Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. I suggest you not to worry. The timing during masturbation and while having sex with sex workers etc should not be counted as having premature ejaculation or short sex time. Sex time is measured after marriage and when having a permanent partner with whom you are having sexual intercourse regularly. Therefore, do not worry about your sex timings before marriage. Yes. Shilajit is good for enhancing the timings. Take care.

Start taking Aloevera juice daily two times empty stomach with water. Drink plenty of water daily atleast 2 L. Do shoulder rotation exercises clock wise and anti clockwise. Do practise SUKSHAM VYAAM. Its a type of yoga specially recommended for loosing fat from shoulders. Do oil message with TIL tail followed by fomentation to reduce pain to much extent.

Having pain at the foot angle at both legs for more than a month. Also got a lower back pain at right side from yesterday. This is increasing while sitting for some and is better while walking. Did some hot water treatment and is better but still pain is there. Please advice on this.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine - try to get at least 6 to 7 hours of uninteruppted sleep at night time Go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every Night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background 'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

Safflower oil for hair fall for preventing hair loss and baldness safflower oil can be used. This oil is rich in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids which are vital for healthy hairs. You can find two varieties of safflower oils in the market, both of which can be used for hair care. Safflower oil is helpful for permed, colored and dry hair. Eat a healthy, balanced diet and avoid eating strongly flavoured or spicy food. Cut down on sugary food and drink, as it can increase the amount of bacteria in your mouth. Reduce your alcohol consumption. Stop smoking. Cut down on coffee. Drink plenty of water to help prevent your mouth becoming dry. Chew sugar-free gum after eating, to stimulate the flow of saliva. This will help clean away any remaining food particles. Don't use toothpaste to clean your dentures, as it can scratch the surface and cause stains. •Clean your dentures thoroughly using soap and lukewarm water, denture cream or a denture-cleaning tablet. Use a separate toothbrush to clean your dentures. Make sure you visit your dentist for regular check-ups. Having regular dental check-ups will ensure that any plaque is removed from your teeth, particularly in areas that are difficult to reach. Your dentist can recommend the best way to clean your teeth and gums, and point out areas you might be missing. They can also identify any signs of gum disease and ensure early treatment. Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. 90% of bad breath is due to a dirty tongue. If your bad breath is caused by a gastrointestinal problem, such as an H. Pylori infection or gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD), you may be referred to a gastroenterologist. Persistent bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be a warning sign of gum (periodontal) disease. Gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on teeth. You may need deep cleaning & fill tooth cavities with artificial enamel filling. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. Do regular exercise to get muscular body like push ups, plank, yoga etc. Eat small amount of foods but do not skip meals. Avoid fast foods, soft drinks etc. Use unrefined foods. Take watery vegetables, whole fruits etc. Use healthy fats. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Use lukewarm water.

Hi lybrate-user yes that pain can also be due to kidney stone if its in the lower abdo. Drink plenty of water and avoid vegetables or fruits with seeds eg tomato seeds, pomegranate, brinjal etc. For the pain and removal of the stone you can take homoeopathic treatment as it does not have any side effects and also it relieves the symptoms caused due to stone. Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ent problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet crocin (paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error for any change in no. 4. We need to go for ent evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get bp checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awakening in morning kindly follow advises given below: 1. Good walk for 30-45 minutes, high fibrous diet, avoid sitting at chair for more than 1/2 hr at a stretch and stand up n walk in between and some herbs (simple) will get you that if you want it. For herbs please furnish more details of food habit and physical work habitshabits. May meet local ayurveda doctor.

Lybrate-user. A sound, refreshing and relaxing sleep of 8-10 hours is essential of general well being and good health. Late night shifts hamper sleep quality and disturb sleep timings, biological circadian sleep rhythm patterns. In the long run if you wish to stay healthy, you may ensure a set sleep pattern unless very necessary otherwise. Get a relaxing sleep everyday, preferably during the night hours. If you still feel the quantity and quality of sleep is not upto mark consult me personally. Do not use sleeping pills available over the counter injudiciously / alcohol before sleep.

Traumatic life events in the child hood, has affected your personality development. From your text it is apparent that you have, emotionally unstable and impulsive personality traits. These people have unexplained mood swings, high rejection sensitivity poor anger control, tendencies of harming themselves. First you should know yourself better, identify the shortcomings (which we all have) and work on it. You should practice more patience, try to react as less you can, regular meditations and breathing pranayama will increase your resilience and decrease anxiety.
