Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

1) If you are taking meal 2 times a day, you can have the same 4 times in divided doses. 2) Try to avoid gluten containing food like bread, pizza, and burger. 3) Always eat fresh food. 4) No oily & junk food. 5) You can have sprouts, salads, fruits or fruit juice in breakfast rather than bread, toast or artificial protein shake. 6) Don’t eat immediately after exercise or yoga. 7) Stretching exercises 10 minutes. 8) Brisk walk 5 km daily or 25 minutes 9) Yoga- surya namaskar & different yogasana for 25 minutes.

Some myths about Bariatric Surgery

Myth: You?ll live on a liquid diet and protein shakes for the rest of your life & it will be difficult to eat with family and friends.

Truth: All patients put on a liquid diet for 10 ? 14 days before and after surgery, to help with the operation and healing process. A couple of weeks post-surgery, they are weaned off liquid diet and soon all patients eat small quantities of home cooked food. Dieticians work with patients to show them the kinds of meals they can make that will fit in their new healthy lifestyle, which can actually be shared with family members and friends.

Myth: Bariatric surgery is the easy way out.

Truth: Bariatric surgery is only a tool to help patients follow a diet plan & achieve weight-loss faster and for a prolonged duration, and to prevent a rebound weight gain by reducing their appetite and inducing early satiety. If patients don?t follow a healthy diet, exercise, and take their vitamins, it won?t work.

Myth: You will be left with a big scar after weight loss surgery.

Truth: All weight loss surgeries are now carried out laparoscopically, meaning you will be left with a very small mark. The laparoscopic technique is a way that a surgeon can perform complex procedures that used to require the conventional large incisions through minimal access.

Myth: you cannot get pregnant after weight loss surgery

Truth: It is possible to have children after weight loss surgery, your fertility will improve. However, most doctors will advise you to wait 1-2 years before trying to get pregnant. This is because you need to wait until you have lost most of what you wanted to lose and your weight loss has stabilized.

1. Take less energy, spend more. Therefore, eat less, exercise more. 2. Eat less of sugars, starches and fat and more of proteins, fiber, vitamins and minerals. This means, fill your stomach with salads like raw carrots, turnip, cucumber, tomatoes etc. And less-sweet fruits like guava, papaya, apples, pears, oranges etc. Also avoid animal proteins if you have high uric acid levels. 3. Add kappal bharti and mandook aasan to jogging. 4. Tell me your lipid profile details this way, you will lose weight but won't look bad and won't feel weak. Tell me after two weeks.

Hello pimple are some times common with the age due to hormonal imbalances. But I am giving you some tips, follow it. * eat turmeric 1 tsp before meal * eat ajvayan 1 tsp & jeera 1 tsp after each meal * avoid sour salty spice food * avoid curd, but take butter milk * use only cow milk & ghee * avoid stress, late sleep, day sleep, oily food, cold water * for local application you can use triphala, yastimadhu, lodhra, nimb powder mix with buttermilk or ointment aclrear or acnowin for local application for better suggestions & medicine, I need detait history like appetite, bowel habits, diet, lifestyle, acidity or gastric trouble? etc. You should take herbal face treatment in nearer ayurveda centre. It will help to remove marks. You can use kumkumadi lepam of nagarjun pharma.

I am 67 year old man. My weight is 80 kgs. And I am 5ft 3 inches ht. I have obesity. I am not able to walk not more than half a km. During walking I feel that there is no link between my leg and hip. And I am not able to walk. Kindly advice.

Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

For loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. you can start with walk/ jogging / running etc as per your daily routine. take sprouts/ paneer / s/w etc in your breakfast. include salads and seasonal vegetables in your diet take frequent and regular meal plenty of water is good for you. make a regular note of your weight. it will be much better again to take the diet plan as per your blood group, body constitution and bodily parameters ( fat/ muscles and water retention).

Hello lybrate-user. Only from less diet you can not get actual body weight. It should be healthy nutritive low fat diet with proper 30 to 45 minute cardeo exercises preferable brisk walking. Drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning. Dinner it should be light maximum till 8 pm. Maximum intake of water and green tea. Include fruits and vegetables in your diet.

For lose your weight. Take low calory diet and easily digestible diet. Take more green leafy vegetables. Take three to four litre of water in a day. Regular walk for an hour in a day.
