In my face I have so many pimples and black spot. I used a cream to heel my pimples but I did not feel relaxed. What I do doctor please suggest me for my face please?

Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub once a week on the pigmented area.

In this teenage it us very common problem due to hormonal changes. Do not apply any ointment on the face. Only apply lemon juice with cotton ball on the face for one hour and after that wash your face. Do it for some days. Drink plenty if liquids. Take salads fruits. Avoid junk oily spicy food.

I am 25 year old male. I want to know that if I want to lose 5-10 kg of weight bu only following a normal diet and basic exercise. What Should I eat and at what interval anc type of exercise to follow?

You should eat less but more frequently rather than filling your stomach in lunch or dinner. Take something or the other (fruit/salad/green tea/marie biscuit/milk/roasted chana) after every two hours. Cut down your breakfast, lunch and dinner by 25 %. Do not take any heavy snacks as you are eating in every two hours. Do some jiogging or play a sport like cricket or lawn tennis for atleast half an hour.

I am 21 year old and I am lose my hair in too much amount so please help me and suggest me some solution.

Relax, Take hairtonz capsule, 1 cap, thrice a day, after meals (Chew it). Take amalaki rasyana. 3 tabs, twice day, empty stomach. Take triphala powder, 1 tsf in hot water at bed time, regularly. Apply neelibhringadi oil for massage over the scalp. Continue the regime for 2 months. Cut down sugar, salt, spicy food, fast food in your diet. Take more of liquid diet like khichdi, daliya, moong daal, kaddu, tinde, rama tori in your diet, regularly. Good luck.

I have very bad stomach fat of 38 as well as side stomach fat, I am doing crunches and leg raise but it not decreasing the size, say me what to do and also I have little gastric problem.

The best way to get a flat stomach is to try high intensity cardio. This is because it burns a larger number of calories than low intensity cardio. Playing sports such as football, basketball, cricket, tennis and other sports is also helpful in promoting weight loss. You should perform cardio exercises each day for 60 minutes. Brisk walking is considered an effective cardio workout for those who suffer from joint problems, as it does not place much stress on the joints, compared to other cardio exercises such as running or cycling.

Tips for regular weight lose: increase the quantity of fruits and vegetables and low calorie foods. Avoid intake of too much salt as it may be a factor for increasing body weight. Milk products like cheese, butter etc. And non-vegetarian foods should be avoided as they are rich in fat. Mint is very beneficial in losing weight. A chutney of green mint with some simple spices can be taken with meals. Mint tea also helps. Spices like dry ginger, cinnamon, black pepper etc. Are good for loosing weight and can be used in a number of ways. Regular intake of carrot juice. Avoid rice and potato, which contain a lot of carbohydrates. Among cereals wheat is good. Vegetables like bitter gourd (karela), and bitter variety of drumstick are useful in loosing weight. Honey is an excellent home remedy for obesity. It mobilizes the extra deposited fat in the body allowing it to be utilized as energy for normal functions.

Hair fall is common now a days. Due to stress and eating habits. And some illness, like anemia, thyroid and hereditary problems. Take following homoeo medicine. Acid hydroflouric 30 (30 ml sbl company). 1 drop 3 times per day x 14 days on tongue. Do not take anything 15 min before after medicine. ALSO use arnica montana Q 30 ml + 100 ml pure coconut oil mix and use before wash twice weekly. Use arnica homoeopathic shampoo take plenty water 3 to 4 liters per day. Eat proper food, carbohydrate, protein, minerals, fruits. Avoid outer food.

What precaution should we take for a person suffering from HLAB27? Is it a incurable disease?

Hla27 is a genetic disease and it usually affects the joints and only few persons are affected if they regularly do not do exercise and once affected we need to do symptomatic treatment for decreasing their day to day problem in life. So I will suggest you to exercise daily as a precautionary measure and never eat pickles or papads.

I was facing pimples problems. Doctor gave me a fash wash gel called accare. My skin is oily .I get white pimple when I get early in morning. Now its all over .but dark spots are very much all over my face. Due to that. Doctor said leave it will remove automatically .but nothing happened till now. Please advise for these dark spots.

Dear lybrateuser, - Yes, any person who undergoes chronic stress & anxiety is prone to heart disease & a heart attack - also an unhealthy diet with more of fried, fatty, processed, junk food with sedentary habits is prone to heart attack, also drinking excess alcohol & tobacco contribute in a major way - have more of fruits & vegetables, less of fats & processed foods & do regular exercise , sleep well for 7-8 hrs in the night to keep your heart healthy.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Yes. It could be due to piles. Avoid constipation. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits daily. Take isabgol husk in warm milk in night. Drink plenty of liquids. Hope this helps u.

Endometrium is thickened & hyperechoic (ET -- 17-18 mm.). Suggested Histopathological examination. HB - 8.60 gm% due to excess bleeding last period 17-29. Now 11-15 period bleeding is less than last period. Generally HB is 11gm%. What should we do. She is advised by Ayurveda : Amrit Juice, Pari Kalap & Green More of Moral Company. Is it right.
