Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.

Ask her to reduce salt intake. The meals be divided into 4 times a day. Keep her water intake good at least 8--10 glasses per day.

Mr. Lybrate-user, primarily diabetes should be in control. Meaning fasting closer to 100mg, pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c% <7 (ideally 6.8%). These things are necessary to have absolutely healthy life. Your ideal body weight should be 60 kgs, with a bmi of 35.71 you are having grade 2 obesity. So it necessary for you to consider weight reduction at least 5 to 8 % of present weight. That it self will improve overall condition.

Hi Back problems are usually weak back muscles due to sitting in chair for prolonged periods. These muscles can be strenghthened by doing specific back strength exercise and also by doing abs building exercises. you can join a Yoga class and tell them about your problem. I am sure the problem can be resolved in a natural and healthy way.

I want build my body size my meals is not so heavy I went 2 gym a long period but I do not see any improve meant I use to smoke in a day 5 times I eat sweet supari 20 packet in day I do not understand I want to build up my size how many meals have to take in a days and time how to ignor when I thought about ciggrate.

You are so young, but your bad habits are stopping you from building your body size. Firstly eat heavy meals three times a day that is lunch dinner and breakfast. Never smoke again and stop eating sweet supari right away, its unhealthy. Eat cow ghee with your meals. Start eating 2 spoon tulsi juice everyday, and your quench to smoke will perish. Never eat tulsi either drink juice or keep in mouth and let it dissolve. Tulsi has mercury in it so chewing may break your teeth. Start jogging, yoga, cycling.

Hair loss can be controlled by - 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 6. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 7. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 8. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. 9. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Your bp is slightly higher need a to be controlled. One addition of tablet is necessary. Also the hba1c should be below 7. Follow strict diet controls.

I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. I frequently urge to urinate little often and it's irritating while passing urine. Sometimes I get itching in the intimate areas though I wash it with v-wash (lactacyd). Suggest me a medication and free from the tension I go through.
