For osteopenia you need to take calcium supplementation 1000 mg per day For Gas problem You need to have some mild-mod Physical activity Avoid coffee and tea Avoid high fat (saturated fat) foods Limit your Non vegetarian (if you are taking it) Don't lie down immediately once you take your food Adequate sleep of 7 hrs atleast is needed Adequate fruits and vegetables in your diet You can take some antacids if required or Acid reflux reducing agents For fibroid: if symptomatic like bleeding or spotting or enlarging in size, Abdominal pain You need to go and meet a gynecologist for further evaluation if asymptomatic no need to worry much Thank you.

Hair fall and hair thinning are two different things. Shampoo and oil helps to condition the scalp. Hair roots are situated inside the scalp and it gets nutrition through blood. Food rich in minerals, protein and iron is good for hair. Sprouts, beans, nuts, green leafy vegetables are good for hair. Drink 3 lit of water/day. There are various reasons for getting hair fall. Nutritional deficiency is one of that. Stress, acute illness, chronic illness are few other reasons. Hair thinning is hormone related genetic baldness. It is progressive by nature.

Dont worry it happens due to nerve compression. Avoid using pillow. Sleep on flat surface. Start neck exercises. Massage on your neck with good ayurvedic oil. And start ayurvedic medicines for its proper treatment.

How high was your triglycerides? Rosuvas is for LDL cholesterol. F is fenofibrate, for people with triglycerides above 600. Fenofibrate is started directly only if there is very high triglycerides due to fasting chylomicronemia and if no cause like alcohol, diabetes, or very restricted diet is present, which can be corrected. You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Skin Pigmentation - How To Get Rid Of It With Home Remedies?

Dark or light colour patches on the skin are a constant embarrassment and definitely a beauty issue. Such pigmentation of the skin is generally caused by exposure to sunlight, allergies or even heredity.

However, these can be reduced considerably with the help of these natural remedies for wrinkles:

1. Potato Power - Potatoes are great for skin pigmentation issues like dark circles, dark patches and even melasma – the brown or greyish brown patches that appear on nose, forehead, cheeks or other areas exposed to the sun.

Grate a medium sized potato, squeeze its juice and apply it on the affected areas. Rinse after half an hour. Use regularly to get desired results.

2. Fruity Bleach - Banana has skin lightening properties. You can also add papaya, if available, to get a great fruity bleach that will help to get rid of all types of skin pigmentation.

Mix the pulp of both these fruits and apply on the face. Rinse after 15-20 minutes to get a glowing skin.

3. Amazing Aloe Vera - Aloe Vera gel has natural anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory ingredients that rejuvenate the skin and help to produce new cells. As a result, when applied on the dark spots, they disappear with regular use leaving behind refreshed and rejuvenated healthy skin.

Mix thoroughly ½ a tsp of honey with 2 table spoons of aloe vera gel and apply on the affected area. Wait for some time before washing it off to get amazing results.

4. Sandal Wood Secret - Sandal wood purifies the blood and also works as a skin tonic. It also offers protection from sunlight and UV rays.

Mix equal quantities of sandalwood powder and rose water to make a smooth paste. Apply on the affected areas and wash after 30 minutes to get soft, rejuvenated skin.

5. Wonders of Cucumber - Cucumber is a skin rejuvenator and combined with lemon, it works wonders to lighten up the skin.

Extract some cucumber juice and mix with lemon juice. Apply on the skin and rinse after some time. You can use each of them separately too, they are even effective on their own.

6. Awesome Apple Cider Vinegar - Apple Cider Vinegar contains alpha-hydroxy acid that gently exfoliates the skin to bring out fresh, younger looking skin.

Mix equal quantities of apple cider vinegar with water and apply on the dark or light patches on the skin. Wash off after some time. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an Ayurveda.

Protein requirement of an individual is calculated as per the ideal body weight. But for calculating IBW we need your current height measurement that has not been mentioned here. For height 5'8" 60 g protein is needed per day. Whatever be the protein requirement, it can be easily met via diet comprising of milk, curd, channa, lassi, buttermilk, soyabean/nutrella/tofu, egg, fish, chicken, nuts, oilseeds, sprouts. Protein requirement may increase in case of very extensive gym workouts done for long periods of time.
