Dr. Pramoj Jindal is one of the few-trained thoracic onco-surgeon (cancer surgeon) in India. He has been practicing laparoscopic/foregut surgery for over 15 years and thoracic surgery over 5 years. Trained at various world leading thoracic surgical centers of the world. He has been working in the prestigious Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi since year 2000. Cannot be for sure. Can be reactivation/fungal ball in previously formed cavity or some different problem all together. Regards
