Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Good posture plays a key role in your spine health, helping to prevent additional back and neck pain and even injuries to spinal structures. Try to be aware of your posture and make good posture part of your normal routine. -head up, shoulders back, rear tucked under -Stand and walk with correct posture -Sit with support -Lift and carry carefully -And finally, keep moving:-Maintaining a static position for too long—more than twenty or thirty minutes at a time—is hard on the back. Prolonged static posture can slowly deplete elasticity from the tissues. By simply moving—be it a change of position, a stretch, or a short walk—the tissue elasticity needed to protect your joints can be restored and the associated discomfort reduced. -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT current can give you relief. -Consult a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your back pain. Pain around shoulder region could be due to multiple reasons like tendinitis, arthrosis, degenerative tears, impingement etc. So we need to see actual cause of pain. If you can send me doctor' s prescription, send me a brief clinical history of when did pain start, what was the cause of onset, and what are the associated features, I will be able to help you more. Also if you have done any x ray, kindly send me that as well. Till that time, as there has been no mention of any injury, you can continue with conservative treatment. Hi I have been suffering from back pain from last 3 months, previously I was less paining but now this is showing me stars literally. Hi dear 3 months is pretty long time, bending and loading spine is very painful, these symptoms warrant detailed history, evaluation with clinical examination, Xrays +/-MRI to catch your problem and treatment accordingly. Chronic Spine pain can be due to various reasons and the management is different with different issues. In view of increasing progression of the disease I suggest you to see some good orthopedist as early as possible. By the time you see doctor you should not lift heavy weight, and try to take more rest.

U do full bad rest some days you can use heating paid problem area some exercise also do your problem last 6 years so you can one months also take physiotherapy a physiotherapist give you heating paid+US+IFT+exercise= feel batter that time, pain also remove but self use heating paid & exercise.

I am suffering from cervical spine dease last 5 years so please suggest some medicine.

This is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help to reduce the pain and feel relaxed and comfortable. You shall also do hot water fermentation that would improve the blood circulation to the painful area and thereby the pain would be reduced. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain and also that would improve the cervical angle and improve the anatomical posture. The pain actually triggers due to nerve compression and that would definitely improve by wearing a cervical collar.
