What is the perfect age for a girl to go for sex, also if sex is done during her periods what will happen, any risk of pregnancy.

Diploma in Gastroenterology, Diploma in Dermatology, BHMS
Homeopath, Hyderabad
The time that a girl can have sex is often up to her. But legally in india. It should be after 18 years. However, at 18 your body hasn't fully developed yet. You're still going through puberty and even your brain is still developing. A lot of teenagers really want to have sex, but they're not fully aware of the risk factors. I don't just mean pregnancy and std prevention; I mean emotional preparation. Many regret having sex too early or with someone they don't fully care about. I know of one girl who went through severe depression after losing her virginity. I don't say this to scare you off from sex. Just be aware that sex results in various different physical and emotional consequences, both good and bad. And early sex, multiple sexual partners (polygamous) are the causes of cervical cancer according to study. And second question is. Sex during menstruation. Is not hygienic. And no risk of pregnancy. As during that period no ovulation occurs. Ovulatory period is 11th day to 18th day of menstrual cycle which is considered as danger period. As chances of pregnancy is more. Finally you can have sex. During periods. But not hygienic.

See at this age incontinence of bladder is common. Since he is quite aged. I advice you to put a condom catheter for your father and connect it to a urine collecting bag. Just be careful that elastic of condom catheter should not be so tight. You can ask a doctor for home visit. He will apply the catheter as well as can prescribe medications. Thanks.

Please suggest the medicines and other remedies to cure sexual weakness and to increase the stamina. Pls tell how to increase the energy level?

BHMS
Homeopath, Chennai
Please suggest the medicines and other remedies to cure sexual weakness and to increase the stamina. Pls tell how to ...
Stamina" is the strength and energy needed to exert oneself for an extended period of time. Tips to increase stamina:- 1. Eat a healthy, balanced diet. Food is the fuel your body gets its energy from. A healthy, well-balanced diet keeps your body healthy and energized, raising your stamina. Try to eat a well-balanced, low-fat diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables and lean meats. For long-lasting energy,  having up to a third of your diet be composed of starches and carbohydrates (whole wheat varieties are preferable. To keep your body steadily supplied with energy throughout get energy by eating several smaller meals throughout the day rather than one or two large meals. Snack on fruits, raw vegetables, nuts and other lean proteins between meals. Carry high-energy fruit and nut mixes with you during times of extended performance, such as hiking, cycling or cramming for final exams. 2. Stay hydrated. The health benefits of drinking lots of water are numerous - it can help you lose weight, prevent kidney stones, and much more. Water can also increase stamina by fighting muscle fatigue. Muscle tissue that is under-hydrated can under-perform, so keep your stamina up by drinking about 17 ounces of water a few hours before strenuous exercise. If you're starting on a long distance run or an extended exercise, have plenty of fluids with you so they'll be available if you get thirsty later. 3. Get plenty of physical exercise. Though it will tire you out in the short term, physical exercise increases your overall energy level and stamina over a long period of time. For optimal health and increased stamina, make time in your schedule for regular exercise. For adults, the Department of Health and Human Services recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate cardiovascular exercise per week (or 75 minutes of intense cardiovascular exercise), along with strength-building exercise sessions at least twice a week. 4. Sleep 7-8 hrs  5. Quit smoking and alcohol Homoeopathic medicines will also help boost your stamina.

Good morning Sir i am from Balasore. My sexual duration is very low. What can I do to increase it
Have more of foreplay. Learn different ways of enjoying sex other than penetration for full satisfaction. Sex does not mean penetration only. Penetration is at the end. Do not indulge into such medicines. As females r more interested in fondling n love making.

4 Sunscreen Beliefs You Will Be Surprised To Know Are False!

MD- Dermatology & Venereology,Leprosy , International Fellowship in Dermatology, MBBS

4 Sunscreen Beliefs You Will Be Surprised To Know Are False!
4 Myths on sunscreen you absolutely need know to about

Exposing your skin to harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun can have devastating effects on your skin, including wrinkles, sunburn and even skin cancer. So, using a sunscreen every time you step outdoors and using it correctly is of vital importance to have healthy skin. However, most people have different misconceptions about sunscreen usage. Read on to find the real facts behind these widespread sunscreen myths…

1. You don’t need to apply sunscreen if your makeup contains SPF
If any of your makeup products like foundation or powder contains SPF, do not assume that it can replace your sunscreen. Makeup containing SPF cannot protect your skin entirely as cosmetics are generally applied lightly, and mostly doesn’t cover places like T-zones, earlobes or hairline. To fully shield your skin from the sunrays, it’s necessary to apply sunscreen or moisturizer with at least SPF 30 before putting makeup on. It is advisable to apply the sunscreen half an hour before stepping out for maximum benefit.

2. Putting sunscreen on your skin once is enough to protect you throughout the day
Most people apply sunscreen only once before heading out of the house, and don’t reapply it again throughout the entire day.Contrary to popular belief, this does not provide protection for the entire day as most sunscreens lose their effect with time. To ensure that your skin remains protected you need to reapply sunscreen once every 2 hours, and once every 40-80 minutes if you are engaging in activities like swimming and exercising.

3. Waterproof sunscreens won’t wash off
Even if your sunscreen is waterproof, you need to reapply it at regular intervals if you are pursuing water sports like swimming or are the kind who washes their face frequently. When a sunscreen is typified as waterproof, it actually means that the composition of the sunscreen makes it suitable for functioning for a maximum of 1 hour and 20 minutes under water. Moreover, sunscreens containing a ‘water-resistant’ label can bear water immersion up to at most 40 minutes. So, irrespective of whatever the label of the sunscreen mentions, you need to reapply sunscreen every hour to protect your skin effectively.

4. You do not need to apply sunscreen in winters or you are when indoors.
Winter skin is relatively more sensitive than summer skin which is tanned. If one is in hilly areas or snow covered regions there is reflection of UV light from the snow that causes more skin damage. Also glass can allow UV rays to pass through and indoor lighting can also be a source of UV exposure, therefore you should apply sunscreen even when you are indoors.
