Hello doctor. I have got a cramp on my right hand arm muscle. I can move my hands freely but some times at some point...
Pain in the arm can result from a number of factors. Abnormalities or injury of the skin, nerves, bones, joints, blood vessels, and soft tissues of the arm can all result in pain. Arm pain may be the result of referred pain from another part of the body. Please go to a physiotherapist to assess and treat the underlying condition. If pain is caused by an activity, modify or stop the activity. Rest the arm and resume activity gradually. Monitor the response to the activity. Pain experienced in the right arm is usually not serious, but when it is coupled with other symptoms like pain in the leg or tightness of the chest, it may be more serious. Try some home remedies: ice will reduce pain and swelling. Apply ice or cold packs immediately to prevent or minimize swelling. Apply the ice or cold pack for 10 to 20 minutes, 3 or more times a day. Elevate the painful area on pillows while applying ice and anytime you are sitting or lying down. Try to keep the area at or above the level of your heart to help minimize swelling. Apply heat and begin gentle exercise with the aid of moist heat to help restore and maintain flexibility. Some experts recommend alternating between heat and cold treatments. Gently massage or rub the area to relieve pain and encourage blood flow. Do not massage the area if it causes pain. Do not smoke or use other tobacco products. Smoking slows healing because it decreases blood supply and delays tissue repair. Please consult a physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your arm pain. Best wishes.

Don't worry, its very common problem in this age. First of all you have to make you busy in some work or studies or else you can join gym also and avoid watching porn video .Do meditation for mental strength daily to increase your focus and willpower to quit masturbation. Whenever thoughts of masturbation comes to your mind, replace these thoughts by good thoughts by saying or teaching your mind that these thoughts are not good for health and sex. Slowly and steadily, you will definitely win over masturbation. For more suggestion you can consult with us on Lybrate personally.

MD, MBBS, Advanced Infertility

It definitely helps if you lose 10% of years body weight. But you may not get rid of the problem completely. Actually it needs lifestyle modification with regular exercise and high protein diet and very low carb diet.

For burning sensation n neuropathy our herbal medicine works very effectively; as its age related problem. Dear Sir recently I am married, I have to sex with my wife, my sperm is comes fastly, So please tell me any suggestions.
Hello- Its the symptom of premature ejaculation. The following are the most practical ways to help reduce premature ejaculation without the use of medication or costly medical treatment. 1. PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLE TRAINING Strengthening your pelvic muscles is one of the most effective ways to prevent the onset of premature ejaculation. The pelvic muscles, which support and help control the penis, have the ability to short circuit premature ejaculation when they are actively engaged immediately before ejaculation is allowed to occur. For most men these muscles are weak and get weaker with age, increasing the likelihood of premature ejaculation. A recent study found pelvic muscle exercise to be more effective than medication in treating premature ejaculation. 2. DOWN TEMPO This technique requires you to slow the pace of pelvic thrusting and varying the angle and depth of penetration before the “point of no return.” When done in conjunction with engaging your pelvic muscles this approach becomes very effective. 3. PAUSE-START METHOD If slowing the tempo is not sufficient to prevent the PE, one may need to stop thrusting completely while maintaining penetration in order for the ejaculatory “urgency” to go away. Once the sensation to ejaculate subsides, pelvic thrusting may be resumed. Again, engaging the pelvic muscles once you’ve stopped thrusting helps to greatly reduce the sensation. 4. SQUEEZE TECHNIQUE Originated by Masters and Johnson, as imminent ejaculation approaches, the penis is withdrawn and the head of the penis is squeezed until the feeling of ejaculation passes, after which intercourse is resumed. Although effective, it requires sexual interruption, is cumbersome and demands a very cooperative partner. 5. TALK TO AN EXPERT Since premature ejaculation can have psychological origins, talking to a sexologist can be an excellent approach. Remember guys, there is nothing wrong with talking about our sexual health - in fact, we should do more of it!

The causes and treatment of male infertility

Hello viewers. I am Doctor Rahul Reddy from Androcare Andrology Institute. I am microsurgical Andrologist. Today I am going to discuss about male infertility problems. Why a patient a male patient with low sperm count has to go for ICSI procedure. So there is treatment for male infertility. At least 40% of the patients without any major treatment, they can improve. And another 30% of patients with minimal procedure, they can come back to normalcy. The reason for sperm count going down is Lifestyle issues, hormonal imbalance and obstructions, because of the infections and prosthetic and seminal vesicle infections. What happens in Lifestyle, we don't sleep properly, we don't do workouts, the testosterone will go down.

When testosterone goes down it suppress the sperm count, the ejaculate volume the semen volume will go down and the penetrating capacity of the sperm is also low when your testosterone is low. So we have to change your lifestyle to improve our sperm count. Second common cause for a low sperm count is infections. A male genital tract if you understand that there is testis and there is a sperm tube and from the sperm tube there is a small cement reservoir which is called seminal vesicle and from there whenever a male ejaculate, the semen comes out into the urine passage then it comes out. So in these practice in this complete track wherever there is infection sperm can get affected so whenever we see a patient with low motility the common cause is epididymal infection and these are easily treatable.

So if you start treatment in early days we can completely make this patient normal. The third part is the semen tube. If the semen tube is blocked then it is difficult to treat. The fourth part is the semen reservoir. Why we call it a seminal vesicle? The prostate and seminal vesicle, they produce the white colour fruit which is in the semen. So most of the times we see patients has zero sperm count but he ejaculate. But what they ejaculate is the fluid from the prostate or seminal vesicle which is where there is no sperm inside. So this sperm tube is directly connected to your urine Pathways and the seminal vesicle with the semen reservoir is closely associated with the rectum which is a motion pipe.

So what happens is if there is a infection in urine pipe? This infection can enter the prostate or seminal vesicle and then it can cause severe infection. But why I say severe infections because these most of these infections are silent infections. If you know that there is an infection or there is any pain you can go to doctor. You will go to your doctor and get it treated but most of the time these infections are silent. Whenever a patient comes to us with low sperm count, then we do Semen analysis, we do semen culture, we find out what the kind of infection they have, kind of the bacteria they have and then we have to start treating these patients but only catch in these patients is they need long-term antibiotics and unlike urinary tract infections. So generally in urinary tract will give antibiotics for four five days but inseam infections you need antibiotics for 15 to 20 days. So don't get worried about male infertility. Nowadays 80%, up to 80% of patients with male infertility they can have normal count, normal improvement.

So if you have low sperm count go and see your local urologisy and he will help you in this matter. If you are not getting result you can reach me on lybrate.
