Back pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc. *Avoid bending forward while working on lap top or for any other work. *Don’t sit continuously working on laptop etc. Get up periodically and move around. *Restrict bike driving as far as possible. *Don’t carry laptop or any load on your shoulder. Carrying very light loads equally with both hands is better *Sit straight so that back bone gets proper support. A dining chair is better than a laid back sofa. *You can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *Soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. *Get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. To start with, take Bryonia 200--once daily in the morning and evening for 6 days.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hi lybrate-user I understand that doing mbbs will require continuous sitting for studies. If you do not maintain proper posture while sitting, it will induce lot of stress on spine and the intervertebral disc will tend to bulge out causing back pain. So always sit straight with your back completely supported. Do not sit continuously for hours, take frequent breaks. Regular exercises should help you.

Hi, at 25 years I guess you shouldn't be having these problems. Your weight may be responsible. To lose weight, you will need to follow a strict diet and exercise regime. You will have to avoid some small dietary pleasures to make your present & future better. This needs a detailed dietary plan. Moreover, for knee pain, as long as it is weight related, you need not do much except occasionally use simple pain killers. But it needs to be established whether this is not an early form of inflammatory arthritis. Eat foods rich in calcium to strengthen your bones. After a detailed history, I would be able to help you better. Regards.

Get treated with Ultrasonic therapy which would directly heal the calcaneal spur (inflammation of the calcaneum bone) which causes the heel pain in majority of the cases. Along with ultrasonic therapy, shortwave diathermy also can be given. Simultaneously it is better to wear MCR chappals (micro cellular rubber) which will help to transfer the weight evenly in the feet so that the weight will be completely felt in the heel area.

2 Easy And Best Physiotherapy Stretches for Arms and Shoulders for Athletes and Cricketers

Bent Arm Crossover

The triceps muscle behind the upper arm has three distinct heads. Because each works best from a different angle, it’s important to stretch the upper arm in multiple directions. To fully benefit from the Bent Arm Crossover, be careful not to rotate your trunk at the waist.

1.Stand with your feet shoulder width apart with your right arm across the chest and bent over your shoulder. With your left arm, pull the right arm across your chest and gently upward until you feel a slight tension in the triceps.

2.Repeat the stretch on the opposite side with your left arm across the chest and bent over your shoulder. Remember to hold your abdominals in and maintain straight posture.

Overhead Triceps Rope Stretch

Our world has become so convenient, it’s not often we need to reach over head or use the full motion of our shoulders and upper arms. This exercise can make reaching for that top shelf in the garage or zipping up a dress much less intimidating.

1.Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and hold the rope in your left hand. Reach your left hand over your left shoulder toward the center of your back.Next, reach your right arm behind your back and grab the rope near your lower back.

2. Gently apply tension  to the left triceps by pulling down on the rope with the right hand.Repeat on the opposite side.

Front Arm Biceps Stretch

The biceps is a difficult muscle to isolate and stretch, so it’s often overlooked when exercising.

Muscle tears often occur when a sudden heavy effort over stresses a tight biceps, so it’s important to keep them in good shape.

1.Begin the stretch with your right arm straight and reach your right hand backward on a surface that’s level with your upper thigh.

The rest of your body should be squared and facing forward.

2.Keeping your right hand on the surface behind you and your right arm straight throughout the movement, lean slightly forward. When you feel a gentle stretch in the right biceps muscle, don’t lean any farther but hold the pose there.
