Hello In order to reduce your tummy, U must start taking Green tea that too with lemon. Have this first thing after you wake up. Don't eat anything after this for around 1 hour. Meanwhile, go for a walk, starting from 20 mins and extend this upto 1.30 hours. Stop fried things, and stop having heavy meals after 7pm. Take heavy breakfast, lunch but become a potato couch while having dinner. You will find drastic change after 20 days.

Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow?s milk. 1. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Sweating from palms and feet heavily, even I have less presence of mind and even unable to express properly, even tremor in hand. I have earlier taken anxiolytic drugs earlier but not got any positive result.

Hi Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. And pranacharya sheetal syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee.junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.

9 kg is too low weight for age. It seems child might have low birthweight. And/or premature may be responsible for it. I would advise you take child to pediatrician for check. Talk to him about weight for age. He will be more better in position to expain. Thanks.

Mr. Lybrate user, that all depends on your think process, way ,how deeper the thinking ,ur approach to things, reaction,sensitivity, attitude etc. Anyway, as per your present c/o, I would like suggest you to consult any Neurologist, to rule out the doubts. &@ the same time, Based on above mentioned psychological symptoms, you may need gew councelling sessions too, but for that you need not to go Psychiatrist, But consult PSYCHOLOGIST, where you will get few sessions of Councelling after your mind assessment. I think rt now you do not require to see any Psychoatrist, where you will b prescribed internal medication&u do not need that all rt now. Btw, Being Homeopath, I also would like to suggest that in Homeopathy you will get good T/t, where that doctor will try to give suitable medivine by assessing your Mind&Physical c/o.what is called as Constitutional. But rt now, to get rid of anxiety, first better to see any Neurologist.

My husband drinks a lot and that scares me so much that I get nightmares I keep on thinking if something happens to him what will become of my children.Please do help.

He has to be admitted in a rehabilitation center for at least 6 months to get him out of this habit. Even after the rehabilitation he must attend aa meetings and continue this support for a long time. You will also need to attend some sessions and go for al-anon meetings for your co-dependency issues. You cannot treat him in isolation because you have all gotten used to his drinking and have made some unhealthy adaptations to somehow cope. Your children will also have to attend meetings to work out their issues because of the father? s habit. In fact, they are all suffering from the adult children of alcoholics syndrome acoas, which in effect means that they are genetically predisposed to alcoholism or can have cross addiction problems and they will have similar traits of the abusing alcoholic but in a milder form. There are special support groups for them all over the world. Should they touch or indulge in alcohol or any addictive substances or behaviors, they could also become full-fledged addicts themselves. So you have a lot on your plate and must act effectively and firmly to bring all of you into therapy. If your husband refuses to go for rehabilitation, then some centers have a method of picking him up when he is totally sloshed and is not able to fight back effectively. They will need your written consent before willing to take him in this manner. Make a serious plan with your children and whoever else? s support you can get and act on it fast.

Sir I am suffering from deficiency of vitamin D3. My D3 level is 4ng/mg. I am taking medicine calcirol 60k by doctor advice. Due to lack of vitamin d3 I have some sort of pain in my leg. I also quit smoking for it. I only consume 1 sachet of calcirol but the pain remain in my lower part of leg. What should I do?

For vitamin d levels as low as 4, I would suggest arachitol injection of 6 lac units taken once every 15 days for 3 cycles. Follow up with the satchet later on. Also take diet consisting of ragi, fruits, milk and milk products. Add some regular exercise.

Standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Dear lybrate user, first of all let me make it clear that you may experience nightfalls/nocturnal emission of sperm for twice in a month if you do not have a habit of masturbation or if you do not indulge in any sexual intercourse. However, if you experience nightfalls for more than twice in a month then it is surely abnormal. Every person experience an erection after a sleep of 6-8 hours. Such an erection during waking up from sleep is a typical characteristic of normal sexual system. An uninterrupted sleep of 6-8 hours pacifies the nerves which get hyper-activated after a long day's work & results in a sexual arousal by channelising the blood flow towards the male sexual system. But an erected penis cannot ejaculate involuntarily unless it is being rubbed as it undergoes during masturbation & sexual intercourse. Involuntary ejaculation of semen indicates that the internal muscles of your pelvic region are not strong enough to control the outflow of semen. However, nightfalls indicate that you are having a normal erection as well as it also proves that there is no deficit of sperm production in testis. Nightfall implies that there is only loss of control of the pelvic muscles. It is often observed that an unmarried person suffering from nightfalls complains of premature ejaculation after marriage if his problem of nightfalls is left untreated. The cause behind such quick discharge during sex is same as it is in case of nightfalls i. E. Loss of the control of the muscles of pelvic region. One of the common causes behind the loss of control of pelvic muscles is digestive troubles. Slow digestion compels the blood to circulate around the organs of digestive system until the ingested food is fully broken down into soluble food molecules. Such circulation of blood around the digestive system for a prolonged period often results in sluggish circulation of blood around the other systems of human body. Sexual system is one of such system whose normal functioning gets disturbed due to impaired digestion. To get rid of nightfalls carry on the following medication as directed:- 1) 5 drops of homoeopathic china 30 or cinchona officinalis 30, thrice daily, in empty stomach. 2) take 30 drops of homoeopathic mother tincture withania somnifera q in a cup of water daily after lunch apart from medicines you could try a home therapy. Soak 5 grams of fennel seeds (snouff) & 5 grams of rock candy (misri) in a glass of water before going to bed daily. On waking up next morning drink the snouf-misri soaked water in empty stomach. Kindly note that this medication may not be sufficient enough to take care of your problem. These medicines are based on the symptoms of your diseased condition & these medicines need to be complemented by further deep-acting remedies in order to permanently eliminate the underlying cause of the disease. You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day consult physician for further management.

Kindly take bolbaddha rasa, 2 tabs, with lodhrasava, 20 ml twice a day, after meals. Take pushyanug chroona 100 gm and add, praval pishti-20gms, mukta pishti-3 gm, abharaka bhasma (1000 puti)- 4 gms. Make a mixture of these drugs. Take these medicines of dhutpapeshwara ayu pharma company. Take this mixture before meals, 1 tsf in half a glass of freshly prepared rice water, twice a day. Avoid excess tea, coffee, spicy food in your routine. Take bottle gourd, bitter gourd, gheeya in your diet, pomegranate in your diet regularly. Continue the regime for 45 days. Stay in touch.
