Shathavari is good to maintain hormonal levels (progesteron) in positive way. So it will be helpful for implantation and sustaining pregnancy. For conceiving all other parameters should be correct. Good quality of the below three are important: Kshethra (Uterus and accessories), Beeja (ovum and sperm), Ambu (neutritional supply)

Hello, PCOS or pcod s a problem in which a woman's hormones are out of balance. It can cause problems with your periods and make it difficult to get pregnant. PCOS also may cause unwanted changes in the way you look. If it isn't treated, over time it can lead to serious health problems, such as diabetes and heart disease. The most common symptoms are: Acne.Weight gain and trouble losing weight.Extra hair on the face and body.Thinning hair or even hair loss on scalp.Irregular periods. Often women with PCOS have fewer than nine periods a year. Some women have no periods. Others have very heavy bleeding.Fertility problems. Many women who have PCOS have trouble getting pregnant(infertility), depression. Regular exercise, healthy foods, and weight control are the key treatments for PCOS. Treatment (hormonal) can reduce unpleasant symptoms and help prevent long-term health problems. Try to fit in moderate activity and/or vigorous activity often. Brisk Walking, jogging, dance or aerobics are great exercise that most people can do.Eat heart-healthy foods. This includes lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, and whole grains. It limits foods that are high insaturated fat, such as meats, cheeses, and fried foods. Most women who have PCOS can benefit from losing weight. Even losing 5kg may help get your hormones in balance, regulate your menstrual cycle and can make you ovulate.

If a girl didn't have periods after 40 days then is there any exercise or pills to have periods.

If a girl didn't have periods after 40 days then is there any exercise or pills to have periods.
Hi, if this is happening for the first time then you can take homoeopathic medicine - pulsatilla q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ 3-4 times a day. But if it's a regular feature in your case, then may be your normal cycle is of 40 days, or else if you do have active sexual life, then will have to rule out pregnancy first.

Hi, If it is happening only when you talk sex, but not at any other times, then this could be due to vasocongestion in breast and/or genital tissues. In other words, sexual arousal causes increased blood flow into these organs and as blood gets congested there for several minutes or even hours, then causes mild ache like your fiancee described. This can be relieved through orgasm, through intercourse or masturbation. Ask her try to masturbate after you finish talking. If she gets relief, its fine, else ask her to see a cardiologist. This happens to men also, who experience pain in testes and lower abdomen, with prolonged, unrelieved sexual arousal.

Resuming sexual relations after heart attack

Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (B.U.M.S)

Resuming sexual relations after heart attack
Resuming sexual relations after heart attack

Many heart attack patients are concerned about resuming sexual relations. Some patients worry they are not healthy enough and that sexual activity will put too much strain on the heart or cause another heart attack. Partners of heart attack patients often worry about these issues even more so than the patient. As a result of these concerns, many couples are reluctant to resume sexual activity.

Most patients are safely able to resume sexual relations at some point after a heart attack. The strain on the heart during sexual intercourse is about the same as from walking up two flights of stairs. However, specific recommendations for resuming sexual relations depend on a number of factors, including the severity of the heart attack and the degree of residual heart function. The decision to resume sexual relations should be discussed with a physician.

Some men and women become depressed after a heart attack, which can interfere with sexual drive and performance. In addition, men who are taking beta-blockers may experience erectile dysfunction. Abrupt discontinuation of these medications is dangerous and discontinuation should be discussed with a physician.
