Good walk for 30-45 minutes, high fibrous diet, avoid sitting at chair for more than 1/2 hr at a stretch and stand up n walk in between and some herbs (simple) will get you that if you want it. For herbs please furnish more details of food habit and physical work habitshabits. May meet local ayurveda doctor.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily practice skipping daily. Start with skipping for 3-5 minutes and then increase the time to 12-15 minutes. Walk fast for atleast 8-10 minutes in starting then start running for 3-5 minutes after 10 days. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert. Good afternoon Doctor, I'm from Mumbai & working as a professional. Doctor I want to lose/ burn my fat as I'm 76 kg and 5.10" tall plus I'm planning to join Gym most probably by this week. Your weight for your height is fine. You lack muscles which can be gained by some strength exercises like push ups, sit ups and some yoga asanas. In diet avoid refined processed food, junk, juices and food that is not cooked fresh Eat freshly prepared homemade meals more, 8-10 glasses of water. Consume a lot of salads and raw vegetables as they help to loose belly fat and your love handles.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.
