I am 25 yr male. I have sitting job as profession. Sometimes I suffer from back pain. It mostly happens when I do any physical activity. I consulted with physiotherapist. She improved my sitting position and suggested some regular exercise. My sitting posture improved. But original problem remained same. I also gone through blood test for Vit B12 and Vit D. Both were less then required. So gaining required level of VitB12 and Vit. D will help or not?

Vit. B12 and vit. D3 will definitely help in your back pain. If the pain still persists or comes back please consult an orthopedic and get all investigation like x-rays and mri of the spine. Back pain at your age is not good and should be properly investigated.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Doing daily yoga and exercise will always keep you fit. Take calcium supplements for few days. Do not start any exercise now. Let your pain subside. You can take pain killer for 2 days. Take dashmoolarishta kadha 2spoons twice a day with equal quantity of warm water.

Nuts- peanut, almond, spinach, broccoli, green mustard and other green leafy vegetable. Tomato, red bell pepper sun flower seed, pumpkin seed and sesame (til) vegetale oils (olive oil, sun flower oil) egg yolk, whole grain, soybean fruits- papaya, mango, kiwi. Basil these are better sources of vit e, but I suggest instead you take in general a balanced diet which will be much useful to you rather than going for a particular type of food do following 1. No alcohol 3. No smoking 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5.30 mts walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. For medicine contact on private chat with complete blood reports if any and your problems good luck.

Hello friends. I am 27 male. I have been gyming since 3 years .after gyming first 6 month I realize some pain in my shoulder. I immediately left working out and went to a doctor who advised me some exercises. It was not helpful so I went to a physiotherapist and had treatment which helps and my pain was gone. Again I started gyming and after 3 months again shoulder pain was there. This time I went to a orthopedic and he also advised me some exercises but it was waste of time. I also did ct scan and MRI but results are normal and doctors are telling to do physiotherapy and exercise .i need some real help guyz. I know you all are experienced. I can not go to gym and it kills me. Plzz help.

In conditions like yours where shoulder pain is not responding to physiotherapy, you should consult a pain specialist. You need to undergo ultrasonography of shoulder and intervention can be planned accordingly. In your case an injection known as Suprascapular nerve block will relieve the pain. This injection is given with help of ultrasound or X ray guidance in operation theatre to block pain transmission from shoulder joint. Hi ~use elastic bandages (such as an ace bandage) to wrap your ankle. ~wear a brace to support your ankle. ~use crutches for walking till swelling and pain subsides. ~keep your foot raised above your heart with pillows when resting or sleeping to reduce swelling. ~get plenty of rest and do not put weight on your ankle. Still you don't get relief than visit physiotherapist as physical examination /xray may be required for further investigation. Do reply for detailed treatment plan. Wishing you a good health.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 second then release repeat 15 time and physiotherapy treatment must avoid home remedy and strain full activity like long standing running ya other.

Do oil massage, take proper diet, stress free life, take milk & milk products, take dry fruits,seasonable fruits,green vegetables,do regular exercise, yoga ,pranayam.
