Hi lybrate-user, you are doing good in controlling portions and there's no harm in frequent eating or eating small portions at short interval of time. The need is to choose healthy options. You can binge on healthy roasted snacks/namkeen/makhana/fruits/salads/any clear soup/fresh seasonal juice/herbal juices/coconut water. 2) another option is to drink water before meals. That will help you in overeating. 3) you can also split your meals like if you are suppose to eat chapaties with veg+dal+curd+slaads. So do not all of these together. You can eat a bowl of salads first, after some time chapati with veg, then a bowl of dal and after half an hr curd. In this way you will never feel hungry and of course no overeating too.

Hi, masturbation thrice a week is enough and gives a refreshing feel and no tiredness should be there. But negative effects of excessive masturbation can be 1. After each ejaculation, you’ll notice the firmness of the next erection may get slightly softer and spongier, depending on how close apart the erections are. 2. Negative psychological impact on a person. Many people feel shame and guilt because of their masturbation habits. 3. Masturbation can cause a bending in your penis if you continually are using the same hand and especially if you masturbate aggressively 4. There is current research that states increased testosterone production is linked to DHT production, which is associated with male pattern hair loss.

Hello. For keeping yourself fir, you must follow healthy diet, regular exercise, proper sleep and approx 3 - 4 lit. Of water intake per day is must. Try to avoid oily and junk food. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. - Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. - Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. - Take one / two small packs (20gm) butter daily. - Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily - Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. - If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. - Dals have good protein. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. - Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. - No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. - Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily. - Take deworming tablets every six month. .Feel confident about yourself and be cheerful.
