While having a punching practice. I injured my right hand thum. Its not a fracture but from the wrist portion to thumb joint I am having pain I am not able to write. neither I am able to any wprk with that hand due to pain over my wrist. Please suggest me some exercise it was happening from past 7 days.

Visit a nearby physiotherapy clinic and go for ultrasonic therapy for 5-7 days it might be any muscle sprain or ligamnet strain.

It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back & shoulder exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Awinged scapula is a skeletal medical condition in which the shoulder blade or shoulder bones potrudes from in anabnormal there id variety treatment physical therapy if there is weekness of glenohumeral joint muscle by surgery by fixation of scapula. Some options are neurolydis or chorodotomy or scapulo thoracis fixation without arthrodesis (capulopexy).

I'm 30 years old housewife used to work a lot, fibromyalgia. Know I had a lot of pain in my palm, wrist and it prolonges to elbow and shoulder how can it be treated.

For fibromyalgia do have ift and laser physiotherapy for 12 days followed by cervical shoulder mobilisation exercise regularly.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Hello Doctor, I am 22 years old boy 1 years ago I faced a shock in my life that lead me to depression. Psychiatrist advised me some medicine. I took for 15 days but after 15 days a local doctor advised me to give up that medicine as I could be addicted to it. In starting it was very tough to cover up my muscle muscle pain but Now after 1 years my life is almost alright. But still some times I feel restless for 1-3 minutes that's also very minor. I think I have recovered 90% depression as my muscle pain is almost gone . Am I doing right.

The muscle pain may not have anything to do with the depression. Anyway since it has improved that is fine. With regards to the depression you must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don'€™t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Do proper rest & do hot fomentation for 15-20 min thrice in a day. This will help in reducing the pain. If still pain continues then consult a physiotherapist & learn strengthening & stretching exercises exercises.

I was suffering from pre patellar Knee Bursitis from past exact two months. Swelling and inflammation is no more. But can't give strain to my right knee like standing straight with the same knee and still I can't walk normal. I can but like tortoise. I am doing my exercises regularly as suggested by doctors but still I feel that jerk inside and outside little pain. One thing it has been reduced to 70%. Does it more time to heal completely?

Hello Madam, Apply ice cube fermentation 2- 3 times daily. Do the stretching exercises. Avoid long time standing, walking. Healing is depend an your lifestyle and body capacity. You continue same programme next 2 month. If not reduced then consult physiotherapist.

Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x twice daily. Bhujang Asana x twice daily. Back Stretching.
