1. Excessive weight gain is caused when people consume more calories than the body needs—occurring most commonly due to eating a diet high in fat and calories, being sedentary, or both. This imbalance between calories consumed and calories burned, however, can also be caused by a number of different obesity-related factors such as genetic, hormonal, behavioral, environmental and, to some extent, cultural. There are many other factors causing obesity such as pregnancy, tumors as well as endocrine disorders and medications that include psychotic drugs, estrogens, corticosteroids and insulin 2. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Just do your normal cleaning, toning and moisturising. Once your weight gets stable the shine will come on its own. Also do breathing exercises for glow on face.

Your bmi is 36. 6 and you are obese. You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat, high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 2 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. White meat like fish and chicken made in little bit of olive oil / cornflower oil is good. If you don' t loose weight soon you will develop diabetes and high bp and need bariatric surgery. For more details read the health tips I have written on this website or send me a personal question.

1. Do steam inhalation with karvol plus inhalant capsule 2-3 times daily 2. Put otrivin nasal drop one drop three times daily 3. Take one tablet oflevo cetrizine at bed time 4. If you have recurrent attack of sneezing, you may be having sinusitis or allergic rhinitis 5. Take x ray/ct scan of pns to confirm sinusitis and consult ent specialist for advice and treatment 6. If sinusitis is excluded, then it is due to allergic rhinitis, do an allergy test after consulting allergy specialist/immunologist to find out the cause of allergy and follow the treatment and advice accordingly.

1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc) 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. For loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

The best way to get a flat stomach is to try high intensity cardio. This is because it burns a larger number of calories than low intensity cardio. Playing sports such as football, basketball, cricket, tennis and other sports is also helpful in promoting weight loss. You should perform cardio exercises each day for 60 minutes. Brisk walking is considered an effective cardio workout for those who suffer from joint problems, as it does not place much stress on the joints, compared to other cardio exercises such as running or cycling. The most important aspect of any weight loss routine is diet. Even if you workout for several hours in a day, but have a bad diet, it will hamper your results. You need to include clean foods in your diet that contain lean protein, essential fatty acid as well as complex carbohydrates. Lean sources of protein include chicken, egg whites, whey and legumes. You should consume at least one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight for maintaining muscle mass, when losing weight. Complex carbohydrates are excellent for weight loss as they provide you with energy slowly. Complex carbohydrates are present in foods such as whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Consuming essential fatty acids may prove effective in enabling you to lose weight from your stomach. This is due to the fact that they help in promoting weight loss, contrary to saturated fats.

Daily morning surya namaskar 10 times before 8am. Drink fruit juices in morning (if possible have fresh fruit juices). Do not remain hungry at all. Keep eating at least 2 biscuits at 2 hours of intervals. Drink more and more water. And join swimming, which best for exercise of each and every muscles of our body. Try this for 1 month. You will definitely be helped by these steps.

You can loose weight by choosing any form of exercise or sport which you like but above all you need to follow a healthy balanced diet that will help you to loose weight (kilograms) exercise gives you more of inch loss than weight loss! since you have to loose a lot of weight its very important to get a diet suitable for your body type. Start with power yoga and brisk walk atleast 4-5 times a week!

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...you can take my 'obesity treatment package' which is available on lybrate in health packages

Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals.

Drinking warm water with lime and honey all by itself can not help you lose body fat. You have to eat clean and exercise very well. Sedentary lifestyle can lead to lot of health issues mainly being overweight. This isn’t just a cosmetic problem. Excess body fat can negatively affect nearly every facet of life, including: Decreased mobility Poorer emotional health and self-esteem Increased risk of organ failure Poorer circulatory health Increased risk of heart disease Increased risk of stress fractures Increased risk of strokes Increased risk of cancers Fat cells can act as endocrine factories and produce hormones that influence numerous processes in the body — most of which lead to more fat accumulation. Beyond the health of it all, carrying a lower body fat is often considered more attractive and desirable. Bottom line: Carrying a lot of excessive body fat makes health, body composition. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating JUNK and sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.
