Do not stress your self too much day time mcshady, hydrate your self so much. Take paracetmol 500mg if not releived by hydrating your body. Night time before sleep take one glass of milk.

An overactive mind leads to poor sleep. In the present time, too much of computer or smartphone use leads to this. You should avoid any such activity after 9pm. You can listen to melodious songs before sleep. In the morning try to do Yoga / meditation daily even if it is difficult at first. Learn these things from nearby centre. Have a spiritual outlook and mingle with spiritual people. Gradually you life should become better and enjoyable.

Penis size normally increases during sexual activity. It's a myth that penis size can be increased and many people take harmful substances also to achieve this. Many people take undue advantage of the situation. So unless you have any specific problem with sexual activity you may not need to worry about your penis size.
