Hi, the foot problem may be due to plantar fasciitis if the pain is in the heel, pain more so in the mornings and on prolonged standing. Treatment requires hot fomentation, physiotherapy and medications, if pain prolonged require local injection. Well requires clinical examination to confirm on same. The hand/wrist swelling depends on duration, if morning stiffness present. This definitely requires clinical examination. Try to consult orthopaedic surgeon.

Am too much addicted to office work which making me not to think about anything else. Always I keep think about the things happened in office so am unable to concentrate on personal life. Just to avoid I spend more time in social web sites. So am becoming very silent & won't speak with anybody even with family & even not making new friends & unable to get touch with old ones as well. Hi, apply rumalaya liniment and massage for 10 mins and give hot water fomentation. This can be done thrice daily. If the pain is severe, take tab. Yogaraja guggulu 1-1-1 with hot water after food. Use soft medium sized pillow while sleeping. Perform neck exercises for 10 mins in the morning and evening regularly.

Dear, follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * use sunscreen having spf 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * take vitamin -e rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * make paste of papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. For your height 5.2 feet & weight 65 kg, you need to reduce only 10 kgs which you can bring down by sensible dieting and exercise. No diet charts-just give up sweets, sugar, bad fats through street food but do take some good fats which give proteins too like a katori of assorted nuts + a spoon of pure ghee/butter. Take a high protein diet which is filling like a glass of toned milk, curd+ banana, boiled egg, dried chane & peanuts and apple/seasonal fruit as a snack. Cut down on other carbs also. Go for long walks as an exercise / keep a stable cycle at home and exercise while watching tv. Do some stretching exercises-watch cds available for yoga. Regarding pregnancy, your thyroid is a bit on low side but I will not suggest thyroxine hormone, as it may affect the conception. With diet and exercise your thyroid will improve. Get an ultrasound test on 10th day after cycle to look at developing follicles. Get back here with us report and period history.

Hello, you should take Ruta 30 Ch , 3 drops once daily and Instil 2 drops of CMD2 eye drop in both eyes. Take Physostigma 30 Ch , 3 drops once daily at night. Follow these exercises to strengthen your eye muscles. Exercises for eyes: Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap. Hi, please don't go for crash dieting or else skipping one meal or two! Just advising you the right and sensible way of loosing weight: Start eating natural, unprocessed foods, such as fruits, vegetables, healthy meats and fish.Much of the food in grocery stores and fast food restaurants is highly processed to make it cheaper to produce and extend its shelf life. This processing often cuts out essential nutrients, and changes the food composition in ways that make you get fat. Avoid empty calories, like those in candy, junk food, and soda. Don't be afraid of healthy fat such as those found in olive oil, avocados, nuts, and fish. Have some standby snacks ready, such as nuts, carrot sticks or fruit for when you get hungry, and make them easier to access than the processed stuff. Get enough sleep. Be Positive! This really makes a lot much difference to achieve what you want! Medication for weight loss: Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice 1/2 an hr. before meals for 1month. For Hairloss: Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. You can take homoeopathic medicines for acne and acne marks – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash and follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily.
