Please do not self treat. You may be suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts refeeding from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. This may also be accompanied by severe dandruff. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is a lotion and tablets. There is no other alternative. No oil or cream will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects on the hair roots. Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Hello, dry and dull hair could be due to low protein, zinc, biotin, iron levels. Have balanced diet including greens, nuts, almonds. Give least exposure to pollution, dust and stress. Have lots of water and oil your hair regularly.

Towel Hamstring Stretch Lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it.. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated Hamstring Stretch While sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds Repeat 3 times for each leg.

I have a decay in one of my tooth, But there is no pain in the teeth because that has not attacked pulp, I have consulted a dentist and he has suggested me to undergo for root canal treatment and he just excavated and did temporary filling! So should I undergo root canal or else go back and continue for permanent filling? But there is no pain, And one problem was I could not eat with that particular teeth, It is molar!

you can wait and watch... for some more time see if pain persists on that tooth...if doesnt then.. g/o ahead with permanent filling.. there is a chance that tooth mig/ht g/o for root canal treatment if pain persists even after permanent filling/.. there is no g/uarantee as when pain would come back...but if there is no pain..n/o ahead with permanent filling/...you mig/ht need a root canal in two months 6 months or eig/ht months perhaps a year...

Almost every person has some degree of bad breath upon waking in the morning (this is called morning breath) and is easily eliminated by brushing the teeth. It is only when bad breath progress after brushing ones teeth that a diagnosis of halitosis can be made. Halitosis is often caused by a mouth or throat infection or in response to a food item in one’s diet. The main food culprit is garlic which can often be easily counteracted by eating parsley. Oral health conditions can also cause bad breath and are responsible for the development of halitosis in 85-90% of bad breath sufferers. Severe diets which restrict carbohydrate intake such as ketogenic diets are also responsible for the development of bad breath. Certain anatomical deviations such as corrugations or striations in the tongue do allow for the accumulation and growth of bacteria in the oral cavity. Certain foods Foods such as garlic, onions and spicy foods etc. Cause foul smelling breath after eating them. These foods are absorbed into the bloodstream, transferred into the lungs and become expelled in the air you breathe. Regular eating of such foods is likely to cause halitosis. People who diet are more likely to develop unpleasant breath from infrequent eating. You also get direct expulsion of these gases from your digestive tract. Poor oral health care Without proper and regular brushing, flossing and routine examinations by your dentist, food remains in the mouth causing bacteria to multiply and produce toxic waste which in turn causes breath odor. Food stuck on the teeth, gums, and tongue creates an environment where bacteria can feed and multiply. These bacteria release certain chemicals as a by-product which causes damage and decay of the gums and teeth. The chemicals that are released by the bacteria and the resulting decay in the mouth contribute to the bad breath. Improper cleaning of dentures Dentures that are not cleaned properly may be collecting bacteria and food particles which cause bad breath. Periodontal disease One of the primary symptoms of periodontal gum disease is foul, odorous breath, and an unpleasant taste in the mouth. This condition requires immediate care by an oral health professional. Dry mouth (xerostomia) This condition is often a large contributor to halitosis. It occurs when the flow of saliva decreases. Saliva is required to cleanse the mouth and remove particles that may cause odor. Xerostomia may be caused by certain medications, a salivary gland disorder, or by continuously breathing through the mouth instead of the nose. Tobacco products Not only do tobacco products such as cigarettes, cigars, smokeless tobacco and snuff stain the teeth and put the body at risk for a host of other diseases, they also contribute to bad breath. Tobacco products cause bad breath, stained teeth, reduces one's ability to taste foods and irritates the gum tissue. Tobacco users are more likely to suffer from periodontal disease and are at greater risk for developing oral cancer. Medical condition Bad breath may be an indication or symptom of any of the following conditions. However, each individual may experience different symptoms such as: A respiratory infection Infection of the nose, windpipe, or lungs Chronic bronchitis Post nasal drip Chronic sinusitis Diabetes Gastrointestinal disorders Liver or kidney disorders Severe dieting Dieters may develop unpleasant "fruity" breath from keto-acidosis which is due to the breakdown of chemicals during fasting. Restriction of caloric intake leads to hunger which can lead to a dry mouth.
