Hi, If you are getting tanned then please start using sunsreen lotion above spf 30 .Include citrus fruits and salads in your diet for complexion.Don't use any bleaching agents for skin.Apply plain cream or lotion which doesn,t have harsh chemicals.Take medicine R-60 drops (Dr Reckweg ,Germany) 10drops in 1/4cup of water drink twice a day ,1/2 an hour before meals.

1)By perusal of about 200 health related questions, asked by young people it is revealed that there are three major concerns for them. Namely a) Getting rid of Pimples b) Getting rid of Obesity c) Search of fuller and muscular body. 2)Most questioners seek treatment of Pimples in some creams, or lotions. They are informed that pimples are caused by oily skin and closed pores. So reduced oil on skin and opening pores will cure them. 3)But how erroneous is this approach is demonstrated by failure of the treatment based upon the above theory. The funny part is when nothing can prevent the recurrence the blame is placed upon hormonal imbalance for which there is no definite cure. 4)What is forgotten is that the skin is also a part of the body and therefore if skin is afflicted in any way, it must be a manifestation of the problem of the entire body and not just skin. 5)Once this principle is accepted the emphasis is shifted to whole body and not to just the skin. 6)And then the line of treatment becomes logical and also successful. 7)Almost all cases of pimples are taken care of by the health tips of this month’s News Letter. By adopting this line of treatment, not only the pimples will go, general health will also improve. HEALTH TIPS: Line of treatment for pimples: 1)Start with washing the face 5-6 times a day. 2)Take an enema for first 6 six days. 3)Eat only fruits for these six days. Still better course will be to sustain on plain water for 2-3 days and then start on fruit diet. 4)Apply steam on the face once every day for first six days and then twice a week. The method for applying steam is as follows: 5)Take a vessel (Topia or Pateela or Bhagona) of about 2 kg capacity. Fill it half by water and put it to full boil. When water starts to boil cover the vessel and put it on a table. The patient sits on a chair and covers his head, shoulders, upper back and the vessel by a thick multi folded bed cover. It should be large enough to not to let the steam escape from sides. Open the vessel cover a little at a time, keeping the face close to the vessel. Inhale steam through mouth and exhale through nose. Continue opening the vessel a little more at a time till it is completely open and the flow of steam stops. Wash the face with cold water. 6)Come back to regular food but completely avoid spicy, fried foods. Eat lots of salads (not less than 200 gms with every meal) and fruits. Avoid fried foods, sugar and maida. 7)If you continue this way not only the pimples will go, the general health will also improve. The patients will experience reduced bouts of cold and cough. Sinus congestion will also be removed. 8)The obesity matter is already discussed many times in the past. The search for fuller muscular body will be taken up later. CAUTION: 1)Dengue and rains have become synonymous in India. It stops only when the winter sets in. 2)The Municipal Authorities and Government health departments try to stop it by killing of mosquitoes and by distributing vaccines etc. 3)Whatever they do neither the reach can be wide enough nor the effectiveness is assured. 4)More over many people believe that the whole exercise is just futile. In recent years many virus are stopped but all of them are replaced by new ones, which are more potent and more dangerous. 5)This vicious circle is continuing unabated. 6)In fact all efforts should be towards improved hygiene and improvement of immunity levels. 7)When will the governments understand it and take proper steps, no one knows, but as an individual, everyone can do a lot to achieve better immunity levels. 8)Do not take antibiotics without proper advice. Once started do not quit them without completing the course. 9)Follow the advice from this NL for Navaratry routine, twice every year. It will surely improve immunity levels. 10)Rains call for Chai Pakoras. Please avoid them. These are doing no good to anyone. Eat light and exercise regularly. MONTH’S RECEPIE: Water melon juice: Prepare watermelon juice in a juicer which does not separate the pulp but converts it into semi liquid so that it can be taken as a part of juice. Cut some watermelon in small pieces of less than half inch. Mix with juice. Have some mint leaves, duly washed and cut. Pour the juice in glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled. This delicious juice is a mine full of antioxidants, nutrients and fiber. If desired, one can also add some lemon juice and salt.

Plz wash your face every 3 to 4 hrly. Reduce oily food consumption. And whenever you go out from house please cover your face and protect it from pollution. Take plenty of water daily at least 3-4 ltr/day. Take 1 coconut water daily. Add more fibrous n juicy fruit in your diet. And along with these take homoeopatic medicine. As follows Thuja 30- 1dose stat WhichHazel ointment (apply this ointment on face at night before sleep and wash your face next morning.)

Hello lybrate-user if you want a good radiant and clear skin would suggest you to start with green tea twice a day 4-5 lits of water daily lots of green veggies fruits like papaya, apple, melons etc nuts like walnut almonds etc wash your face with face wash daily 2-3 times and avoid smoking if you r a smoker.

There are powerful homemade treatments used to remove accident scars naturally without causing any side effects to the skin. 1. mix curd or frozen milk and turmeric. Frozen milk is a good exfoliating agent and it nourishes your skin and leaves your skin glowing once you wash off the paste. If you have a sensitive skin then you can add a few drops of lemon juice and rose water. Facial scars from accidents can be easily removed by using the above mentioned natural home remedies. 2. you can also use the one part of baking soda with two part of water to create a paste. Baking soda is a natural exfoliator and helps in the gentle scraping of the scar tissue layer by layer. Scrub (avoid vigorous rubbing) this paste on your scars for a minute or two and after that you can rinse it off with cold water. 3. Mint juice is also effective to remove old accident scars. You can use the juice of mint on your face leave it for 5 minutes and wash that off. If you are doing the same procedure for a month then you can see visible results. The old accident scars will become lighter in color on regular usage. It is a good practice to apply vitamin E oil on car accident facial scars to fade out spots and scars. Use it before going to sleep every day.

We all fear the changes that old age brings with it, especially in terms of how it changes our appearance. Skin starts to lose its elasticity, dark spots appear on the cheeks and forehead, circles under the eyes grow darker and what not. The battle against ageing is something all of us (especially women) have to prepare for, and the good news is that there are definitely things, which we can add to our armor. Started early on in life, there are skin care measures which can help you combat ageing skin later in life. They will prolong the onset of ageing and also reduce severity of the symptoms. Read on to know more.

  1. Moisturizer: The skin needs hydration and better hydration yields younger looking skin that is radiant, supple and glowing. Whatever product you use, ensure it has collagen, which can improve the skin tone and elasticity. Vitamin C and K are also essential. From plain petroleum jelly to olive oil to Moroccan oil, pick a moisturizer that works for you. The intention is to give your skin the required amount of hydration it requires to keep it looking young.
  2. Sun protection: 90% of skin problems arise out of exposure to sun. Be it blemishes, dark spots, tanning marks or even melanoma (cancer), the culprit is the sun. It is a myth that a sunscreen is to be used only when you are out in the beach or on a hike. Use a sunscreen with sun protection factor (abbreviated as SPF on the product) every single day to avoid damage from the sun. Continued use for a couple of months will make you realize its benefits.
  3. Exfoliation: Regular removal of dead skin cells can help keep the skin healthy and glowing. This removes the blemishes and also improves absorption of moisturizers and sunscreens, improving their efficacy.
  4. Cleansing: The skin is the most exposed part of the body, and needless to say, accumulates a lot of dust and toxins from the environment, how much ever you try. Washing the skin off with water is the best way to keep it clean. Make sure you wash your face at least 3 to 4 times a day. Using a cleanser like Cetaphil will help in deep cleaning.
  5. Face masks: Whether brought from a shelf or made at home using combinations like cucumber/curd, glycerin/rose water, papaya, or lime/honey, frequently pamper your skin with these masks. The results will leave you astonished.
  6. Cleaning makeup brushes regularly: While this is hardly noticed, using the same applicators and brushes can carry germs from one day to another, and so they are best cleaned regularly.

For darkspots and marks - 1) Use Frequent washes of face by Triclosan and zinc oxide soap (Acnil, Acnelak) 2) Topical treatment - morning times use AHA glow face wash then Sunscreen lotion (Suncote ,Sunkare, or Melaguard ). In the night use lightening creams i.e.Kojic acid with vit C or Combination of Hydroquinone, Tretinoin and Momentasome gives very good results.

Hello •Simply rub extra-virgin olive oil or a combination of equal parts of olive oil and honey on your rash a few times daily until it heals completely. •Alternatively, you can add a little turmeric powder to some olive oil and apply it two or three times a day for a few days. Healthy skin is a sign of overall good health and vitality. Skin problem is one of the most persistent problems encountered by people.   1. Exercise regularly: Exercising on a regular basis improves your skin health as it increases blood circulation in the body. Consequently, it helps in delivering various nutrients to the skin, which in turn defers aging. Daily exercises also prevent the onset of various skin disorders.

  9. Plant proteins: The level of oestrogen falls drastically in women after menopause, leading to the development of wrinkles.Foods, such as soy, nuts and beans minimise this effect by replenishing the level of oestrogen in the body and therefore must be incorporated in the diet.

Well you might have dark circles, in case if you have any underlying conditions such as thyroid, anaemia - iron deficiency, and also, sleeplessness due to various conditions. In any case we have to rule out also the deep set eyes. You can have good sleep and relax your eyes if you are closely watching the monitor of your system.
