Hello from about 2 months I have strong vertigo that do not even sleep well . I've noticed that I also dilated pupils . I went two weeks ago by the neurologoneurologo and he prescribed supplements Melaxina Te Pineal Tens. No improvement in fact I always feel worse . Before I had a treatment with Cipralex drops for irritable bowel and took 7 drops in the evening before going to bed but the neurologist told me to take them off because they could be the cause of expansion but the fact is that I have always these problems . What may be somebody can tell me? I am very worried.

There are 2 main causes for vertigo. 1) diseases of the ear 2) diseases of the brain. Diseases of the ear causing vertigo are bppv (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo), meniere's disease, labyrinthitis, trauma to the inner ear, toxicity due to medicines. These diseases can occur at any age and are usually associated with nausea and vomiting. Examination by an ent doctor will help to come to a diagnosis. Diseases of the brain causing vertigo are bleeding or interrupted blood supply to the cerebellum (area of the brain responsible for balance) and its connections, tumours. These conditions are commonly seen in elderly and are not associated with nausea and vomiting. They can be ruled out by mri. I hope this answered your question. Nooo. If you eat sufficiently then 2 - 3 times a weeek is good to keep you sexually active and more energetic.

Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (bmi) of under 18.5 or a weight. According to your height, your weight should be 52-54kg. Medication:- 1. Drakaharishta-10ml with warm water before food twice a day 2. Kooshmanda rasayana-1tsp daily twice followed by milk.

Ashwagandha is a short woody shrub that belongs to the solanaceae family. The powder is obtained from its roots. Take 1 glass of warm milk and add 2 tablespoons of ashwagandha powder to it. Then, mix one teaspoon of clarified butter (ghee). Stir it well and drink two times a day. Do this for one month.

Dear, the most common causes of weakness are * anemia * metabolic disorder (diabetes, hypothyroidism) * breathing problems (asthma, sinusitis) *digestion problems (diarrhea, gestric ulcers) * cervical spondylosis first check out your haemoglobin (hb), if your hb is low, then eat a lot of green vehetables and iron rich foods like apple, guava, sapotas (cheeku, beet root and oranges. Takeiron suppliments for increase in hb. If your hb level is normal then your all parts of body get adequate level of oxygen. 2. Take deep breaths atleast for 10-15 minutes twice a day. 3. Check out the blood sugar fasting in every 6 months. If blood sugar level, then take proper medicines for high sugar level. 4. In thyroid disorder, there is a feeling of weakness and tiredness. Check out your thyroid profile, if you feel tired even after the proper deit and medicines and take treatment. 5. In the morning, do medication regulary, do pranayam atleast for 5 -10 minute. It will make your hormones level normal.

Eat a balanced diet rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins, and fat. 2.Fill your diet with a wide range of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, eggs, pulses, nuts, seeds, wholegrains and naturally low fat dairy foods. 3.Donot skip breakfast. 4.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 5.Exercise is an extremely important factor in staying healthy so try to be active. 6.Make sure you get enough sleep – it's an essential part of being healthy.While we're asleep, our bodies have that all-important time to repair. 7. Knee advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

For your age tremor could be because of essential tremor 1.The cause of essential tremor is unknown. in some cases it is hereditary and runs in families.some 2.it is exaggerated due to stress/anxiety/panic/nervousness/Physical exhaustion/low blood sugar/ smoking,alcohol abuse,excess tea, coffee/ inadequate sleep 3. There is no definite treatment, unless it is very severe 4.Avoid stress/anxiety/nervousness/ panic etc 5. avoid excess tea/Coffee/ smoking/alcohol 6.take good nourishing diet 7.Have adequate sleep. 8. at this age it would be due to arthritis. Avoid sitting on the floor and squatting. Reguar quadriceps strengthening exercises can help. if the pain persists and xrays show severe arthritis then knee replacement can be done as a last resort

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You feel weak, so you should take proper diet you take 5 meals in a day in frequent intervals and don't skip breakfast. Include fruits and vegetables in your diet milk and milk products and give heavy and healthy breakfast like sprouts, dalia, poha, upma, oats. Include protein rich food in your diet.

You might have indulged in various types of detox regimes, but have you tried the Ayurvedic detox yet? The importance of detoxifying the body: The practice of cleansing the mind and body is considered to be one of the most crucial aspects of Ayurvedic lifestyle. It's may be due to gout, you should go for investication -uric acid, ra,& x ray knee joint. Till massage with warm oil for atleast 10 min 2 times a days it will help you great.
