I had a routine of walking daily around 3-4 km in a day while now due to study pressure, I am in home every time had a walk of some meters. In amidst of this, I am having severe constipation, stools are not passing properly and rather getting accumulated. I also have severe lack of vitamin D3 &B12. I am also suffering from scapula winging and exercise is going a bit, but now my physique is like skinny body with unshaped and fat belly. And hairfall are daymares for me loosing 150 hairs average. Hi Make a powdered preparation of dried ginger root, long pepper, black pepper, and black salt in equal quantities. Have 1 teaspoon of this mixture at bedtime with lukewarm water and 2 to 3 teaspoons of psyllium husk. Take pranacharya virechan churna or triphala churna 1 tsf in warm water before sleep at night. Take chitrakadi vati 1- tab after lunch and dinner. Take 5-7 munakkas with milk. Eat papaya in fruits .avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Avoid alcohol consumption.

Your mc is not regular I hope. So take nutrtive diet with balanced food to avoid abd cramping. It is pms (pre menstrual syndrome) which is key to have dysmenorrhoea. If period is to happen some pink/brownish discharge will come. It will be full cured and your body will be normal.

A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Hi, Presence of cyst indicates that ovulation is not occuring. Please get treated for the cyst first and plan for conceiving.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

Burning pain in the foot or toes could be due to high uric acid level, get it checked. Also if there is tingling and numbness in the leg which goes to the foot then at some point nerve is getting compressed leading to such sensations.

1. Take paracetamol 500mg, one tablet sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2. Cold sponging sos 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Take rest 4. If no relief do blood examination like esr, cbc, widal/ typhidot test, blood for mp/malaria antigen and dengue antigen (ns1) test, urine re/me after consulting physician and follow the advice and treatment 5. Consult me for further advice.

Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Hye, Thanks for the query. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to flush out your system & avoid bloating. Avoid junk as far as possible. Cutting out soda drinks, pastries, burgers is one way to quickly eliminate unnecessary calories fast. Also, refusing refined grains -- such as in white bread, pasta, pizza and baked goods -- and avoiding foods high in saturated and trans fats helps you trim calories and shrink belly fat. Choose white fish, egg whites, skinless chicken and beans, dals, low fat paneer and sprouts as examples of lean protein. Fill up on fibrous, watery vegetables; cauliflower, spinach, lettuce, peppers, green beans, pumpkin and cabbage. A small serving of whole grain roti or unpolished rice -- about 1/2 to 1 cup of rice or 1 roti -- rounds out your meals. If you find yourself hungry between meals, resist the chips, snack mixes and energy bars. Go instead for a piece of fresh fruit, some nuts or plain yogurt. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab exercises or ab machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

  9. Plant proteins: The level of oestrogen falls drastically in women after menopause, leading to the development of wrinkles.Foods, such as soy, nuts and beans minimise this effect by replenishing the level of oestrogen in the body and therefore must be incorporated in the diet.

No problem. We often prescribe such condom for premature ejaculation. But prologed use may decrease sensitivity of penis leading to erectile problem, though very rarely.
