I got married in 2015 after some Month I am so disturbed in sexual life I get discharged soon and my wife is not satisfied with this and some time my penis remain loose it's not properly hard as it's before. It is a well known fact that a healthy and satisfying sex life is very important for a healthy relationship. It is very important to take proper care of the health maintenance. Sexual disorders are disturbances in the sexual response like premature ejaculation, impotence, low sperm count, male orgasmic dysfunction and also diminished sexual desire. You can apply these home remedies for relief: • Take 1/2 piece of ginger, crush it and squze its juice and mix it with one teaspoon of honey and take 1/2 spoon of this mixture 2 times in a day. • Take 4 - 5 tulsi leaves and 1/2 piece of ginger and 1 glass of water mix both of them in water and boil it till half glass of water remain in the container then drink it by add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. • Avoid cold water, ice creams, and pickle. • Take strepsils or sualiin (hamdard pharma) 1 tablet 3 times per day or slowly suck a piece of mulethi. • Doing gargles with lukewarm water it will reduce your pain.

Muscle Sprain - How It Can Be Treated?

Exercising and sports activities are necessary evils in your life. While they keep your body fit, you are also exposed to injuries at the same time. Of all the injuries, muscle strains are the most common ones. These might look very ordinary or minor, but remember there is an intense pain attached to it. So much so that you might even feel suicidal at times. Poor conditioning, over exertion and a faulty warm up session, can lead to muscle sprain. Strains are very common in certain regions like lower back, neck, shoulder and hamstring muscle (at the back of the thigh).

Don’t need medical treatment
In most cases, muscle strains don’t need medical treatment. But it is important to provide the right supplies and rest to the victim. For treating a muscle sprain, you will need ice, plastic bag, towel, compression bandage, pillows and over-the-counter painkillers. You may also need certain devices to assist you, depending upon the area that has been affected. These devices include crutches, slings, braces and wheelchairs. These devices help in stabilising the affected area (especially the muscle there.)

RICE Method
As per the data by American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), the most effective way to treat muscle sprains is by following the Rice method. The word rice stands for- rest, ice, compression, and elevation. The patient must take adequate amount of rest and not undertake physical activities. He or she must give proper time for healing of the injury or wound, prior to resuming back regular activities. If the sprain is chronic, take total bed rest. It is often advised to apply ice compression to the affected area for about 8 to 10 times a day. Try to compress your muscle by putting mild pressure to avoid swelling or any kind of inflammation. For this, it is best to tie up a bandage around the affected part. It is generally advised to elevate the injured part above the heart to avoid or reduce the swelling of the area. Sometimes, physical therapy is also needed to treat the sprains.

Risks of strain treatment
There are certain risk factors associated with muscle strain treatment. It is bad to take too many painkillers as they can affect other organs like kidneys, gut and heart. You should also avoid applying the ice pack directly on the skin for a prolonged period. Also, if you undertake a surgery to fix muscle strain, you are at the risk of suffering bleeding, developing blood clots, infection, pain and stiffness. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Physiotherapist.

Viral fever takes 3-5 days. But if fever is high/ persist for long or associated with other symptoms like rashes/ nausea/vomiting/ severe headache/ breathlessness/pain in chest or abdomen etc then please update for further guidance, as you may require physical check up & blood investigations. Paracetamol 650 after meals, 3 times daily (only if you are not allergic to the drug) for symptomatic relief. Don't take nice. Obsolete now. Drink plenty of water, take light but nutritious diet. Consult physician if required.

Dear User, Please get a routine blood check up but before that I want to tell you that many people have low bp. But you have sufficient energy and no problems associated with it. Then just take a soluntion of salt and sugar (very less amount) daily for 7 days and with that have plenty of water and proper diet. If within 7 days you see your bp getting normal than well and good if still not then get a complete blood count done and consult a nearby Homoeopathic doctor.

2-3 months back my below fractured Dr. did operation n after 45 days plaster removed everything OK but after I consult physiotherapist in Delhi he told use hot water rock salt n ajwain after 1 month I consult in Bangalore here they told use ice pack don't use hot water n all I am very confuse what to do.

You should follow these very important and simple things to prevent stone formation & to get sure treatment of kidney stones: 1. First take a lot of fluid daily. The more you drink water and fluid, the less amount of deposit accumulate in kidney. So you have to make your kidneys healthy just only by drinking 2-3 liters (10-12 glasses) of water. 2. Stones are mainly formed of calcium and oxalate. So take very low quantity of milk, cheese, cream and dairy products. 3. Do not take strawberry, plum, spinach and tomatoes. These fruits and vegetables are rich in oxalate. So avoid them to prevent from kidney stones. 3. Stop taking supplementary vitamin d and calcium medication. 4. Avoid animal protein diet- eggs, red meat, fish in diet. 5. Take less amount of salt, pickle and western foods. They have high amount of sodium. So avoid it. 6. Urinary infection are also one of the cause of stone. So take proper antibiotic treatment of urinary infection on time. Even when you feelburning sensation or pain during urination, don't avoid it. Take medication as soon as possible. I hope you follow them in your life andstay healthy. 7. You can take gokshur tablets of himalaya for 3 months. It definitely get relief from kidney stones.

Please note the following in respect to your queries: for pimples -- apply some apple cider vinegar: directions for use: wash your face with water and pat dry. Using a ratio of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water, dip a cotton ball into vinegar and apply it directly to the blemish. Leave on for at least 10 minutes, or overnight. Reapply several times a day, washing face thoroughly after each time. Make sure to use a moisturizer afterwards as well if you feel like your skin is getting dry.

Nazimaji, The results of thyroid assay are quite normal. Hence, you are not having hypothyroidism. The reason for irregular periods could be different. Better to consult a gynaecologist regarding menstrual disturbances.

If she has hypothyroidism and not in control, then weight increase does occur. When on treatment, tsh levels should be around 3 to 4 milli units /l, if higher than that, then weight will continue. All efforts to reduce weight will be unsuccessful. So please let me know the tsh and t4 levels (present), then I may be able to help. Thanks for the question.

Suntanned skin means damaged skin. The skin puts down pigment as a way to protect itself from damaging UV rays. After 20 years of chronic sun exposure, it is unlikely that super-tanned skin can fade back to its natural, undamaged state. If the skin is kept completely protected and out of the sun for years, it may fade somewhat, as the skin is able to repair somewhat. This means wearing sunscreen every single day, long sleeves/gloves and wide-brimmed hats/sunglasses to prevent sun from reaching the skin, as well as staying indoors or in shaded areas. Topical creams and lasers will not fade the skin back to the undamaged, untanned state.

Think about all the factors that can interfere with a good night's sleep ? from pressure at work and family responsibilities to unexpected challenges, such as layoffs, relationship issues or illnesses. It's no wonder that quality sleep is sometimes elusive. Although you might not be able to control all of the factors that interfere with your sleep, you can adopt habits that encourage better sleep. Start with these simple sleep tips. 1. Stick to a sleep schedule Go to bed and get up at the same time every day, even on weekends, holidays and days off. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle and helps promote better sleep at night. There's a caveat, though. If you don't fall asleep within about 15 minutes, get up and do something relaxing. Go back to bed when you're tired. If you agonize over falling asleep, you might find it even tougher to nod off. 2. Pay attention to what you eat and drink Don't go to bed either hungry or stuffed. Your discomfort might keep you up. Also limit how much you drink before bed, to prevent disruptive middle-of-the-night trips to the toilet. Nicotine, caffeine and alcohol deserve caution, too. The stimulating effects of nicotine and caffeine take hours to wear off and can wreak havoc on quality sleep. And even though alcohol might make you feel sleepy at first, it can disrupt sleep later in the night. 3. Create a bedtime ritual Do the same things each night to tell your body it's time to wind down. This might include taking a warm bath or shower, reading a book, or listening to soothing music ? preferably with the lights dimmed. Relaxing activities can promote better sleep by easing the transition between wakefulness and drowsiness. Be wary of using the TV or other electronic devices as part of your bedtime ritual. Some research suggests that screen time or other media use before bedtime interferes with sleep. 4. Get comfortable Create a room that's ideal for sleeping. Often, this means cool, dark and quiet. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs. Your mattress and pillow can contribute to better sleep, too. Since the features of good bedding are subjective, choose what feels most comfortable to you. If you share your bed, make sure there's enough room for two. If you have children or pets, try to set limits on how often they sleep with you ? or insist on separate sleeping quarters.

Like while washing, combing, oiling and whenever I slide my fingers through my hair I always got 2-3 hair in my hand. My hair are falling all the time. And I am so tensed that how to stop it. I oil them with regularly , I use LOREAL shampoo (no conditioner) cause I got really oily hair and I use onion juice 4 times a week. But these are just falling. Please . Apply acne and pimple cream on your pimples. Use himalaya neem face wash. Take mahamanjishthaadi kaadha 2-2spoons with equal quantity of warm water. Purodil syrup 2-2-2 capsule neem 2-2 all medicines for three months. Eat healthy food and avoid oily, fatty, spicy food.
