Hello there, certainly you are a established case of high bp. As your bp is high with medicine. You need active medical treatment. Plan for prevention of complications of high bp in future. 1) find out root causes of high bp. 2) avoid oily, fried, alcohol & high calorie food. 3) avoid excessive eating. 5) reduce 25% quantity of carbohydrate s (chapatti, rice, bhakari, idli) in each meal. 6) maintain your bmi strictly between 23 to 25.7) change your edible oil every month (mustard oil, groundnut oil, kardai, sunflower oil, rice bran oil, coconut oil etc) 8) reduce you belly size & belly fat (visceral fat) 9) have more vegetables & dal in each meal (each 1 bowl)

Hello, you should stop the patanjali medicine if you are feeling this weakness after taking it , might be it is not suiting you.So you should change the medication for BP. Take homoeopathic medicine to control high BP as it does not have any side effects. Take Rauvolfia 1x, 2 tabs daily morning empty stomach. Drink plenty of liquids and cut down your fat, salt and sugar intake. go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minutes. Take a sound sleep and try to avoid anger. Revert after 15 days with feedback.

Hi, Have you been diagnosed with anxiety? When you're feeling anxious or stressed, these strategies will help you cope: Take a time-out. Practice yoga, listen to music, meditate, get a massage, or learn relaxation techniques. Stepping back from the problem helps clear your head. Eat well-balanced meals. Do not skip any meals. Do keep healthful, energy-boosting snacks on hand. Limit alcohol and caffeine, which can aggravate anxiety and trigger panic attacks. Get enough sleep. When stressed, your body needs additional sleep and rest. Exercise daily to help you feel good and maintain your health. Check out the fitness tips below. Take deep breaths. Inhale and exhale slowly. Count to 10 slowly. Repeat, and count to 20 if necessary. Do your best. Instead of aiming for perfection, which isn't possible, be proud of however close you get. Myocarditis is infection of muscle of heart. Good to know that you know the difference between angina and heart attack, both are due to blockages in the blood vessels supplying blood to the heart, but in angina there is no damage to muscle of heart.

Hello, the pain that you are referring to is due to acidity and is very common after heavy meals. You can take syp gelusil one tsp after every meal for the next couple of days and two tsp after heavy meals. It will help in reducing the acidity and not cause any pain in heart.

1) U need to focus on loosing weight. Start diet modification (take a detailed diet consult). Start brisk walking begin gradually and increase it to 45 mins of brisk walk everyday. 2) Repeat your lipid profile after 6 weeks of the above precautions and if it is still high u will need medication. 3) quit smoking and drinking if u do. 4) Start For vitamin D u will need supplement, for Vitamin B just eat curd, sprouts and fruits.

I am 45 years old civil engineer. I do not have any bp complaint before. I am also non diabetic. But my weight is 89 kgs. Last week due to work pressure I felt some tension. Last 3 days I am checking my bp and it is showing 140 / 95. I am taking rest now for last 2 days. Do I need to take medicines?

I have pain in left side of chest. actually I have vertigo problem due to ear imbalance. I faced this attack two times after a gap of a year. So due to fear pain increases as I feel. For this I undergo ecg test 3 times but it is fine. What is happening I am not able to understand. Pls suggest the issue or cure. Also I want the permanent cure for vertigo problem. Thanks.

Multi vitamins re useful in any situation. However, it is more beneficial to rely on natural fresh foods rich in natural easy to absorb and digest vitamins than rely on chemical based un-natural supplements.

Sir if oxygenated blood is present in a bld vessel then it is called as an artery and if the bld vessel contains deoxygenated blood then it is called as a vein. But in our heart (pulmonary artery) nd umbilical artery contains deoxygenated blood instead of oxygenated blood. So y we r not saying it as a pulmonary vein and umbilical vein as it contains deoxygenated blood?

becoz of the structural make up...structurally these are the only two exceptions in body that are named rversely becoz arteries are thick and veins are thin structurally and pulmonary vein is thick and carries oxygenated blood ..thats the reason

Dietary and other lifestyle changes can help you control and prevent high blood pressure. Eating a diet that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and skimps on saturated fat and cholesterol can lower your blood pressure by up to 14 mm hg. This eating plan is known as the dietary approaches to stop hypertension (dash) diet. Get plenty of potassium, which can help prevent and control high blood pressure. Eat less saturated fat and total fat. If you're overweight, losing even 3 kgs can lower your blood pressure. Strive for at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day. Plenty of fluids orally. I suggest brisk walking for 40 mins, 5 days a week. Remain stress free as much as possible. Take your medicines regularly. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications.
