I am 25 year old. My head have very pain in night and I do not sleep. Please give me advice that what is in my head.
You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take wash face and feet before sleeping 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

If it is a stray dog bite and you don't know about the vaccination status against rabies, you have to take 5 doses of rabipur vaccine on 0 (day of dog bite), 3rd, 7th, 14th and 28th day. Consult doctor for further advice.

Maybe a deficiency of water or essential salts. It could be due to excessive heat. Not to worry. Take more water, take more liquids like lime water, buttermilk etc, you will be fine.

I am 23 years old, I tend a lot towards gay but some times I realise that it is not good. I watch porn a lot and masturbate many times. I feel like doing it and I am a virgin and feel like having sexual contact with some one and I feel very odd sometimes. I am not able to come out that. Some times I get pain in pennis and my erection of it is very short and I ejaculate within a minute as I start. My friend suggested me that these habits aren't good. Please help me to come out of these and even I am an ocd patient and if I want to study or finish some work will not happen in the time that I have allotted and I always postpone it and even I feel insecure about my complexity as I look black and I am over weighted and I don't know how to come out with these problems.

Sexual orientation cannot be change and as this is not a disorder, so do not worry about its treatment. But it is commonly associated with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, self harm and isolation because of social complication as you must have been facing. As it is not a disorder according to medical science, no treatment available to change orientation. So stop accepting it as an illness and accept yourself as you are naturally. Also be aware of sexually transmitted disease and AIDS as it is very common with homosexuality because of unprotected relations. Final message to you: Do not worry about god given orientation, work on acceptance of your natural sexual orientation and counseling from psychologist in much distress. Hello, one point is yet to be clarified- wether, itching is inside the prepuce or out side of glans. However, tk, plenty of. Water to hydrate yourself and to eliminate toxins. Your diet be easily digestible, rich in protein, on time. Avoid, caffiene, nicotine, alcohol, junk food, pizza burger. Tk, homoeo medicine: @ sulphur30-6 pills, twice a wk, morning. Tk care.

कम उम्र में अक्सर लड़के विपरित लिंग के प्रति आकर्षित हो जाते हैं. इस समय अगर उन्हें उचित सलाह या यौन शिक्षा नहीं मिले तो इसके परिणाम बेहद डरावने हो सकते हैं. ऐसा ही एक कारण हस्तमैथुन भी है. इस आदत को अच्छा या बुरा नहीं कहा जा सकता. अगर आपको वाकई इसकी जरूरत महसूस होती है तो इसे किया जा सकता है. अन्यथा किसी और के दबाव में इसे करने की कोई जरूरत नहीं है. ये भी ध्यान रखें कि ये आदत लत बन जाए तो बेहद हानिकारक हो सकती है. तो चलिए बताते हैं कि हस्‍तमैथुन की लत से छुटकारा कैसे पाया जा सकता है.

एक परिपक्व समझ विकसित करना

उम्र के इस पड़ाव पर शरीर में होने वाले बदलाओं को लेकर उत्सुकता होती है. कई बार ये उत्सुकता गलत रास्ते पर भी ले जाती है. जिसका खामियाजा आगे जाकर भुगतना पड़ता है. इसलिए बेहतर है कि आप एक परिपक्व समझ विकसित करें.
दृढ़ संकल्प और इच्छा शक्ति
दृढ़ संकल्प से आप हस्‍तमैथुन की लत छोड़ सकते हैं. इसके साथ ही जब भी हस्तमैथुन की इच्छा हो तब अपना ध्यान किसी अन्य काम में लगा लें या कोई अच्छा साहित्य पढ़ें या फिर अपनी पसंद का कोई और काम करने लग जाएं. कुल मिलाकर अपना दिमाग कुछ सकारात्मक कामों में लगाएं.
आकर्षण वाला समय
अक्सर लालच तभी आता है जब हम कमजोर होते हैं, जब हम पर दबाव होता है या हम नाराज, या उदास होते हैं. तो आप ऐसे मौकों के लिए पहले ही एक रणनिती बना कर दिमाग में डाल लें, और इस आकर्षण वाले समय में खुद के लिए तैयार रक्षा विकल्पों में लग जाएं. जब आप इस स्थिति में खुद को व्यस्त कर लेते हैं तो इस लत से जल्द ही छुटकारा मिल जाता है.

जब आप हस्तमैथुन के बिना लंबी अवधि गुजार देते हैं तो आपका आत्मविश्‍वास बढ़ने लगता है, और आप अच्छा महसूस करते हैं. लेकिन आपका मन कहीं न कहीं इसे करने के लिए आपको उकसाता भी है. तो ऐसे में ये समझने की कोशिश करें कि ये 5 या 10 मिनट का मजा आपकी इतने दिन की मेहनत और इच्छाशक्ति के परीक्षण पर पानी फेर सकता है.
अध्यात्म की मदद
प्रार्थना और आध्यात्मिक अध्ययन हस्तमैथुन छोड़ने में महत्वपूर्ण मदद साबित हो सकते हैं. अध्यात्म न सिर्फ इच्छाशक्ति को मजबूत करता, बल्कि विचारों में शुद्धता भी लाता है. आप व्रत रख सकते हैं, आध्यात्मिक किताबें पढ़ सकते हैं या फिर योग भी कर सकते हैं, जो आपके शरीर और मन दोनों के लिए लाभदायक होते हैं.
पॉर्न से पाएं छुटकारा

Hypo & hyper glycemia are common problems asscociated with diabetes which might lead to headache. It is very im[ortant to keep blood glucose levels in check. 1. Kindly have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals 2. Avoid feasting & fasting 3. Exercise daily but not on empty stomach 4. Be physically active all the time 5. Lose some weight. Losing weight will improve your health a lot. 6. Have fibre rich foods like whole fruits, salads, stews, vegetables, seeds, nuts, whole grains (millets, atta, brown rice, dalia, suji), whole legumes (sprouts, rajma, soyabean). 7. Avoid junk/ processed/ ready to eat/ canned/ preserved/ fried/ sugary foods
