I am 28 year old male who is into weightlifting and resistance training. I was looking for a potent pre-workout supplement to boost my training regimen and has been suggested Nitraflex by GAT (German-American Technologies). While this product has been described as a "dietary supplement" apparently by some "fitness experts" I necessarily don't agree with them since Nitraflex claims to be a Testosterone enhancer/booster. As mentioned on the product itself. I have no problems with the caffeine content but I am pretty apprehensive about consuming any sort of hormone booster/enhancer from a long-term point of view. While I have been told by many that Nitraflex is safe to consume, can I please have some reliable suggestions and advice on the subject? Is it safe to consume hormone booster/enhancer as a pre-workout supplement? The product does not come cheap though but I am not going by the price tag as well. My only concern is the body's natural mechanism of testosterone production should not get messed up. N.B:- For a trial, I consumed half scoop of Nitraflex in around 8 ounce (1 glass) of water just once. I am unable to state if my workout was pretty pumped up that day but I lifted much heavier weights and was quite explosive with the moves during my 90 minutes of stay in the gym. I am, however, not taking it as the potency of Nitraflex and considering it more as a "psychological boost" Thank you.

Hi lybrate-user. I completely agree with your concern and will never mess with the hormones. After answering for 6000 questions you are first person whom I found aware about the fact. My suggestion is not to take such products as they are harmful and costly. Who are suggesting don't know the side effects. Instead you may take some good quality protein powder as our muscles are made up of protein and to grow it requires more protein. And a multivitamin tablet which is not considered medicine but a health supplements and works as antioxidant. For more help you may consult.

Dark Circles: These are the most common. Despite our best efforts, they are difficult to cover up and even more difficult to get rid of. They are like a constant companion often making you look older, tired, depressed or even ill. Let?s look at some of the reasons for dark circles. The skin under your eyes is many times thinner than the skin on the rest of the face, thus making it extremely delicate. The capillaries under the skin around our eyes are so small that many a times, the blood cells entering them leak into the surrounding skin Orange peel: Mix dry, powdered orange peel with cold milk (un-skimmed and un-boiled) and a little honey to make out a thick paste. Apply it gently over the pigmented skin and patches; let it sit there for half an hour then wash it off. Tomato, Oatmeal and Yogurt: Tomato acts as natural bleach. Yogurt also works as natural bleach and has skin tightening properties. Oatmeal works as a natural scrubber. Squeeze out tomato juice and add 2 tsp. of oatmeal and 1/2 tsp. of yogurt. Apply this mixture gently on the pigmented skin areas and let it sit for 20 minutes to dry and then wash it off. This mixture works as an effective home remedy for removing skin pigmentation. Try this remedy daily to see the positive results

I have dark circles under my eyes when I was 8 years old so tell me what was the solution. How I removed this.

I have dark circles under my eyes when I was 8 years old so tell me what was the solution. How I removed this.
Homoeopathic treatment under eye cream (bakson) apply at night under the eye in circular fashion glowcare drops (lords) 20 drops in 20 ml freh water 3 times daily take a good iron rich diet likeapple, pomegranate, spinach nd all other green vegetables 2 glass milk daily 6-8 glass extra water daily try to have a sound sleep home remedies slice up a papaya. Papaya fruit contains the enzyme papain. Papain helps exfoliate the skin, making way for new skin cells to emerge. Papaya also contains vitamin c and vitamin e, so it's a dark spot fading superstar. Papain is most concentrated while the papaya is still green, but you can use riper fruit as well. Peel and remove the seeds from a papaya, and try one of the following treatments: 1. Slice a piece off of the papaya, and lay or hold it on the dark spots that you want to get rid of. Hold it there for 20-30 minutes. Repeat twice a day for best results. 2. Make a papaya facial mask. Cut the papaya into chunks, then use a blender or food processor to blend the fruit into a smooth paste. Apply the mask to your face and neck. Leave it on for about 30 minutes, then rinse well.

I have problem with my skin which gives rashes after getting bath or some thing else help me.
Are you having hives after having bath in hot or normal water? it is a kind of urticaria. Avoid food with preservatives. Always wash fruits and vegetables before cooking. Avoid bath with very hot water. If these general measures are not helping you can consult dermatologist for anti histamines to control your hives.

I have black dots on my skin and have small small dips. Acne. I feel nervous with this face. Please help me.
Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2times a week on the area.

Papaya being the best. Then comes citrus fruits such as oranges, lemon, all juicy fruits. And if possible take half spoon of aloe vera raw juice in morning on empty stomach. Aloe vera works the best for skin glow and helps in purifying our blood too.
