Hello, For a person with diabetes it is better to avoid very sweet dry fruits. But if glucose is well controlled with fasting around 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c%<7, then taking 2 to3 dates occasionally is good enough. Thanks.

What is the background defect of type 2 diabetic. Why it is not curable? is it not due to improper concept about diabetic state? what a poor state of medical research? why don't you research in integrated way with pharmacy specialist doing research in drugs?

MBBS, CCEBDM, Diploma in Diabetology
Endocrinologist, Hubli-Dharwad
I am only a clinician, can help people to control their disease. Research in this field is going on since ages, but there's no cure in site. Diabetes particularly t2 occurs because of either defect in insulin secretion or insulin resistance or both. Increased body weight, inactivity, junk foods. And migration are contributing to the alarming increase in incidence. Because of increased blood glucose and fats insulin producing cells are damaged. This leads to diabetes. One can prevent it by weight control, exercise and balanced diet.

L go walk in early morning and in evening at gym about 5 pm.
Hye. Thankyou for the query. Green tea is a zero calorie drink. You can have it any time of the day depending on what is the reason for having it. Just understand that it should not replace your meals or not become your present workout meal.

I am 46 years I can't prolong my ejection. I want some remedies to prolong ejection. Regards

I am 46 years I can't prolong my ejection. I want some remedies to prolong ejection. Regards
Premature ejection is often due to physical changes occuring in the body due to aging. Men over age 30 may begin to have problems even though their sex lives were fine when they were younger. The problem is often an inadequate blood supply in the penis. When the arteries in the penis become partially clogged with fat and cholesterol, maintaining an erection becomes more difficult. When this occurs, your brain tells your body that you'd better ejaculate before you lose your erection, and a pattern for premature ejection is developed. Tips to deal with this situation. Live a healthy lifestyle in order to maintain good arterial health. Eat two or three cloves everyday to get long lasting erections. Take finely chopped carrots and add one table of honey and half boiled egg. Take this mixture regularly to get effective results.  Your potency will be prolonged if you eat a low-fat, low-cholesterol diet, exercise regularly, don't smoke or drink and keep your stress managed along with proper homoepathic treatment. You can buy package of premature ejaculation offered by me which includes medicine and consultation. You can consult me by clicking on consult option for crucial tricks and homoepathic treatment for permanent cure.

What do you mean by malaria? What is the symptoms of malaria? What are its causes, prevention and how to apply this.

What do you mean by malaria? What is the symptoms of malaria? What are its causes, prevention and how to apply this.
Hello, Malaria is an acute febrile illness. In a non-immune individual, symptoms appear 7 days or more (usually 10–15 days) after the infective mosquito bite. The first symptoms – fever, headache, chills and vomiting – may be mild and difficult to recognize as malaria. If not treated within 24 hours, P. falciparum malaria can progress to severe illness, often leading to death. Children with severe malaria frequently develop 1 or more of the following symptoms: severe anaemia, respiratory distress in relation to metabolic acidosis, or cerebral malaria. In adults, multi-organ involvement is also frequent. In malaria endemic areas, people may develop partial immunity, allowing asymptomatic infections to occur. Malaria is a mosquito-borne infectious disease of humans and other animals caused by parasitic protozoans (a group of single-celled microorganisms) belonging to the genus Plasmodium. The disease is transmitted by the biting of mosquitos, and the symptoms usually begin ten to fifteen days after being bitten. Prevention: Methods used to prevent malaria include medications, mosquito elimination and the prevention of bites. There is no vaccine for malaria. The presence of malaria in an area requires a combination of high human population density, high anopheles mosquito population density and high rates of transmission from humans to mosquitoes and from mosquitoes to humans. -Mosquito nets help keep mosquitoes away from people and reduce infection rates and transmission of malaria. Nets are not a perfect barrier and are often treated with an insecticide designed to kill the mosquito before it has time to find a way past the net. -Indoor residual spraying is the spraying of insecticides on the walls inside a home. -Cover over areas of stagnant, still water, such as water tanks that are ideal breeding grounds for the parasite and mosquito, thus cutting down the risk of the transmission between people. -There are a number of drugs that can help prevent or interrupt malaria in travelers to places where infection is common. Many of these drugs are also used in treatment.

I take thyronorm for last 15 yrs. For last several months I am having repetitive cyclical skin allergies. I have done allergy profile test and did not find anything alarming there. Is it happening due to long exposure to thyronorm. Should I go for some other tests? please advice.

Dear , thyroid problem itself causes skin dryness, and itching problems, also thyronorm has its own side effects in which skin allergy is one of the main side effects. In such condition, homeopathic approach may be of help to nullify the side effects of your medications and it also helps in avoiding further complications of hypothyroidism. Thyronorm only balances thyroid levels and never cures it, thats why it is to be taken for life time, and rather causes side effects, where as homeopathy can help over all.
