You can use a mole removal cream. If it still does not go, you can get laser mole removal treatment. Raised moles are easy to remove but the flat ones don't go.

Easy tips for weight loss and good physical health
  • Include small frequent meals at regular intervals instead of just 2-3 large meals.
  • Replace refined grains like maida and white rice with whole grains like atta , dalia, suji, barley, oats, jowar, millets (ragi, bajra) and brown rice. Use a combination of different grains in a single meal.
  • Include salads with healthy dressings like curd/ lemon/ vinegar/ mint, etc. twice a day.
  • Consume 2-3 fruits regularly along with peel.
  • Avoid packaged/ canned/ processed/ junk foods/ sugar products on a daily basis.
  • Replace fizzy drinks with coconut water/ buttermilk (chaans)/ lassi/ fresh fruit juice.
  • Consume cereals in measured amounts. Small plates and bowls help in controlling the portion size.

Hello please suggest me which is the best way to protect ourself from Mouth problem as I am facing many issue like small ulcer and pigmentation frequently. Hence please suggest how to protect from it.

Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne.

Allergy: male/32 yrs, have some type of allergy to cold/hot or sometimes with very low amounts of dust. Starts with sneezing and nose run. During cold weather conditions are very bad, continue cold, sneezing, and nose run. Sometimes I take cipzox to get rid or it. Please suggest cure for it. Please suggest if homeopathy is good or not.

allergy are hyper sensitivity to a external stimuli or having any unwanted food which human cannot digest. Dust allergy is one another hypersensitivity problem. salt and other unnecessary thing in body will in rease hyper sensitivity. to eliminate those quickly is exercise. and unwanted food habits, disturbed sleep and less water drinking. I'm 19 years old, but have started getting grey hair, I'm also having hair loss. please help.
Start taking black til (Seasam) with a glass of lukewarm milk early morning. avoid pickles, spices, oily, greesy food items. Start avle ka murabba. Also have a high protien rich diet e.g. Pulses, Dry fruits, Black gram, Ground nut etc. also oil ur hair with good herbal oil and wash with herbal shamppoo - avoid shampoos with high acid contents. As far as Ayurveda's therapy is concerned - start with Shirodhara with herbal oil and Nasyam therapy for atleast 15 days. This will greatly help. Do gentle massage with herbal hair oil daily night for 15 minutes. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.
