take panchnimbadi churna 1-1 tsf with water twice a day..take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a say...take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day....apply marichyadi oil on affected part .

GLYCO-12 DOES NOT LIGHTEN YOUR COLOUR BUT REMOVES SUPERFICIAL LAYERS OF SKIN TOO GIVE A FRESH LOOK No cream or drug can make your skin colour lighter than your natural skin colour which is apparant in your covered body area. The exposed area becomes a bit darker because of tanning. You can remove tanning and dark spots by melalite-XL cream or Benoquin 2%

Hello lybrate-user, I have checked your BMI for 51 kg body wt which is perfectly normal healthy weight for your age and height, even if you gained 5 kg then also your weight at 56 kg is just normal in respect to your height and age. I understand that you being student have less time for gym. You are doing great by starting jogging 30 min for loosing weight. Its good even if you can spare only 30 min for it. You should continue jogging. I must remind you that 2 km/30 min is a slow but good start. Slowly increase your speed to cover 3 km at first then 4 km in 30 min. You will be feeling tired and bore but do continue to reach 5 km in 30 min. Surely it will take time. Start by short interval (1-2 min) of running with longer interval of walking (4-5 min) continue this cycle for 4,5 times in 30 min. Over the period gradually try to increase running interval & decreasing walking interval. You can definately enjoy rice in moderate amount because at the end of the day it's total calories that should be in moderation. If you want I can suggest you an app which I myself used and found very helpful in loosing weight and dieting.

You may be suffering from fissure and piles. Piles are usually not painful, still you should go for rectal examination. Avoid spicy fried and junk food. Avoid tea coffee and aerated drinks. Drink plenty of water daily. Take proper sleep at night.

Take all milk and milk products, ragi , eggs, pulses, sprouts to get calcium. Take jaggery, til, chikki, bajara, beetroot and pomegranate to get iron. Take all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc to get proteins.

2. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6.audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Good to know that your echo (%age functioning of heart), treadmill (stress to heart) tests are normal. You are worried about heart failure, fear is justified because of first degree av block. Remember that heart never fails suddenly, it can stop functioning suddenly. Heart failure is a slow process and it reflects on echo & treadmill tests and there are associated clinical symptoms for doctor to look for and get the relevant tests done.

You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - Manduk asana - Sarwang asana - Setubal asana - Pawan Mukht asana Pranayama -Anulom Vilom -Deep Breathing - Kapal bhati Other exercises -Crunches -Cycling -Leg rotation we give weight loose diet by virtue of which patient looses around 6 kgs or more weight in one month. try to take that. also we recommend some herbal medicine which helps to loose weight naturally..

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Crying is never a trouble. In fact crying is good to wash off your worries. But excessive emotional sadness is definitely is not good. It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight. Management: 1.Take 1 glass of Luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning daily. 2.Drink at least 2 litters per day. Lukewarm water is best for drinking. 3.Avoid cold drinks and alcoholic drink like beer as they contain more calories. 4.Don't skip meals. Avoid heavy meals. Take light meals. 5.Must have 3 main meals per day – In between main meals take fruits & green salads. 6.Eat seasonal fruits & Fresh vegetables. Fruits and vegetables contain fibres to help you feel full quickly. 7.Avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 8.Eat more whole grains and cut carbohydrates. Choose proteins instead of fatty ones. 9.Cut salt from your diet. 10.Eat home foods. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 11.Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. 12.Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body. 13.Do regular exercises daily. Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Brisk walking for 15-30 minutes daily is good. Jogging, running, swimming & cycling are good options. Herbal medicines are very useful in reducing extra fat. It helps you get weight loss goal faster.
