Stop ghutka and Apart from taking symptomatic treatment I will suggest you to take injection vitcofol 2cc intramuscularly every alternate days for five pricks over the buttocks through a health professional and take Physio therapy treatment

I am 26 years old and have a gap between my front two teeth which is very prominent. Also I have a gums showing smile. I have used braces but the space came back. I am getting married soon and have about 9 months time in hand to correct this gap. Need expert suggestions.

Hi , from what I read I understand that you have undergone orthodontic treatment (braces) and relapse has occurred. Since you are getting married soon, I would advise you to go for a cosmetic treatment like veneers and crown lengthening that will not only close the gaps but reduce your gummy smile. However, this can only be planned after seeing you clinically. You can approach us for the same.

Pain killers r not the ans get filling done by a dentist than brush twice daily especially at night avoid sticky foods you may require rct and cap.

The nortmal fasting blood sugar is 80 - 120 mg if it is higer it is called diabetes if you are under tretment and sugar levels are near normal then you can extract your tooth.

Dear the problems could be either of the two either it is xerostomia or dry mouth for which there are different causes. Or it is polydipsia or increase in thirst for which there are different causes. However the most common condition for this hot temperature and diabetes. Please get your fasting blood sugar test done and get back

Gums bleeding is due to infection in gums. Get scalling done by dentist. Take vit c tab for one week. Use proper brushing techniques. Brush, floss n use mouthwash twice daily. Massage your gums with your finger tips after brushing. Keep your tongue clean. Rinse your mouth well after each meal. Visit your dentist for dental checkups every 6 months to detect n prevent dental probs.

U may have gum infection. Liver and digestive enzymes may be less. You may have vitamin def. Or infected tongue. Pl. Come to clinic to get complete treatment.
