Homeopathy is one of the most important and effective therapy for back pain. Homeopathy produces excellent results in backache treatment without producing any side effect and is extensively used in all over the world. Homeopathy is a nature system of healing and that is why it can heal whole symptoms of illnesses and it also cure the illness from its root. Tips for backache: heavy objects should be pushed rather than pulled. The weight of the objects should be taken in your bent legs and arms and not in your back. During an acute attack sleep with a pillow under the knees. Choose shoes that offer good support in the arch and have low, but not flat, heels. Prop up one foot on a box or low stool when you're standing for a long time. Use a chair that provides support for your back, or tuck a little pillow behind your lower back. Tips to improve balance/alignment/motion: lift your leg so your thigh is parallel to the ground while touching a wall. Hold it for five breaths. For alignment, move side to side while sitting on a balance ball. For motion, try moving forward and backward on the ball. Consult for homoeopathic treatment.

Hi,to overcome this weakness, take Alfavena malt, 2 tsf, twice daily for 1 month. BC no. 27, 5 tabs twice daily. Take Biofungin syrup, 2 tsp twice daily. Drink plenty of water. Eat a well balanced nutritious diet. Take Sound sleep of 7-8 hours. Avoid stress and anger, try to be happy, have a positive attitude towards life. Revert me after 15 days.

Dear Lybrate User, Increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is WHEY protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight

If you wake up fresh 5 hours of sleep is good enough. You should generally sleep at night, for 5 hours of sleep you should sleep around and get up at 5 - 5.30 am. Get some exercise- running, yoga or gym (cardio) and have a wholesome breakfast. For studying well, you would have to work on your study skills. Break down the content you want to memorise into smaller chunks. Stop studying the moment you feel you are finding it difficult to focus. Have lots of water. Read aloud to sustain focus. Make points and revise points before sleeping.

hello u need to understand the concept of weight loss, it requires cut down in calories (under the guidance of dietician) along with exercises which you are doing. include foods like green tea, lemon water, jeera water, salad vegetables like onion, tomato, cucumber, kakri, cabbage and fruits like melon, watermelon, plums. Avoid fried foods, carbonated drinks, sweets and processed foods. drink plenty of water. take small and regular meals like 3 main meals and 2 side meals. take chamomile tea before going to bed. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Take low calorie and low sodium and high protein food. Don't take rice at night. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the morning and go for walk. Don’t skip breakfast. thank u

Hello, your pain seems to be muscular and as you are saying that you drive bike daily so if possible you can take break from drive and can travel in bus/ metro till your pain subside 1. You can apply volini gel 1% local application twice a day for 3-5 days 2. Hot fomentation twice a day for 3 days 3. You can do very gentle massage with olive/ castor oil consult Physician/ me for further management

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

Hi Lybrate user … Eat few these things for avoid over weight gain and fat. Apples: They are super foods that you can take three to four times a day as a substitute to carb-rich foods. Almonds: Rich in Vitamin E and has high fiber content that will make you feel full and reduce your hunger. Green Leafy Vegetables: They are rich in fiber and very low in calories. They will help in preventing water retention. Avocado: They are rich in high fiber and have high monounsaturated fatty acids that help in reducing belly fat. Cucumber: Cucumber is a vegetable that has high water content and is very low in calories. Watermelon: It is a fruit that has 80% water content in it and very few calories. Say that you are strong. Never say you are weak. Work on making yourself physically and mentally strong. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter/cheese sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds & 5 khajoor daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 6. Dals have good protein. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 10. Take deworming tablets every six month. .Feel confident about yourself and be positive and smile.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash

Just do some work out and relax go for sleep. Sleeping disorder may be due to stress/strain/fear/any long term illness/tension/uncomfortable bed/mattresses etc. Find out reason from above and over come from this. You will definitely get good night sleep. All the very best for exam and sleep.
