces.

Hello, That was a good question. You can eat raw vegetables but do not juice them unless they are organic. Plan your grocery in such a way that you can mixture of organic and farm fresh grocery. shop the vegetables that best suit for salads in organic stores and vegetables to be Cooked in farmers market. some vegetables sply carrots Rae good if you take them steamed as you get phytonutrients only if you cook them. same with tomato. Better grow your own produce of green leafs in your balcony. That is safest way to eat your greens.Hope this helps you. stay healthy stay fit.☺

Though it is a well-known fact that the vertical body height is determined by genetic factors, it can be even influenced to an extent by physical factors like diet and exercise. Mostly, growth stops after the onset of puberty when the growth plates in the long bones in our body get fused. However, growth still continues for some people even at the age of 22-25 and so, it is possible to add a few inches to your height even after this stage by resorting to exercise to increase height Gravity adversely affects your height by compressing your spines and joints, which squeezes and thins the cartilage, giving you a shorter appearance. Hanging on a vertical bar is a simple way to combat this problem. Hanging makes the lower torso’s weight stretch the spine and decreases the pull on the vertebras. This results in increasing the height by 1 to 2 inches, but not instantly. A horizontal bar for this should be placed at such a height that it allows the body to extend with room to move. If your body cannot fully extend, then bend your knees slightly in order to hang freely. Ensure that while grasping the bar, your palms are facing outwards. While hanging keep your arms, shoulders and hips as relaxed as possible, so that the gravity effectively pulls the body further. For additional benefits, you can try wearing ankle weights. This process should last for 20 seconds with a gap in between and should be repeated at least 3 times. This can most certainly be considered a good choice among the height increasing exercises.
