Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

I have stretch marks on all over my body like shoulders arms thigh hips buttocks all over it seems too ugly so any solutions from getting rid of it wat to use n how to use any cream or any oil the most ugliest is between underarms n shoulder. Strectch marks occur due to sudden stretching or sagging of the skin. Stretch marks also depends on the elasticity of a person’s skin and the skin elasticity depends on the vitamins like vitamin E, omega 3 & 6. Strech marks take a long time to fade, so patience is the key to deal with stretch marks. To lighten the appearance of stretch marks – 1.Scrub the area lightly once a day. You can use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to scrub the area. 2.Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the area. 3.Apply Aloe Vera gel once a day on the area 4.Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health and reduce appearance of the skin. 5.You can also apply creams like Elastoderm stretch mark cream to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Apply this cream daily to see results in few months. 6.Consume diet that is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin E and A. 7.Keep yourself hydrated. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water to keep your skin soft and supple.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. Hye. Thank you for your query. Your basic health needs to improve during pregnancy. Your needs are not only high due to pregnancy but also because you are basically underweight. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Also, at least try and eat within half an hour of waking up. Avoid skipping meals. Incase you cannot have breakfast within a few minutes of waking up, try and have a fruit and then within half an hour have your breakfast.

Hello you are thin because of nightfall.. The following precautions are advised to check frequent night emission: · Do not sleep on the back · Do not use milk at night · Avoid overeating · Take your night meal at least before 3 hours before going to bed · Excessive spices, wine, eggs, meat and other stimulating things should be avoided. · Plenty vegetables, fruits should be taken · Tea, curd, betel should be avoided · Food should be chewed thoroughly · Avoid taking much fluid after dinner · Intake water frequently during day time. · Void urine prior to going to bed. · Get up early in the morning since such discharges occur in the morning hours · Excessive horse riding and cycling should be avoided · Deep breathing and long walk in healthy atmosphere should be done · Amorous thoughts and discussions should be avoided · Daily and light exercise should be done · Clean the genitals daily. · Moderate diet should be taken

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.
