Hi Dr. is bleaching makes teeth more yellow after some time. Is it damage teeth. Side effects of bleaching please guide.
Yes. It removes superficial layer of tooth which leads to permanent yellowness of teeth. SO stop getting bleaching now. If you are more concern about yellowness then get venners on your teeth. Thanks.

Gum infection in diabetics patients is common. To reduce it, first control your blood sugar levels. Brush twice a day with soft bristle brush n use a mouthwash. Do salt water gargle twice daily. Massage your gums with gumex gum paint.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Mouth smell could be due to bad oral hygiene, dental problem, tonsil problem or stomach problem - she should brush teeth after every meal or at least twice a day, do flossing, do Listerine solution gargles twice a day - use a tongue cleaner to clean the back of the tongue twice a day - get checked by dentist for any dental cavity or gap in between teeth where food gets stuck - avoid raw onion, garlic, sweets, chocolates, milk products - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration & digestion - can chew chewing gum to keep the oral cavity moist. -

My daughter is 5 years old and some of her tooth's are having cavity. It has hole & blackish color. Is it suggested to remove her tooth in such small age. Presently it is not paining.

BDS
Dentist, Hyderabad
It is advisable to remove and its not necessarily important that the pain is there in every cavity tooth but rule out with xray for extraction with ur nearby dentist
