Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Take 1 tablespoon of milk powder and mix it with one tablespoon of honey, one tablespoon of lemon juice and half tablespoon of almond oil. Mix all the items well, make it a paste and apply it on your face and neck daily and wash after an hour. It will give you a perfect glowing skin. Turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Make a facepack with mixture of turmeric and milk. Apply this and wash off after an hour with cold water for glowing skin. Lemon juice and glycerin work nicely for dry skin whereas fuller’s earth and turmeric are used for oily skin. Take one tomato, grate it well and mix it with 3-4 drops of lime juice. Apply it on your face wait for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat it daily and feel the change on your face. Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days. (you can add honey, oats and yogurt for quicker results)

get your teeth checked by a dentist. if there is any intrinsic stains in the tooth? get your teeth cleaned professionally by scaling and polishing. if not satisfied with the results go for bleaching of teeth

You are not expressed your problems properly. I think you are maintaining secrecy. Suffering yourself. Always alone, thinking too much about small things. Everything is solvable. Some problems we have a capacity to solve it. But some problems required to take help of who are very close to you. Search who is your closed one and express them. They may not solved directly your problems. But it may give great relief to you. You get moral support and good advices. When the internal frustration thoughts are increased then the possibility of depression. So better to explore your thoughts to friends. Do not be sit alone. Do not spend too much time on one aspect. Divert the thoughts in to other aspects. If uncontrollable then tell others. Be friendly and be sociable it is always best to you. Ok best of luck. My best wishes to come out this problem. Hello, For oily skin, use cleanser, toner, moisturizer and sunscreen as per your skin type. Take Schwabe's Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice daily and Kali Brom. 30/ thrice daily. Use Schwabe's Akne Sor soap and apply Top-Berberis cream on the acne.

Normal at ths age pain abdomen needs deworming with albendazole every 6 months regularly. Now adays junk food nd bad dietary habits leads to worm infestation commonly and pain abd. Other most common is mesenteric lymphadenopathy which will be fine as your child grows nothing to worry. There is probably no danger in moderate consumption. The problem is that what is moderate now may become full-fledged alcoholism because over time you will develop tolerance and dependence and the consumption will increase and you could become addicted. All of us will obviously deny this and have great confidence that that could never happen to you: this is a great fallacy. Facts prove otherwise. Remember everyone started like that and many have ended alcoholics. In relation to the effects of alcohol on the organs in the body, there is no determined path because of the many other factors that affect the body. It is rather safe to say that the brain is the next organ that will be disturbed by alcohol abuse, other conditions being normal.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

You can prevent a serious disease by just drinking water. It is Urinary Tract Infections and Urinary Stones. It mainly affects females. The prevention and treatment is the same. Just drink lots of water.
Your body needs a minimum of 1.5 to 2 litres of water everyday to flush out the chemicals. That comes to around 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. Females tend to drink less water especially working women who find it difficult to use public toilets.
Here is what you should do. Even if you do not feel very thirsty, keep a bottle of water with you during daytime and drink from it at regular intervals. Especially in summer season. If your water intake is less, you will produce less urine. That urine will be concentrated and there is high chance for stone formation and bacterial growth in your urinary tract. Serious disease can even lead to kidney damage and need for dialysis.
As you all know prevention is better than cure. It is difficult to treat urinary tract infections and stones. Most need surgery for urinary stones. It is a very painful condition. So just drink lots of water and prevent this serious condition.

Do not break the pimples until and unless it becomes mature. Do steaming on your face to remove the mature pimples. You can try homoeopathic medicnes to avoid the reccurence of pimples.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine berberis aquifolium q (10 drops in little amount of water) twice a day for 15 days and revert. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *ensure that you drink10-12 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet.

It doesn't matter if the semen is thin as long as it's healthy means has adequate sperms required for fertilisation the best time for having sexual relationship is the mid cycle when ovulation takes place which is around two weeks before the next cycle in normal regular periods.
