Hi Kya spinal cord injury ka koi treatment nehin hai. Stem cell therapy me kya treatment hota hai. Kya stem cell therapy se kuch improvement hone ka chance hai. After 3 year Mera kuch improve nehin hua hai. Mera injury T6 & T7 vertebra me hua he. Mera chest se leg tak paralysed he. Kuch feel nehin hota. Me kya karun kuch help kijiye.
Hi, I'm 27 years old male and had pain in the leg muscles. Almost a month back I had small accident in which I got lots of muscle pulls. After continuous use of violin and message oil, most of the muscles have recovered other than that of under the knee. The muscles remain normal but if I walk couple of Kms or stand for most of the time, after sitting for few moments its painful to stand again. It also pains when I use stairs. Do you think I should give it more time to recover or I should take medications?

Sometimes a back problem is too inflamed for exercises to start. When this is the case, the ideal approach is to rest in bed with medication, doing hours of exercises throughout the day.Bed rest simply means going tobed, which is usually hard to do. The adjustment in people’s lives is never easy and invariably you think there must be an easier way. But to do it properly you simply must rest.
Furthermore, you have to give yourself over to the notion of doing nothing,with an attitude of abandon rather than frustration, otherwise you will get nowhere.With cases of severe inflammation, there can be a build-up of treatment soreness which mimics the original pain. There is better natural sluicing of toxic inflammatory products away from the local nerve endings and the pain is no longer ever-present. As the protective spasm eases, the restorative process gathers pace.
