Lunch ? Salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (Indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk. It will be good to add some roasted cumin seeds, green coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger in the butter milk. For further assistance you can consult with me privately.

Dear lybrate-user your problem is discoloration or yellow tinge on teeth and you want to make it white and you have tried many ingredients also ---no relief you can use --take a cut lemon piece soak with soda bi carbonate and rub on teeth for two minutes and than wash properly, do this once in a week. Visit a dental surgeon for checkup and see if bleaching can solve your problem use colgate whitening paste and do regular mouthwash to maintain oral health.

1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% protein, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress 8. Develop hobby, Learn new skill 9.Go for detail Annual Health check up

Hi lybrte user, using supplements for weight gain would give you the results initially but once you discontinue the use you might come back to your present weight. You should try to gain weight naturally through diet as that would help you in a much better way and will give you better results and for long run. You need to follow a diet rich in proteins, carbohydrate, good fat and also need to do some exercises that will increase muscle mass and also help increase weight. I am giving you a sample diet plan try to follow that- Early morning- banana + 10 almonds (exercise- running or aerobics for 30 mins) breakfast- 1 banana + 1 cup milk with sugar + 2 potato stuffed parantha/ plain parantha + vegetable/ 1 cup curd midmeal- 1 cup fruit salad+ handful nuts/ 1 cup fruit smoothie with nuts lunch- 2 cup vegetable + 2 chapati+ 1 cup curd + salad evening- 1 cup banana shake with nuts + any1 snack like cheese sandwich/vegetable wheat pasta dinner- 2 cup dal+ 2 chapati+ salad post dinner- 1 cup milk with sugar all the best!

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.
