Mr zuber, to improve constipation, you may have to increase fiber intake in the diet. So consume more fruits like apples with skin, pears, guava, melons and bananas. Also add flax seeds about 30 g a day and green vegetables (other than cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli) in addition consume more water and take a glass of warm water as soon as you get up in the morning. These measure may help to reduce the problem.

I would advise you to go for following remedy natural home remedy using asparagus powder and milk: 1. Take 2 tsp indian asparagus powder 2. Add 1 cup milk 3. Boil the mixture for 10 min 4. Drink 2 times every day this is very helpful, if it dosent work then you must consult ayurvedic doctor.

Gentle massage over the affected part with lukewarm herbal Pain relieving oil for 20 minutes followed by hot fomentation. it will relax the muscles and the veins of ur affected part improving the blood supply to the organ and giving strength to it. Please avoid over-use of the part affected i.e. lifting weight - pushing or pulling heavy objects. Give proper rest to the part - let it heal with the time.

Doctor please help me out. One year earlier I was travelling in bike suddenly I felt like unconscious and I felt I will fell, anyhow I drove and reached home. I had bp problem but it was minor but that fear that I might fall some unknown place while driving my bike made me worry and slowly I stopped driving. Slowly this problem turned to fear of death and I overtime started thinking that going out, driving, might harm me. I really want to drive the bike but every time I start it the fear engulfs and that day scene comes in front of me. I just drive bike from my home to office that is 2 kms only. The moment I decide to go long drive I get tense, worried, fear increases. It feels I will die. Please help my age is 32, I want to enjoy the life again. Please doctor.

Relax. You know well that your fear is irrational. It can be overcome by graded exposure to the feared thing. I. E. I suggest you to put forth your target a little more for 10 days. I mean, drive 3 kms instead of 2 for practice. And make it 5 kms everyday for 10 more days and so on, the goal must be limited at the point where you feel fear, and you practice more and more till that point/distance. You can also take a friend with you in a separate bike, for your help until you become independent.

Of course mam, doing your periodical cycles try taking hot water, fenugreek, and if possible also eat 2to3 neem leaves in empty stomach. Take some proper good rest. Eat well. Try avoid taking outside food and oily foods. Take boiled food items. Follow this. And don't forget to do exercise regularly .

Hello, take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's alpha-cf, biocombination-6 and sbl's cough lozenges, both thrice a day for 4-5days. Avoid rough use of voice. Avoid cold food/ drinks. Avoid sitting long hours in a/c rooms. Do gargles with warm water and salt 2-3 times a day. Take steam -inhalation twice daily revert.

Investigations adv: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

1. Eat protein to gain muscle. If your goal is to put on muscle mass, then you need to be eating protein-rich foods on a regular basis. It's especially good to eat protein after a workout. Lean meats (such as chicken, lean pork, and fish), eggs, beans, and lentils are all great sources of protein, as well as yogurt and nuts, chocolate milk is a good way to get in your protein, although be mindful that most chocolate milks contain a lot of sugar, which isn't good for you in large quantities. Also try to eat protein right before going to bed. Drink some milk or eat some yogurt to fuel you through the night. This may also help you recover if you work out frequently. Stir in protein powder to your curd, oatmeal, and other foods to add a protein and calorie boost. 2. Add calorie-dense foods to your meals. Try adding full-fat cheese to the top of your meals. Stir some peanut butter and honey into your oatmeal. These foods are high in calories and can help you increase your overall caloric intake. Another calorie-dense food is dried fruit, such as dried apricots, figs, or raisins. Eat complex carbohydrates, such as brown rice, bulgur, barley, whole grains, and quinoa. Avoid simple carbs like white flour, sugar and white rice. 3. Eat solid meals. Every day, make sure you get in at least three meals. Introduce larger portions at your meals to help increase your calories. You may have a tendency to skip breakfast, only eating 2 main meals, but making sure you actually eat three meals can help you gain weight. If you can't eat huge meals because it upsets your stomach, eat smaller meals throughout the day. Don't skip meals. 4. Don't drink before eating. Drinking water or any beverage before eating can fill you up. You want to leave room for the calories you need to consume. Instead of drinking water before you eat, try drinking a calorie-rich drink while eating, such as fruit juice or a smoothie. 5. Identify why you lost weight. If you are trying to gain weight back that you lost, you should first identify why you lost the weight. If you haven't seen a doctor, you should, as unexplained weight lost can point to any number of diseases, from an overactive thyroid gland to diabetes. 6. Treat the underlying disease. If a disease caused you to lose weight, treating that disease may help you gain the weight back. Talk to your doctor about an appropriate treatment for whatever plagues you, as well as what treatment would be effective to help you gain weight and what the most effective way is for you to gain weight. Besides these natural ways you can start taking homeopathic preparations like alfa alfa and carica papaya which which help you to increase your weight. There are certain other remeies also which help in gaining weight, those depend on individual constitution for which you have to consult a homeopath.

For increase of height- take protein rich food -eggs, milk products, seeds, pulses, dry fruits, soya milk etc. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables and greens provide carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption of food and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Chances are better for the age group up to 20 years. Homoeopathic treatment will be beneficial to you.

You have not specified of what the black spot is. Whether it is due to scar of pimple, chloasma or something else. Homeopathy has very good results in all these. Take it after describing complete symptoms. Apply raw milk on face before bathing.

Constitutional Growth Delay.

Children with constitutional growth delay (CGD), the most common cause of short stature and pubertal delay, typically have retarded linear growth within the first 3 years of life. In this variant of normal growth, linear growth velocity and weight gain slows beginning as young as age 3-6 months, resulting in downward crossing of growth percentiles, which often continues until age 2-3 years. At that time, growth resumes at a normal rate, and these children grow either along the lower growth percentiles or beneath the curve but parallel to normal children.

At the expected time of puberty, the height of children with constitutional growth delay begins to drift further from the growth curve because of delay in the onset of the pubertal growth spurt. Catch-up growth, onset of puberty, and pubertal growth spurt occur later than average, resulting in normal adult stature and sexual development. Although constitutional growth delay is a variant of normal growth rather than a disorder, delays in growth and sexual development may contribute to psychological difficulties, warranting treatment for some individuals. Studies have suggested that referral bias is largely responsible for the impression that normal short stature per se is a cause of psycho-social problems; non referred children with short stature do not differ from those with more normal stature in school performance or socialization. A recent study determined that constitutional growth delay was the most common cause of short stature in children.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
