Increase vat can produce pain in your back - if your posture is wrong during sitting or sleeping - if any type of sprain in your back than pain is more - you take proper vat shamak treatment to ayurveda doctor. Panchkarma is also helpful. Take MAHARASNADI KWATH - 2 TEASPOON WITH 1/2 CUP OF WATER - 2 TIMES IN A DAY.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and I will suggest you to get a lumbo sacral vertebrae done and follow up with reports.

It's because of torn biceps tendon. Also called as slap lesion or superior labrum tear. You will need treatment from shoulder specialist. I don't know if you have any shoulder specialist in patna. Most probably you need surgery if you want to continue throwing and sporting activities.

I think the proper age should be above 20 years bcoz after that the development of body parts become standby, and rarely seen in body builders that thing of suppression is seen mostly ratio of 19: 20 difference is seen so don't upset you do exercise with some gap period.

Piles occur when the veins surrounding the anus are inflamed. Occurrence of haemorrhoids can be due to pregnancy, aging, chronic diarrhoea, constipation, straining to pass stool, sitting for long periods,, obesity and genetics. Bleeding occurring in the anal area, itching, discomfort, and swelling may indicate haemorrhoids. Precautions- Have regular food habits as well as habit of going for motion. Don’t avoid when you have an urge for going to toilet. Take 2 to 3 glasses of warm water in the morning. This will help in reducing acidity as well as hardness of stool and you don’t have to strain your pelvic muscles. Keep hydrated by drinking lots of water and having fruits and vegetable juices Avoid sitting for long time at one place. Sedentary habit causes constipation. Driving bike or cycle for long duration at a time may be avoided. Travelling in a car or bus for long journey is also not good. Train is better as you can change positions. Avoid chillies, masalas and such hot foods. Take easily digestible foods including curds and fruits. We have very good treatment in homoeopathy. Take Nux vom 200 twice daily morning and evening and give feedback after 7 days.

Osteoarthritis The most common type of arthritis, osteoarthritis involves wear-and-tear damage to your joint's cartilage — the hard, slick coating on the ends of bones. Enough damage can result in bone grinding directly on bone, which causes pain and restricted movement. This wear and tear can occur over many years, or it can be hastened by a joint injury or infection. Rheumatoid arthritis In rheumatoid arthritis, the body's immune system attacks the lining of the joint capsule, a tough membrane that encloses all the joint parts. This lining, known as the synovial membrane, becomes inflamed and swollen. The disease process can eventually destroy cartilage and bone within the join.

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn knee exercises. 3. Don't sit on floor. 4. Wear sports shoes. 5. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 6. Do Hot fermentation twice a day. 7. Wear knee cap. 8. Talk calcium, vitamin D 3, Omega 3 and Glucosamine supplement for one month minimum.

Usually back pain is Self limiting. It will settle on its own. Any back pain presents more than 15 days to be consulted with doctors. It may be due to various causes according to the age.In young patients it may be due to disc prolapse/ crack, or muscle injury. In old age due to Spinal joint problem / calcium, Vitamin D deficiency. A good clinical examination & investigations like MRI.

According your age nay be due to suger, arthritis issues, and weakness of muscle ya nerve pain, anyway do strength exercise like quadriceps and stretching exercise of spine and legs tk vit b12 and calcium supplements. Do heat fermentation with warm water of feet and calf stretching must avoid long standing.

: Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.
