Dear , this could be due to many causes but 1. It can be irritative in nature mainly due to infection for which get urine examination done to see if the pus cells. Is pus cells are more than 5 then you have infection and antibiotics would be needed. Now find the reason for that urinary tract obstruction should be considered. For that sonography (kub) with full bladder volume, with wall thickness on full bladder and post micturition residual urine measurement is needed. Presence of residual urine indicates obstruction. If so then uroflowmetry is needed to decide between conservative line of management or surgery. Thirdly along with the results of these test let me know if you are constipated because fissure resulting from passage of hard faeces can also produce these symptoms due to external pressure created by the spasm of the sphincter muscle.

Daily intake of fluids should b 3-4 lits. If u r not consuming adequate amount, increase water consumption. In spite of normal water consumption if u r facing d problem, I ll suggest u a sonography of pelvis to check any abnormality of prostate.

I recommend the following 1. Find out how much of protein you are losing in the urine. Protein in urine rises the creatinine. tablets like ace/arb can reduce protein in urine 2. Avoid red meat 3. Avoid weight lifting exercises 4. Tab nephrosave twice daily has given good results in my patients 5. Most importantly make sure bp is within 130/70 at all times

You may Be having fissure fissure or external and internal pile both so you need to be examined by surgeon and proctoscopy to be done to know what exactly it is, by the time keep your stool soft by taking plenty of fluids orally and high fiber diet you can take syp cremaffin 3 to 6 tsf hs. For loss of weight you need to be investigated.

It looks like acute viral hepatitis. Take rest, watch for complications if any due to hepatic failure, otherwise it is self limiting disease. Repeat tests after a week and see the evolution of disease. So long as child is active, has good appetite, nothing to worry. If some thing goes wrong visit to paediatrician is must. Improvement in itching will suggest lessening of oedema of liver.

For your age excessive urination could be due to 1. Drinking lot of water/ excess tea/ coffee/alcohol 2. Urinary tract/bladder infection 3. Bladder stone causing a blockage in ureter/bladder, stone in urinary tract, cystitis, interstitial nephritis 5. Diabetes mellitus/diabetes inspidus, hypertension, 6. Stress/anxiety/nervousness, 7. Hello I have recently diagnosed with a gallbladder stone of 8 mm. I asked doctor and he said that surgery is the only option to get it out along with gallbladder. I looked up google and found some links where they say that I can remove stone from gallbladder if I drink olive oil and lemon juice mixture. Now my questions are 1. If I go for surgery will there be any impact in future, since I have stomach problems very commonly. 2. Is it true that I can remove stones by drinking olive oil and lemon juice? If yes are there any harmful or dangerous consequences that can happen. 3. Ever since I got diagnosed I am facing problems with urinating. It is coming very frequently and improperly. Kindly help.

Dear lybrate user gall stones have been well cured through constitutional treatment with no future recurrence ,cutting of an organ is not a cure ,disease is not something hidden in parts but it is a process and has to be reverted back by proper internal medicinal treatment, also olive oil and lemon juice are food items and should be taken in moderation and cannot cure since they are in there crude state ,may be some palliation may result in very huge doses but its not healthy
