Male 18 for the last few years since 15th age i've started hearing a lot of voices in my head and for now it is very less but sometimes I feel like im getting depressed very fast and also anxiety takes over me when i'm trying to sleep this just comes like not everyday but its just randomly comes and goes please help me find whats going on.

You must meet with a counselor and a doctor immediately to rule out any serious issue. Although these signs are not looking good. You must continue with the counseling for a long time and do not self-regulate your medication. If you respond well to the treatment, you should be well on yoru way to recovery due to your age and commitment. Please take your parents along and let them share whatever they remember about your early childhood.

I am Facing depression and some what Anxiety issue since august. Treatment is going on. But not getting any positive result. High heart beat. Breathing issue. Sweating. Sleeplessness. Hunger loss. Life seems dull and I like nothing. Want to go far away. Do I need medicines or counselling. And treatment is going on from Dr. So what should I do now? Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.

Face wash with rejuglow facewash / episoft oc cleanser / saslic ds wash 2-3 time daily. Stop oil application over scalp. Avoid sweets in diet. Increase water intake.

hello lybrate user Life has many ways. it can't be stopped in 1 way. today's worse situation, may be very small and comedy for you in future. when you look at your past, some situation were worsen for you at that time, but for today its small for you. thsts why progress happen. dont worry for future. have some faith in god. you just do your work given to you. and enjoy what are you doing!

Every cigarette you smoke will affect your erectile capacity, and in the long run it can lead to impotence. The nicotine in tobacco smoke is a vasco-constrictor which means that it narrows the blood vessels and reduces the blood supply. The penis gets erect from the pressure of the blood that rushes to it when you get sexually aroused. But because of the poor blood flow, it can decrease in its capacity to remain rigid for sexual penetration. Smoking can also affect men's sperm, which can reduce fertility and also increase risks for birth defects and miscarriage. You are well advised to quit immediately.

Start on with meditation atleast for 15-30 mins in a day that will help you. Do not try to stop the thoughts while meditating let them flow over a period of time you will get use to it.

Dear, Tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. The best method is to leave it and continue with your will power. There are other methods like Nicotine Replacement therapy and pharmacotherapy combined. If you?re ready to stop smoking and willing to get the support you need, you can recover from nicotine addiction and abuse abuse?no matter how bad the addiction or how powerless you feel. The first step in treating nicotine addiction is accepting that you have a problem. Confronting an addiction and accepting responsibility for your actions isn?t easy. But it?s a necessary step on the road to treatment and recovery. You should then consult a psychiatrist / psychologist who fill follow this treatment. 1. Detoxification using medicines. 2. Behavior modification with the help of therapies. 3. Counseling. 4. Medication to sustain and 5. Long term support. These given steps are essential for any addict to get effectively rid of smoking. Unless you describe the stress it is impossible to know what you are talking about. So I will just have to speculate: If it is people related, you will need to examine whether you are the cause or others the cause. If it has to do with workload, then you will need to discuss that with your colleagues first and if they think you are justified, then you will have to take it to the immediate boss. If it injustice in the work spot, you will need to discuss it with the HR department. If you are emotionally distraught, then there may be some work for you to do with a counselor. If you feel that you are doing more than you can manage or are qualified for, again you can consult the HR department. If you want a more specific answer, kindly be more specific and we can see how we can be of help. The stress that you feel is not dependent on the stressor. It is entirely dependent on your perception of stress. Life is difficult no doubt, as a general rule, but what we do adds to the stress in our response. We add to the stress of life instead of reducing it or learning to deal with it. Many of us follow a policy of avoidance. We cannot do that all of our lives. So the first thing to do is to change your perception. For example, look at it as a challenge that you would like to meet with a positive outlook. See everything as a gift from God to perform as though you are doing it for Him. God never gives us work to do beyond our capacity. Now you may argue that it is the Government that is giving all the work. That is true in the overt sense, but if you look at it with spiritual eyes, you know that it is ultimately given by God. Secondly, build a good constitution mentally, emotionally and physically to combat stress. Eat healthily, sleep well, and exercise regularly. Talk about your emotions regularly to a good friend every day. Learn stress management techniques. Do Yoga and meditation. Pray every day to God to give you the strength, and offer your work as a prayer to Him – you will give your best and you will feel so satisfied when you do it well. Learn to delegate much or some of your work to subordinates. If you do not trust, you will find it difficult to delegate.
