Kindly consult an Oral & maxillofacial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations (full mouth x-ray, TMJ open & closed mouth, MRI) & clinical examination to decide upon treatment. Until then have soft diet. Avoid yawning. Replace posterior teeth if they are missing

What is root canal treatment? will it be fine lift time or I have to go through it again and again?
During root canal treatment, the inflamed or infected pulp is removed and the inside of the tooth is carefully cleaned and disinfected, then filled and sealed with a rubber-like material called gutta-percha. Afterwards, the tooth is restored with a crown or filling for protection permanently. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. Root canal treatment. Advance procedure can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.

Yellowing of teeth is due to upatake of yellow stainn from the oiland turmeric used in cooking. You can't avoid the stain. But doing regular rinses after meals can minimize the stains. And give a more whiter look.

Teeth pain may be due to various reasons like infection, sensitivity or trauma. If your teeth is decayed it is better to get it filled or treated by a dentist. If you are opting for root canal treatment do not forget to get a crown on the effected tooth. If you want to go for only medicinal treatment so let me tell you only medicine are not going to be very effective untill you get this treated by a dentist.

Ways to prevent bad breath Ways to prevent bad breath Prevent bad breath by brushing your teeth and flossing twice a day. Brush your tongue/try using a tongue scraper, to remove any trapped food and plaque caught in the tiny hair-like fibers on the tongue.  Finish off your brushing by rinsing thoroughly with water or mouthwash. Bad breath can be prevented by the treatment of dental problems such as tooth decay, gum abscesses, and abscessed teeth. Place a few drops of tee tree oil or peppermint oil on your tongue or use the oil on your toothbrush along with your toothpaste. Quit smoking, as this is the only way to eliminate bad breath from the use of cigarettes, which is also responsible for periodontal disease. Avoid foods known to cause bad breath such as garlic, onions, cabbage, certain spices, and coffee. A dry mouth, also known as xerostomia, is a major factor when it comes to bad breath. Sip water, chew sugar-free gum to help produce more saliva. If you are using breath fresheners on a regular basis, consider choosing one that contains xylitol, a sweetener that some studies have shown to reduce cavities. Avoid products that contain sugar to prevent the accumulation of plaque. Occasionally use a mixture of 50% hydrogen peroxide and 50% water, as a mouth rinse. Hydrogen peroxide will help kill the bacteria that cause bad breath. Prevent bad breath by visit your dentist on a regular basis (every six months or as indicated by your dentist) for a complete examination of your teeth and gums and thorough cleaning.

Your son is suffering from extensive tooth decay n requires rct or removal of that tooth not just for stability n space maintaince for permanent tooth but also to prevent spread of infection from dead nerve to the growing permanent tooth below it. Medicines cannot heal the extensive damage n he needs rct for saving that tooth n preventing other dental probs in future. Worry not n go ahead with the rct. Regards.
