I got little bump on my left side of left knee. Its painless. I think their is liquid inside. I got that after the cardio session in my gym. In that session I run very fast for long tym. I went to local doctor also. He told me their is nothing to worry. It is bakaslite (it was like that I noe knly pronunciation of that. I dnt the proper spelling). Can you tell me waht is that. I am still worry about that because size of bum is not reducing!

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Dear client as you mentioned in your query you are watching tv and eating. You're not interested in any other work, you are feeling depressed, hopeless, helpless. My first advise for you is to live your life fully, there are many good things in this world, life is so beautiful, enjoy it fully, spend your time with family members and friends make new friends, join any personality development classes, or any new learning classes in which you are interested, avoid watching tv alone. Watch some entertainment programs along with family members, fix a limited time for tv. Practice meditation do physical exercise/ activities regularly then you will understand how many things you're missed. Don't be upset/ disappointed at least now enjoy your life fully. All the best.

I have to go to washroom for about 6-7 times a day but I don't face any problem like loose motions or any other. My stool seems to be normal but going to washroom for this many times have caused pain in my legs and rashes near thighs and groin.

As you said you go to the washroom 6-7 times daily. I think it means your stool is unsatisfactory and it may be hard and difficult to dedicate. If it loose then along with stool there is water loss from the body which means loss of electrolytes from body. Deficiency of these electrolytes may cause pain legs. Frequent visit to the washroom may causes rashes because of unhygienic condition and persistent moisture in groin area.

Sudden High Fever,Severe Headache Severe Bone and Joint Pain, Pain behind eyes Fatigue, Nausea and vomiting Skin rash may appear 2-5 days after fever If you are suffering from Dengue, Take Paracetamol 500mg 2-3 times daily after food, drink plenty of water and take rest. Monitor blood platelet and if it is falling down and you develop skin rashes with bleeding episodes like bleeding from gum, nose etc consult doctor immediately.

Dear lybrate user, you may be suffering from a clinical condition called phimosis. The most conventional method to get rid of it is surgery. However, if you are unwilling to undergo surgery then you can try the following process at home. 1) buy any local anaesthetic gel (e. G. Lidocaine, lignocaine, xylocaine) from allopathic retail shop. 2) apply a little amount of that anaesthetic gel at the lower part of the prepuce of penis where the foreskin remains attached. 3) after application of the gel, retract the foreskin backwards as far as you can. Due to the anaesthetic property of the gel you will be able to retract the foreskin backwards to some extent more than you can do in normal condition. 4) release the foreskin when you feel pain 5) again repeat the same process. Do it continuously for at least 30 minutes in a day. Within a month you will feel that your foreskin has become loose.

Although TSH Level is Elevated is 7.87,T3 Level is Normal at 1.40 and T4 Level is Normal at 11.35.If Hypothyroidism is considered medicine Should be Started or Not?
