you can use Ibuprofen or Combiflam. But medicines will provide Temporary Relief . Permanent solution remains treating the problem subject to the diagnosis.

I had a GIC filling done in my tooth. Cavity was not deep, it was a small cavity. After 15 days tooth stated paining. Went to dentist and there was high point in filling. Dentist removed the high point and verified by coloured paper. But still there is 30% pain in my tooth. Will the pain reside by its own or should I consult another dentist?

Your problem needs emergency dental treatment. Swelling associated with pus must be drained before it spreads all around. If you visit a dentist without delay, chances are your tooth can be saved by root canal treatment. If not, it has to be extracted.

Here is home remedy for brighter teeth--- mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice (or water) to make a paste. Wipe your teeth and any extra saliva off of them with a paper towel. Put a good amount of paste onto your toothbrush and apply. Leave the paste on for 1 minute, then rinse, so as to avoid the acid effecting enamel. If you are using just water you can leave it on for up to 3 minutes. For faster result you can go for teeth bleaching from dentist.

- use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! brush your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day and after meals. Hard brushing can further damage the soft tissues of your mouth. - floss at least once a day and be sure to floss beyond the gum line to remove more plaque. - control bleeding by applying pressure to the area with a cold compress. - rinse with salt water or hydrogen peroxide to keep the area clean. Avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol, which can dry out your mouth. - stay away from smoking and other tobacco products, which can aggravate bleeding gums. - eat a balanced diet and limit snacking between meals. Carbohydrates and sugars feed dental plaque. - try an oral irrigation device, commonly known as a" water pick, to clear debris from around the gum line. - you may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser.

I'm suffering from bad breath problem. How to solve and what medicine for that problem.?
bad breath develops due to deposition of plaque and calculus around teeth causing gum infection. no medicine for this, visit a dentist for professional cleaning of your teeth. this will remove these layers and hence this problem will subside soon. you can also ask for antibacterial mouth rinses. also follow strict oral hygiene habits.

What are the symptoms of cavities? What are the remedies to get rid from cavities?

What are the symptoms of cavities? What are the remedies to get rid from cavities?
•If your cavity in the tooth is caused by decay, your dentist will remove the decayed area and replace it with a filling. •If the pulp inside your tooth is infected, you may need root canal treatment. This procedure involves removing the infected pulp and then inserting a special type of filling to seal the tooth and prevent re-infection.

MOUTH ULCERS Nutritional deficiency, excessive stress & debilitating disease can cause ulcer. Exercise regularly. Have a balanced diet. Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. Increase dietary intake of vitamin B, folic acid, iron and use of vitamin supplements etc under medical supervision if blood tests confirm low concentrations Avoid irritating substances, such as… oTobacco oHot, spicy foods oAlcoholic beverages oMouthwashes that contain alcohol oProducts high in acid, such as citrus fruits and juices Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need Coronoplasty (smoothen teeth edges) along with Multivitamin cap, for five days in the morning after meals & antiseptic ointment or gel on the area of ulcer until then. Mouth sores are common and rarely cause complications. Most go away in about a week, but it’s important to monitor any mouth sores you develop. If you are concerned, or if the sore doesn’t seem to be healing, please consult your dentist.
