Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. You have more weight and irregular menstrual cycle. I advise you to do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take lots of water and fluids. Avoid garlic and red chilly and non veg and eggs. Take more of proteins, less fats and very less carbohydrate.

Hello. Kidney stones often have no definite, single cause, although several factors may increase your risk. Kidney stones form when your urine contains more crystal-forming substances — such as calcium, oxalate and uric acid — than the fluid in your urine can dilute. At the same time, your urine may lack substances that prevent crystals from sticking together, creating an ideal environment for kidney stones to form. -Most kidney stones are calcium stones, usually in the form of calcium oxalate. Oxalate is a naturally occurring substance found in food. Some fruits and vegetables, as well as nuts and chocolate, have high oxalate levels. Your liver also produces oxalate. Dietary factors, high doses of vitamin D, intestinal bypass surgery and several metabolic disorders can increase the concentration of calcium or oxalate in urine. Calcium stones may also occur in the form of calcium phosphate. -Struvite stones form in response to an infection, such as a urinary tract infection. These stones can grow quickly and become quite large, sometimes with few symptoms or little warning. -Uric acid stones can form in people who don't drink enough fluids or who lose too much fluid, those who eat a high-protein diet, and those who have gout. Certain genetic factors also may increase your risk of uric acid stones. -Cystine form in people with a hereditary disorder that causes the kidneys to excrete too much of certain amino acids (cystinuria). -Other, rarer types of kidney stones also can occur. Prevention: Prevention of kidney stones may include a combination of lifestyle changes and medications. Lifestyle changes You may reduce your risk of kidney stones if you: Drink water throughout the day. For people with a history of kidney stones, drink 12-14 glasses of water everyday. If you live in a hot, dry climate or you exercise frequently, you may need to drink even more water to produce enough urine. If your urine is light and clear, you're likely drinking enough water. 1 Eat fewer oxalate-rich foods. If you tend to form calcium oxalate stones, restrict foods rich in oxalates. These include rhubarb, beets, bhindi (okra), spinach, Swiss chard, sweet potatoes, nuts, tea, chocolate and soy products. Choose a diet low in salt and animal protein. Reduce the amount of salt you eat and choose non animal protein sources, such as legumes. Consider using a salt substitute. Continue eating calcium-rich foods, but use caution with calcium supplements. Calcium in food doesn't have an effect on your risk of kidney stones. Continue eating calcium-rich foods unless your doctor advises otherwise. Ask your doctor before taking calcium supplements, as these have been linked to increased risk of kidney stones. You may reduce the risk by taking supplements with meals. Diets low in calcium can increase kidney stone formation in some people.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Tone your body

You can tone up your body by controlling your weight and appearance without rigorous workouts or daily visits to the Gym rather only by a healthy diet. For toning your body, as well as to get an attractive shape and appearance, you should follow a proper well-balanced Diet. Here are some suggestions for all particularly for the youngs.

Basic Advice

I advice that in every meal you add plenty of vegetables, at least 1 serving of 50-100 gm fruits like 2 pcs. banana/day, 1 apple, berries, 1 +1 citrus fruit etc. Divide this two times a day eg 11 am and 3 pm every day or other suitable times. Don't take too much at a time but reasonable portions. You should eat 50 gm dry fruits like peanuts, dates or almonds, etc.. Please ensure that you get 8-9 hours of sleep and 3-5 ltrs water as per season everyday. Also, a healthy working life is good for weight loss.

HERE ARE SOME INITIAL DIET PLANS :


1) You need 1800 - 200 kcal./day (approx) as per your age, weight, lifestyles, work out regimen. It can be a little more after a fortnight or a month later, once your are habituated of workouts and body needs more fuel then.
2) You need 60-70% Carbohydrate - rice/roti/cereals etc. It can be a little more as per weight. Also you need proteins, mainly animal proteins like fish 80 gm or chicken 100 gm 3 days/weekly or eggs 1 pc. daily. Rest visible fat like cooking oils must be PUFA based like Sunflower/Mastard Oil/Olive oil. In case of vegan people can add Paneer,cheese,curd,chana etc.
3) In Breakfast - take 2 pcs solid brown bread/Roti or Phulka + Dal + mix veg OR rice flakes/ with sour curd+ sweets+ Banana OR 2 pcs Idly /1 pcs Dhosa. In breakfast, what you eat should be healthy and must add 1 egg or 200 ml double-toned/skim milk always with or after 15 mins of Breakfast.
4) You can supplement with a fruit or good quality plain soup, as an appetizer, at around 11 am.
5) Lunch - Remember you should always consume carbohydrate+ protein like khichdi, good quality rice/4-6 pcs Chapati homemade OR homemade pulao/basmati rice with 3 types of green vegetables+ dal 20 gm + fish/chicken/mutton 75-100 gm per day (anyone).
If you are vegetarian then go for soya / soya products, enough green veggies or Paneer ,cheese, chana, Tarka,pulses ,legumes all preparations etc.
6) Mid-afternoon you can have fruits like papaya/guava or any citrus fruits.
7) In the evening around 6 pm, one can have Tea and cream cracker biscuits or another high quality snack, including of the snacks mentioned above.
8) Dinner - Roti 4pcs OR 2 pcs roti+ rice same balance + dal+ mix veg+ milk/milk products (300 ml of milk/milk products are needed each day divided over two or three doses in a day). You can add 2 tsf/ 20gm Butter or ghee in rice. .

Fruits have best roles

One should have three types of fruits like lemon, guava, grapes, apple or banana in a balanced combination as dressings/whole as you like in a day. Take plenty of green vegetables like some local greens or other veggies.

Avoid Junk

Do not use too much salt, home made masala is better although you can use up to 2 tsf of quality packet spices. Strictly avoid all fried foods, no junk food, street foods, processed foods. One can have all kinds of food in moderate quantity, and it should be split over 7-8 helpings in a day.

Supplements

you can buy any established brands of high-quality standard protein pack, any such products must not have any side effects of course (check with a Dietitian); take 2 scoops one at breakfast and 2 scoops at bedtime, with lukewarm water or milk as preferred.

No Stress and Late night work

Do not work late into the nights as late night work creates body acidity. Remain active or workout during work hours. Don't take the stress, be disciplined and active. Drink water 3-5 mins later after each meal. Cake, pastries, butter, chocolates can be consumed in small quantities, but these should not contain trans fats.

No open market supplements

I also advise that there is no need for slimming medicines or similar supplements which usually have side effects, as well as some unknown complications from person to person. Even in the long run, these may lead to some disorders, primarily in females, as per our observations.

Foods high in fats, sugars, and unhealthy oils can cause a negative reaction in your skin, increasing inflammation and adding to your skin problems. Choose healthy fruits and vegetables and lean proteins, and cut down on sugar-sweetened beverages.

Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairrloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormaonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200/ twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!).

For prevention of hair fall follow these instructions: • Do not take A lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • To reduce hairfall and whitening of hairs, Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. * Avoid intake of any medicines because they cause toxicity & hairfall. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * Take 1/2 teaspoon of Amla powder with water once a day. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth. * Checkout your thyroid profile & take proper treatment of thyroid disorder.

Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Hello doctor, I visited the doctor ,he advice you suffer melasma and advice me to take capsule for gluvcell for 500 mg and take carelite lotion /cream and melano-tx and also suggested chemical peels for 500 per sitting .he reduce 40 % but you take pigmentation treatment to reduce 70%is per sitting is 1200 and if you take cosmetic surgery to reduce all the black rashes on the face. Please what I do. Am not full sure to take this doctor treatment. Is just formality not treated well.
