It's due to variations in your lipid levels causing body pain, just check your BP levels too. And for muscle pain, you can start with muscle relaxants along with hot fomentations.

Intramural fibroid that you have is very small and will not cause any pain. You need to remove them if they are large .If you can send the full report it will be fine Often a concern and some advocate the presence of echogenic fluid or an accompanying abnormal endometrial thickness as an indication for endometrial sampling.

Back pain is a general symptom caused by a large no of causes. In your age group it is most commonly postura ie due to wrong posture during work or wrong type of bed. For that you should sit straight in chair and use hard bed firm matters for sleeping. Avoind bending for lifting weights and do back strengthening and extension exercises. If still not relived you should get an x ray done to rule out other causes.

Please be a little patient. Calcium and vitamin D deficiency is not rectified immediately on starting the supplements. Take a diet rich in calcium, vitamin D and do regular walking. You can additionally take homeopathic treatment for the pain.

The knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear Lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear MCR Chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back. Anemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. Back pain. Hello doctor I am 39 years old women and I have too much pain in heel. What can I do?

MPTh/MPT, BPTh/BPT
Physiotherapist, Pune
Hello doctor I am 39 years old women and I have too much pain in heel. What can I do?
Good Afternoon Ma'am IT CAN BE TREATED AS ; If you develop heel pain, you can try these methods at home to ease your discomfort: Rest as much as possible. Apply ice to the heel for 10 to 15 minutes twice a day. Take over-the-counter pain medications. Wear shoes that fit properly. Wear a night splint, a special device that stretches the foot while you sleep. Use heel lifts or shoe inserts to reduce pain. If these home care strategies don’t ease your pain, you need to see your doctor. They’ll perform a physical exam and ask you about your symptoms and when they began. Your doctor may also take an X-ray to determine the cause of your heel pain. Once your doctor knows what’s causing your pain, they’ll be able to provide you with the appropriate treatment. In many cases, your doctor may prescribe physical therapy. This can help to strengthen the muscles and tendons in your foot, which helps to prevent further injury. If your pain is severe, your doctor may provide you with anti-inflammatory medications. These medications can be injected into the foot or taken by mouth. Your doctor may also recommend that you support your foot as much as possible — either by taping the foot or by using special footwear devices. In very rare cases, your doctor may recommend surgery to correct the problem, but heel surgery often requires a long recovery time and may not always relieve your foot pain.
