Hi, Masturbation once daily is good for health or not? And if not what is the max limit of it in a week? Is it increases DHT? Stops muscle gain?

No, there is no harm in masturbating daily. However, guilt/anxiety/depression followed after masturbation (because of the misconception)  leads  to impairmemt  in  attention/concentration/weakness in the body and memory which is short  lasting only. I know that there  are lots of magazine/newspapers  and quacks who  have spread wrong information  about  the harm masturbation causes, for their own vested interest either to sell their  magazine/newspapers .There are lots of quacks who want  to sell their products  (in the name of medicines) fraudulently to make the money. This is a huge industry operating in India and  looting innocent young people. Please don't fall prey to them DHT/Muscle gain are not related with masturbation Best wishes.

MBBS, MD - Community Medicine
General Physician, Jaipur
Hello, Cold usually happens to weather/ season change/ exposure to particular allergen. If you have symptoms like sneezing, running nose, blocked nose, headache, may be mild fever, please follow - 1. Adequate rest, proper sleep, and healthy diet is the key treatment to cold/ coryza. 2. Drink lots of fluids and eat homemade food. 3. Drink hot beverages (tea/ coffee) to relieve nasal congestion. 4. Take steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days 5. Blow Your Nose to sniff mucus out. 6. Take steamy shower. Steamy showers moisturize your nasal passages and relax you. 7. If you have sore throat, do warm saline gargles 2-3 times a day till relief of symptoms. 8. Sleep with an Extra Pillow Under Your Head. This will help with the drainage of nasal passages. 9. Take Tablet Levocetrizine 5 mg tablet once daily after food for 3 days, Consult again if symptoms persist or worsen. ***Get Well Soon*** “Food is the best ever medicine, we have, so do not forget to eat homemade breakfast, make it a habit.”

Limiting unhealthy food is very important in management of diabetes

It's simple: our portions are oversized. This leads to excess calories and extra pounds. Of particular concern, according to the 2010 dietary guidelines, are jumbo servings of foods with refined grains, solid fats, and added sugars -- think fried chips, fatty burgers, sugary drinks, pastries, and desserts

It's time to downsize extra-large servings of less-healthful foods and upsize servings of foods we're not eating enough of vegetables, fruits, dairy foods, and whole grains. Start by reducing your portions of less-healthful foods by 5 to 10 percent. You'll barely notice the trimming, but you'll immediately taper your intake of calories, carbohydrate, fat, and sodium. Over time, this portion slim-down will improve your weight, blood glucose, cholesterol, and blood pressure

I am suffer high blood sugar which I know just 3 days away. I am having 292 blood sugar in fastening. Please advice

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Fasting glucose 292 mg is very high. It means after food blood glcose level is likely to cross over 400 mg. This needs uregnt treatment. So it is better to contact your local doctor and initiate the treatment. Or if you want me to advise, please come in a private conversation (paid consultation), with following details: current fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, dietary pattern extent of daily exercise, lipid profile and medications if any. Based on those details I will be able to give specific guidance and even prescribe the needed drugs. In this communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines and no prescriptions are allowed. Thanks.

I want to know that what is tha average time duration of discharge for both men and women.

MD-Ayurveda, Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine & Surgery (BAMS)

I want to know that what is tha average time duration of discharge for both men and women.
Hello- men and women both have very dissimilarities in orgasm pattern. Men's excite quickly and hence ejaculate quickly. The healthier time limit ranges from 10-30 minutes. Men experience orgasm only through ejaculation. Women unlike men take time to get arouse and hence also have a delayed orgasm (20-40). Women orgasm can be clitoral or vaginal. Women can experience more than one orgasm during sex. >however to make good sex and to satisfy your female partner you should cover her extra time in foreplay thus managing both the orgasm at same time.
