To control cardiovascular system, you have to exercise daily, mainly walking must and food habits should be normal without spicy, daily take one piece of garlic daily with dinner for better result in cardiovascular.

Mitral valve prolapse will need surgical intervention. I have not heard of any tablet of magnesium. Most of the greens have it, and every multivitamin tablet has this vital mineral and bananas is a good source besides giving potassium, another mineral good for heart and entire body.

When there is gastric problem to me my blood pressure suddenly increase to 140/100 .What will be the reason.
Systolic, upper bp is normal but diastolic, lower is higher and needs to be investigated and treated. Get lipid profile done get blood tested for sugar take safer medicines like betablockers consult your doctor and get bp monitoring done don't skip medicines even if reports show normal because the medicines work for protection of the heart and brain reduce stress and anxiety related issues with the help of yoga and meditation reduce weight also reduce salt and take more potassium through citrus fruits like oranges and lemon juice and water exercises like simple walk in case of no pollution, cycling indoor bp can be controlled and not treated.

Your cholesterol level is high. To reduce cholesterol in body : * Avoid Butter , Ghee & cream in your diet . * Eat five leaves of Kari patta and five leaves of neem once in a day . * Avoid non veg( chicken, fish) food because it contain high fat content. * Do running and jogging daily for 15 minutes . Take out time for some physical activities such alike brisk walking, swimming, yoga, deep breathing etc. In diet you need to restrict all junk foods, refined cereals, spices. Oil which you can use is olive oil and strictly avoid ghee, butter etc. If you are non-vegetarian then you have to restrict red meat and you can have chicken, fish twice a week that too prepared at home. You can eat egg white and have to avoid egg yolk. Avoid peanuts, cashews, pista. You can have 5-6 soaked almonds and 30 gm walnut. Include green vegetables in Your diet. Team Nutrihealth.

Dear sir/madam I hv light pain in my chest sometimes. I checkedup my cholesterol and found 162 out of 170. My triglyceride 277 out of 150 and ldl increasing and hdl decreasing.
