To increase your stamina 1. Do moderate exercises 15 - 20 min daily. 2. Do things which you enjoy. 3. Try to solve a puzzle daily or sudoku like games which make you charged and mentally alert. 4. Be stress free, do meditation. 5. Try to plan out the upcoming day in the previous night before sleeping.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

For underarms, apply soap while bathing and use roll on after bathing. Use roll on whenever you feel the need. If you have hair on the underarm, keeping them shaved will be better for hygiene but be very careful as it can irritate the skin. For sun tan, -apply de-tan lotion. -stay indoors or use sun protection. -keep sun screen handy and reapply after every 2 hrs when outdoors. -try to keep your skin covered in sun with cap, sun glasses/ cotton cloth, gloves etc. -cleanse your skin atleast twice a day nicely. -go fir regular skin cleansing or treatments to a good salon or dermatologist's clinic. -to de-tan, yogurt is considered very good, you may apply twice a day, for 15 minutes, then rinse. -take more vitamin c in your diet.

if u complain about sensitivity then go for anti sensitivity toothpaste if it is due to decay in ur teeth then go for treatment that is root canal treatment

Hi initially take following precautions 1) stop normal physical activity for couple of days. 2) apply hot fermentation 3) do not do activities that involves heavy lifting or twisting of your back for few days 4) after 2 to 3 weeks, slowly begin to exercise 5) avoid wearing high heals and lifting heavy bags. First of all take an x-ray of cervical spine ap & lateral. Use adequate cervial pillow, do hot fomentation, take medicines from your doctor.

Ghee as advised by Ayurved is sajuk tup--that which is prepared by classical method. Our each cell is made up of lipids. So we need sufficient lipids in diet. Apart from that ghee influences mental faculties and is helpful for neurons. D only thing is that it should be balanced with proper exercises so dat it is assimilated properly. Also its quantity, d timing of taking it and many such things differ from person to person .there is no thumb rule as such and this is d greatness of Ayurveda. It is personalised medicine. So better consult and understand for urself how ghee is to be prepared, how to use, how much to use and when to use.

Hi lybrate-user WEIGHT GAIN It is not a good idea to eat mega-meals at fast food joints or high- in- fat foods to gain weight. An effort like this will increase your body fat, putting you at risk for health problems. Rather work on improving the quality of your diet. Focus on eating healthy, growing strong and staying fit. Try eating six small healthy meals per day. Include 2 to 3 servings of fruits and vegetables in the day. Drink juice and smoothies made with milk and fresh fruit. Snack on dried fruit and nuts and high-fiber savories. If you are an exerciser, eat before and after workouts, and keep yourself hydrated. Here are some ideas: •Use whole fat dairy products such as whole milk, regular cheese and yogurt, cottage cheese. •Modify Cooking: Experiment by adding almonds to salads, cashews to a trail mix, or granola to yogurt. •Use "Extras" Try mixing in Ovaltine or almonds with a glass of milk. Add dried fruit or granola to yogurt. Mix in nuts, such as cashews or almonds to salads, trail mixes or cottage cheese. •Increase portion size gradually: Slowly try to increase the overall volume of the food at each meal, starting with one meal. For example, try adding one food item to a typical breakfast such as - add some fruit to cereal and milk. Then try increasing the amount of cereal. Once portions have increased over a few days at breakfast, add more to dinner or lunch. •Small meals of nutrient dense foods which you enjoy – this optimizes the smaller stomach capacity and provides structure. •Liquid supplements taken with or between meals – milk with complain, fruit milkshake… this is especially imp when it is necessary to overcome the lack of interest in food and eating. •Get adequate exercise and sleep/ rest How much weight can I target to increase? Usually 1-2 pounds per week is a safe and healthy weight gain goal. Most people do not gain exactly the same amount of weight per week. As long as the overall trend during the course of several weeks to a month is weight gain, you are moving in the right direction. 1. Make nutrition your mission. Eating a variety of healthy foods, making time for regular meals and snacks. Good nutrition is a key part of growth and development. It's also wise to learn good eating habits now — they'll become second nature, which will help you stay healthy and fit without even thinking about it. Eating on a schedule can help 2. Keep on moving (unless you are weak). Another way to keep your body healthy is to incorporate exercise into your routine. You might choose to work out at a gym. A good rule of thumb for exercise: Try to get 30 minutes of moderate physical activity 3 to 5 days a week. 3. Get enough sleep and rest. Sleep is an important component of normal growth and development. If you get enough, you'll have the energy to fuel your growth. Your body is at work while it sleeps — oxygen moves to the brain, growth hormones are released, and your bones keep on developing, even while you're resting.

Teeth pain may be due to various reasons like infection, sensitivity or trauma. If your teeth is decayed it is better to get it filled or treated by a dentist. If you are opting for root canal treatment do not forget to get a crown on the effected tooth. If you want to go for only medicinal treatment so let me tell you only medicine are not going to be very effective untill you get this treated by a dentist.

Unnecessary shaking of hands is usually due to anxiety and I will suggest you to take tablet folvite once a day for six months.

Reducing the medicine has to be done under medical supervision. Reduce it to 20 mg and monitor every day for 15 days. If things are fine then fix the dose. But if there is fluctuation then go back to 40. But this has to be done under a doctor supervision only.

I'm a male of twenty two years old and I have a tooth ache. I brush my teeth daily but at no regular intervals. It seldom pains me and no bad smell or any other issue cannot be traced. I will be happy if you can tell me why I'm facing such a problem and how to get rid of it. Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold foementation. # change sleeping position. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same, you need specific treatment plan according to your symptoms.
